Chapter 900: Chapter 900: Conquer Or Die Trying

Draconic Heaven.

Waves upon waves of arkships flowed like cosmic rivers and galactic streams, moving at warp speed to reach their destination, which was the Central Coverage.

Although the silver skies and void seemed calm, every inch of space in this heavenly realm was incredibly Heaven and filled with a melancholic aura.

There was a certain feeling some had when they knew that they were riding the wave of glory to certain death.

However, it had no choice but to keep going.

Amongst the countless dragons, Felines, and other rogue and smaller factions that had decided to show up, many did not even know what they were truly fighting for.

For the Dragons, all they knew was that they were fighting for their homes and to crush the low-hanging threat of the tyrannical lions.

For the Felines, this was a battle for survival and ideology. Ideology was such a strong motivator. Under the careful designs of those at the top, many Felines fought under the drunken state of self-righteousness, believing all they did was correct.

When in fact, there was no right or wrong in this matter.

Many from both sides were fighting out of fear. Especially the Immortals. The Supreme Level Immortals above knew why they were fighting, it was for a chance at receiving more power.

It was a task to clear an obstacle. They had lived for so long that they did not mind dying to achieve their goals, and they definitely did not shy away from manipulating everyone to die for their cause.

The Immortals below them knew that they would die or be hunted down if they deserted. Besides, even if they betrayed or ran to another faction, it wasn’t like they were going to take them.

The Lions, although never explicitly stated, seemed to have a very strong and powerful dislike for other Felines. It may be ancestral, it may be circumstances, but the hatred was there and it was boiling hot.

The All-King himself had never stated that he didn’t want Felines in his Alphaverse but based on his actions, killing any Felines Primordials he encountered, it was safe to say that he didn’t add them to his grand designs.

The Lions were probably the only Felines he could tolerate existing in his Alphaverse.

As for the Lions, why they fought was not much.

They would all see each other soon.

And surprisingly, the Dimensional System Portal that led from the Alphaverse to the Draconic Heaven appeared in the Central Coverage.

Not in the south or east, west or north. In the very center.

Who would have thought that would happen?

Funny enough, under the silver sky and above the sea of arkships and arkworlds, the Dimensional System Portal did not just open up to a random location.

Someone was probably already there beforehand.

That was true.

Right before the Dimensional System Portal had even appeared, Katari and her own fleet of lion arkships appeared out of nowhere.

The spatial fabric unfolded around them, revealing their location.

Unfortunately, before anyone could say or do anything, the Dimensional System Portal appeared right behind them.

The portal and its power shattered the fabric of reality, blasting through the silver space of the Draconic Heaven and crushing the nearby arkships into flat plates.

Arkships that were literally the size of moons were crushed flat as though they had no density or mass.

Katari held her hands behind her back, unmoved by the terrifying force that blew from behind her. Her eyes were narrowed, her dress fluttering.

She hovered with full untainted majesty, her aura overflowing with indifference and intent.

She stared down at the sea of arkships, her black vacuum eyes filled and overflowing with absolute disdain for their existence.

The pride, the ego, she embraced it today and saw what these enemies were.

She saw them for what they were.

She saw them the way the All-King had always seen them.

Nothing but lower life forms that had the disgusting guts and infuriating audacity to try and stand on equal ground with the Lions.

As the Sub Avatar of The Conquering, she could understand why the lions should see these beings as the lesser ones.

They fought so hard and so well to keep the Lions down, yet the Lions were still here.

Skill issue? No.

The Lions were just too competent.

No one, absolutely no one deserved to stand on the same ground as they did.

Katari understood that if the Lions took the sky, no one had the right to take the earth.

If they took heaven, no one had the right to take the universe.

If they took the world no one had the right to claim anything.

By Divine right, by competence, by sheer might, they deserved to rule.

All was theirs.

"How despicable," Katari said, removing her arms from behind her back. Her facial expression changed as if she knew she would soon be getting her hands dipped in some incredibly dirty shit.

