Chapter 1103: Chapter 1103: Family Rules

"No more ’what ifs’, it’s decided!" Emerie forcefully interrupted Benjamin’s words, "I remember you’re going to the Wilson Corporation to pack your things tomorrow, right? You have to stay at the Wilson Corporation, do you hear me!"

"Well... alright." Benjamin reluctantly agreed, coaxing her as he said, "As long as my wife’s happy, I’ll do anything."

"Benjamin, you’re so good to me." Emerie sighed contentedly.

"If I’m not good to you, who else?" Benjamin smiled as he pulled Emerie into his arms, his eyes gleaming with calculations and cleverness that Emerie couldn’t see or understand. "For you, I will take over the Wilson Corporation and won’t let Sophie Wilson return to the Wilson Clan."

Hearing Benjamin say that, Emerie finally felt relieved.

While Emerie was relieved, the Seymour Family was in chaos, more accurately, Ethan Seymour’s house was in complete disorder.

As soon as James Reed entered the house, he almost thought he had entered the wrong place. The villa looked like a typhoon had swept through, with debris everywhere.

"What happened here?" James Reed asked the maid angrily.

The maid hesitated, afraid to speak, only silently continuing to clean up.

"Lost your tongue?" James Reed, already in a foul mood today, had no patience to pretend to be a gentleman, "Can’t talk?"

"Young Master, it’s because of..." the maid timidly started to say, but was interrupted by Hayley Cole who stormed down, "I was the one who broke it, so what?"

"You broke it?" James Reed’s sinister gaze fixed on Hayley Cole, causing her heart to involuntarily tremble, her arrogant demeanor instantly deflated a bit.

After a moment, Hayley Cole realized something inexplicable — why was she afraid of James Reed?

Realizing this, Hayley Cole immediately straightened her chest again, defiantly glaring at James Reed: "Yes, I broke it, so what?"

James Reed glanced at the maid and said, "Out!"

The maid, hearing this, quickly ran away as if she had been granted a pardon, and didn’t forget to close the door properly on her way out.

"What are you doing?" Originally, Hayley Cole had all the confidence, but for some reason, as James Reed approached her step by step, she suddenly became nervous.

Her heart tightened with each of James Reed’s steps, making her breath come in short gasps.

"What am I doing?" James Reed finally reached Hayley and smiled at her, his smile still very charming, but contained a bloodthirsty coldness that left Hayley extremely uneasy.

Before Hayley could figure it out, she heard James Reed’s cold voice, "Let me teach you the rules of this house!"

With a thud, Hayley was kicked away by James Reed.

Even upon landing heavily on the ground, Hayley hadn’t yet realized what had just happened.

The intense pain from her abdomen made her involuntarily curl up when she finally understood — she had been hit.

She was actually hit by James Reed!

Tears immediately blurred Hayley’s vision; staring at the now very unfamiliar figure, she couldn’t understand why James Reed would hit her.

"James, what are you doing?" In Hayley’s aggrieved daze, she suddenly heard Charlotte Reed’s exclamation.
