The cauldron overflowed with powerful divine energies. Spiritual power swelled within, forming a demonic tree of raw force. Red eyes snapped open across its body and fired lasers straight at us.
"Ah shit, not this!" I gasped.
"What’s happening?!" Ignatius shouted.
"Huh?!" Furoh yelled, dodging the beams.
"No way! What is this?!" Naturia cried. "Master?!"
"It’s happening right now?! Are you kidding me?!" I screamed. "It’s because of the Alchemy! Remember? When you perform dangerous alchemy with unstable ingredients, an Alchemy Spirit appears to destroy the creation! If it wins, it becomes a real spirit beast and torments the world—while our synthesis, Beelzebub, fails! We can’t let that happen!"
"We fight, then!" Yggdra roared. She transformed into a colossal wooden dragoness titan, her blazing arms clashing violently against the demonic black tree covered in red eyes.
The tree answered with a deafening roar. Countless mouths opened across its body as it unleashed laser beams and sharp branches toward us. Yggdra held it back, tanking the worst of the assault.
The most critical thing was maintaining my focus. If I lost concentration for even a second, everything would collapse. My familiars had to handle most of the fighting while I stabilized the cauldron.

I placed my hand on myself and stacked healing spells a hundredfold, rapidly closing every wound in seconds. With renewed strength, I turned my gaze back to the monstrous spirit.
