Chapter 85: I Returned But This Isn’t My School!

After being promised generous compensation by Korga for helping preserve the remaining milk reserves, Caelum finally agreed to stop drinking.

Of course, not before giving Korga one last deeply resentful look.

"Alright, we should send the two of you back now," Korga said while rubbing his forehead with a tired expression.

"Honestly, if you remain here any longer, I feel like I’ll suffer a tremendous financial loss."

Even Korga was not shameless enough to ignore what had happened.

After all, if a guest suddenly visited your home and emptied your entire refrigerator, would you truly feel happy about it?

The Yetis were currently experiencing that same emotion.

According to Korga, shamelessness itself possessed three distinct levels, but he no longer wished to think about it.

Without wasting more time, he grabbed both Caelum and Bonjour before leaving the feast alongside them.

’These children truly know how to create trouble,’ Korga thought inwardly.

’Though in their own strange ways... they’re interesting.’

Soon, the three of them arrived once again at Snowbeard’s previous abode.

Not long afterward, Snowbeard himself entered while carrying Big Ice under one arm before casually placing the little Yeti nearby.

Big Ice immediately rolled across the floor.

"So, are you ready to leave?" Korga said while looking toward the two boys.

"I am, but what about Bonjour?" Caelum replied with a stoic expression.

Clearly, he still had not emotionally recovered from the "milk incident."

To Caelum, it had basically been discrimination against human children.

Korga merely snorted.

"He’ll survive," he replied casually.

"You seriously underestimate barbarian durability."

"T-That’s right! Hiccup!" Bonjour added loudly from nearby.

His face was completely flushed red while he swayed slightly from side to side.

He had enjoyed the feast a little too much.

"Excellent, I already prepared everything beforehand." Korga muttered.

Then his gaze sharpened slightly.

"And when you return to school, don’t even think about running away again. We already possess methods to track you now."

After saying that, he handed both boys a strange purple potion.

"But before departure, drink this stabilizing potion."

The liquid tasted bitter.

"Alright," Caelum declared while suddenly striking a heroic pose.

"We are ready."

Bonjour stared at him blankly.

"What ar-hic! are you even doing?"

Caelum did not answer.

Meanwhile, Korga removed one of the rings from his fingers before throwing it upward.

The small ring instantly expanded several times in size while releasing a mysterious atmosphere.

Purple Arder flowed continuously from Korga’s body into the artifact as space itself began distorting faintly around them.

CRACK!

A sharp sound echoed throughout the room.

Several spatial fractures appeared in the air while the giant ring transformed into something resembling a flat circular gateway.

"Well, I have visited the Zenith Empire and the schools themselves several times before, so this much is simple." Korga said.

Then he waved lazily.

"Goodbye for now, little troublemakers."

The next moment, the giant ring suddenly swallowed Caelum and Bonjour whole like an enormous ice cream scoop.

Both boys felt slightly disoriented as the world around them distorted rapidly.

THUD! THUD!

The two of them crashed heavily onto solid ground.

And immediately afterward.

THUD!

Another figure collapsed alongside them as countless papers scattered across the surroundings.

"You people!" an angry girl’s voice suddenly shouted nearby.

"Isn’t spatial magic prohibited near school grounds?! Did you even receive permission for this?!"

Caelum and Bonjour instinctively began gathering the fallen papers.

"We’re sorry about tha—"

Caelum suddenly paused halfway through speaking.

"What?!" the girl exclaimed angrily.

"You’re not even properly apologizing?!" freewebnσvel.cѳm

Then her eyes widened further while looking at Bonjour.

"And where is your upper shirt?! Wait—"

She froze.

"You! You’re a barbarian?!"

Her expression became stunned.

Then her gaze shifted toward their damaged uniforms.

"And those uniforms..."

Meanwhile, Caelum finally looked around properly.

Only now did he realize something important.

They had somehow become the center of attention.

Numerous students nearby stared at them strangely.

However, something felt wrong.

All the surrounding students wore completely different uniforms from Imperial Zenith School.

Then Caelum’s gaze shifted farther into the distance.

A giant flashy signboard stood there clearly.

[The Sky School]

"The hell?!" Caelum yelled instinctively.

At that moment, both he and Bonjour realized the truth.

’That shaman’s brain was cursed or what?!’

’THIS ISN’T OUR SCHOOL!’

Meanwhile, the girl’s expression darkened further after hearing Caelum yell.

"Why the hell are you helling me?!"

She pointed at them angrily.

"First you crash into me through illegal spatial transportation, and now this is your attitude?!"

Then she cracked her knuckles threateningly.

"I’m definitely teaching you two a lesson!"

Snowbeard looked toward the sleeping Big Ice, formerly known as Little Ice, with a deeply complicated expression.

The little Yeti had fallen asleep immediately after the feast and currently snored while hugging an Ice block.

For several moments, Snowbeard remained silent.

"You have a lot on your mind, don’t you?" Then Great Shaman Korga spoke.

Snowbeard did not immediately answer.

Instead, his gaze remained fixed on Big Ice.

"If possible, I would have preferred to inherit the Primordial myself."

His deep voice carried a rare trace of hesitation.

"But now that it has attached itself to him... perhaps this truly is fate."

Korga’s expression changed slightly after hearing that.

Although Yetis were often viewed by outsiders as simple creatures, they possessed their own long history, culture, ancient traditions, and terrifying beings hidden within their race.

And among those ancient beings "Primordial" was a title given to the beings at the peak.

Snowbeard slowly closed his eyes.

"Even now I feel I should simply take it away from him," he admitted honestly.

"My priority has always been the tribe and the future development of the Yetis and the new path I wish to create for them."

His expression gradually darkened afterward.

"Was that not the very reason I slaughtered all those old fools who stubbornly clung to the past?"

Korga remained silent.

Snowbeard’s rise to leadership had never been peaceful.

An unbelievable amount of blood had been shed before the current Yetis of the Great Alka Range became united under him.

Sometimes, Snowbeard still questioned whether the path he chose had truly been correct.

"I wanted the next generations to live peacefully," Snowbeard muttered quietly while looking toward the sleeping Big Ice again.

"But it seems fate has entirely different plans."

Korga unconsciously wiped some sweat from his forehead before carefully speaking again.

"Are you truly planning to begin the unification?"

Snowbeard’s eyes slowly brightened.

For a moment, they carried a wisdom far deeper than his savage appearance suggested.

"Nothing in this current world remains eternal," he said calmly.

"And the new will always replace the old eventually. However, in this world where hope for longevity exists... there will always be old fools unwilling to accept that natural outcome."

The atmosphere inside the ice structure became noticeably heavier.

Then Snowbeard suddenly looked directly toward Korga.

"Aren’t there already enough problems within barbarian territory as well, Shaman?"