"These ones should rejoice, they should be glad!" Said someone from behind her.

Katari shifted her head slightly to see that beyond the transparent waves on the rapidly expanding Dimensional System Portal, two streaks of light were coming over.

One deep and demonic red, the other a mix of gold and white.

Katari did not wait for them to arrive before she looked away indifferently.

"They get to witness the glory of my lion race just while they suffer at our hands.

Such privilege is not common," said Anastasia as the red light faded away and she arrived beside Katari.

Anastasia’s black and red hair fluttered due to the inertia. Her smile was devilish and sickening, like a shark that had perceived blood and couldn’t keep away. frёewebηovel.cѳm

"Didn’t you hear?" Daniella said as she faded from the gold and white glow and arrived beside Katari on the other side.

Behind them, hundreds of thousands of arkships and millions of shuttles started pouring in.

Daniella’s celestial wings unfurled behind her and a glittering golden halo hovered above her head.

Her aura was still that of a mid-level immortal, just like Anastasia’s, but there was something different about the nature of their auras.

It was more unique, and heavier.

"The decree!" Anastasia said and chuckled. When she saw that decree on the system, a decree that all Lions and lionesses, young and old, had received, she was excited.

For the wrong reasons obviously.

The decree was also a mission on its own, that was why it had been so powerful to the psyche of those who saw it.

It made their blood boil.

Katari had seen it also, but she glanced at it again.

[Mission Decree: Conquer, or die trying!]

"As it should be," Katari said while flexing her fingers.

The powerful wave coming from behind her caused her heart to beat faster.

Her dark eyes shine brightly.

Daniella looked at all this and pointed her hand at the sea of arkships below.

Her finger was aimed straight at a particular arkship that was rising through the seas of metal and cannon lights.

Down there, there were a few notable figures and officials of this army.

"Who knows, maybe some lions will even defect and move over to their side..." Anastasia said, feeling the Dimensional System Portal getting wider and wider behind her.

More and more arkships were coming through.

"So be it, they shall face the same fate!" Daniella said with a kind smile. She adjusted her glasses and straightened her back, preparing for battle.

It had been a while since she fought and she was a little bit eager to test out the depths of her powers now that she was an Avatar.

"Katari!" Anastasia crudely called out even though she was literally beside Katari.

Suddenly, she raised her hand and placed it on Katari’s shoulder.

Daniella looked at this and was shocked. Even the shuttles and arkships behind them seemed to slow down when the pilots saw this.

"Katari, ma girl! How long is this war going to last?" Anastasia asked, squeezing Katari’s shoulder and shaking it slightly as though they were sworn battle sisters from the start.

To everyone’s joy, Katari merely gave Anastasia a glance, raised her hand, grabbed Anastasia’s wrist, and guided the latter’s hand away.

She didn’t overreact. What was the point? Anastasia was batshit crazy and was usually looking for an excuse to cause drama.

Katari was crazy but she was logically crazy, she wasn’t going around doing unnecessary stuff that didn’t matter. Anastasia was crazy crazy, the actual crazy.

In fact, she was mentally unstable while Katari could be said to have relatively better mental health compared to Anastasia.

"I don’t know. The war has come, and it will be long.

The decree is to conquer or die trying. As this war starts, we shall enter a campaign of endless conquests.

And we shall not stop until every lesser creature is bowing to us...or dead." ƒгeewёbnovel.com

Katari’s hands flattened into two palm blades, spatial distortions flickered at the edge of her palms.

"Hehehe, how sexy!" Anastasia’s blood red eyes glowed brightly with killing intent. She was genuinely turned on just thinking about it.

She folded her two hands into fists that burned with red demonic energy, parted her legs, and smiled ferociously in the sky.

She opened her mouth and roared, the sound wave crossing the physical and spiritual and even into the systems.

"FOR THE CONQUERING!"

The three consorts instantly flashed down from the sky, followed by swarms upon swarms of arkships, lion kings, immortals, and arkworlds.
