Unless a user of this skill dies completely, a new one can never appear, and no one else can ever inherit this skill unless the previous user either dies or is stripped of their legendary skill through some means.

The reason why the ’Law’ of ’Cosmic Order’ could not grant Lia Silver a legendary skill despite her insanely high affinity was because the skill that she was supposed to have was already in someone else’s possession.

Unless the Demon King Nebo Dahaka dies completely, Lia Silver cannot have a legendary skill as he’s blocking her path forward!

The one who possesses the legendary skill ’Destined Fate’ is almost ’omniscient’ and can even interfere with the natural order of the universe by altering the strings of destiny.

Although the user of this skill cannot change the natural order of the universe like Rio did in the spirit realm by creating a new possibility, they can alter any person’s entire life cycle with a mere flick of their hand!

The heavenly will represent the very core of the natural order of the universe and its will; it represents the fate and heavenly luck of the entire universe.

And someone blessed by such an overwhelming power is also destined to be a remarkable being with massive influence in the universe.

For almost a thousand years, Nebo Dahaka remained silent and unmoving and never showed his legendary skill to anyone in the world.

To this day, nobody even knew that the demon king had a legendary skill, not even Ashtel, who had fought the demon king personally once before.
