Atlas woke up between the twins. He felt so comfortable that he kept his eyes closed enjoying this moment of peace.
When he felt Kalel hold him tighter and Klay caressing his cheek he couldn’t stop himself from smiling. He always feels safe with Er-Ge but with the two of them, he feels like he is in a cocoon and he loves it.
He still doesn’t understand how he’s been able to make him feel in three universes in a row. Even if he likes to mess with him his feelings are real. He’s the first person who’s been able to make him feel love.
He’s more a god than a person but he feels like this is the reason why he fell for him. Er-Ge’s personality is different from anyone you would meet on the street.
He doesn’t mind since he’s not exactly normal himself. Either way, no one has ever understood him as Er-Ge and it feels good.
The twins looked at Atlas’ smile happily, they can feel that he is more open and it makes them hopeful that he might fall for them.
Atlas stood up and went to shower despite wanting to stay between them in bed all day.
The twins went to shower in the guest bedroom and they joined Atlas in the living room when they were done. They ate in comfortable silence and then left for class.
Evander walked toward Atlas’ house holding a cup of coffee for him but he abruptly stopped when he saw Atlas walk out with the twins.
The twins each held one of his hands but Atlas pulled his hands back annoyed but the twins grabbed it again.
Evander felt his heartbeat quicken. No, it’s not possible there’s no way they are together. Did they sleep at his house instead of the dorm? Evander decided to check before running to the assembly that was called.
When he entered almost all the seats were taken. He looked on stage and saw that his father hadn’t arrived yet. He took a seat on the left row so he would have eyes on Atlas and the twins.
He was sitting between Kalel and Klay in the first row. His hands tightened into fists when he saw that they were still holding his hands despite Atlas trying to free himself.
They were looking at him softly with smiles as he tried to pull his hands away until he gave up. He can’t believe the twins like Atlas now.
He frowned when he thought about what Atlas said. He told him that he is just a Destry and that he’s not good enough for him but the twins are Jonas. Their family is on par with Atlas’.
His heartbeat quickened again. No Atlas won’t have feelings for them he’s sure of it. He remembers how angry he looked when he kept talking about them.
Most of the time he did it on purpose to anger him and it always worked. He can see how annoyed he looks, he let out a breath when he convinced himself. He looked on stage when his father walked to the microphone.
Micah said:
"There’s a new mission in a few days on planet Udore. One of their forests is overturned with Atrunias. The forest has been sealed for now until the three teams of ten soldiers I’ll list get there."
Everyone felt excited at the idea of being chosen and they listened as Micah listed the names and teams.
The twins frowned when they heard that they were in the second team while Atlas was in the first. Atlas looked at them and couldn’t stop himself from smiling.
Those two can’t stand to be away from him not even for a second. He asked:
"Do you want to change team?"
Klay asked:
"Can you do that?"

"We want to be in the first team."
"I’ll take care of it."
The twins smiled and Atlas looked away slightly uncomfortable. Micah said:
"Those who were called pick up your new schedule at the entry before leaving."
Everyone stood up and Evander looked at Atlas walking alone. He looked back and saw the twins talking to other soldiers.
He ran to him and put a hand on his shoulder. Atlas looked at him and smiled. He smiled back and asked:
"Are you excited about the mission?"
Atlas nodded.
"I am I can’t wait."
He grabbed a schedule after Atlas and then asked when no one could hear him:
"Do you like the twins now? You were sitting with them."
Atlas said indifferently:
"Not really they keep following me."
"Are they staying at your house?"
Evander relaxed slightly when he saw Atlas nod like it wasn’t a big deal. As he thought the twins are the ones who have a crush on Atlas.
Everyone’s opinion of him changed since his torture so it’s not surprising. Though he didn’t think they would go as far as to stay with them in his house.
He asked:
"How many bedrooms are there in your house?"
"five."
Evander asked:
"Do you think I could sleep there too?"
Atlas stopped and looked at him.
"You can’t. It was built by my ancestors and they would’ve never accepted someone who isn’t from a prominent family to stay there and I want to respect their will."
Atlas smiled and asked:
"You understand right?"
Evander nodded with a smile despite feeling furious then he asked after thinking:
"Are the twins good enough to be with you?"
Atlas thought and answered:
"They are since they’re Jonas but I’m not interested in them that way."
Evander felt better than he did since he saw them together.
"I have to go see Damian I’ll see you later."
"Bye."
Evander looked at Atlas leave a few seconds. He looked toward the auditorium and saw the twins coming out. He ran to them and asked:

Kalel nodded and they went to seat on a bench. Evander looked at the twins and they couldn’t seem less enthusiastic at the idea of talking to him.
It makes him furious that now that they are finally back and they can be together they’re not interested anymore.
Evander said facing them:
"I just wanted to say that I thought about what you said before you left for the mission and even if I feel touched I don’t feel the same as you do anymore. I love someone else."
Even if he knew the twins had moved on deep down he still had this hope that they would be angry after hearing that but they only seemed bored. Kalel said:
"It’s fine Evander."
The twins stood up to leave but they stopped when Evander said:
"I love Atlas and I plan on telling him that I love him too after the mission."
The twins turned around and Klay sneered:
"Are you saying you love Atlas after all the terrible things you said he did to you?"
Evander said:
"It doesn’t matter anymore it’s in the past. Our relationship has changed and so did my feelings. Atlas and I will be together no matter what."
Evander’s heartbeat quickened and he felt a little fear when the twins’ eyes darkened he felt their dark spiritual power. Kalel pulled Klay and they left.
Evander went to his father’s office and took a seat in front of his desk waiting for him to finish talking on the phone.
When his father finished he asked:
"What happened?"
Micah said:
"The consciousness in the crown prince’s body was named Lex and his father Darius just found out that Atlas got rid of it and now he wants us to release Damian to him in a neutral place. Turns out the pirates were split in two and the other half were with Darius and now they are ready to go to war unless he gets his son back. He believes that he is still in the body somehow."
Evander thought and asked:
"Have you told the king or anyone yet?"
Micah shook his head.
Evander smiled maliciously and said:
"Don’t tell anyone yet I have an idea."
After listening to his son’s plan Micah smiled viciously.
Atlas arrived home just when it was time for dinner. He smelled food and follow the fragrance to the dining room.
He saw that the twins had everything ready and he took a seat at the head of the table. The twins sat on his left and right and ate in silence.
Atlas could tell that they were angry. He didn’t say anything and after eating he helped them clean the dishes. When his cellphone rang he looked at it and the twins walked upstairs.
When they were out of sight he picked up. Damian smiled.
"Hey."
"Hey"
Damian immediately asked:
"What’s wrong you look upset?"
"I’m not upset my babies are."
Damian asked:
"Does that make you uncomfortable?"
Atlas nodded.
He doesn’t like it when Er-Ge is upset unless he’s the one responsible. After talking to Damian for a few minutes he went into the master bedroom.
He opened the doors and saw the twins sitting on the bed. Atlas sighed and sat on Kalel’s lap. He asked:
"What’s wrong?"
Klay asked:
"Did you confess to Evander before you were caught and left everything to him on your will?"
Atlas nodded. The twins’ faces fell at that. From the way, Atlas was talking about him right after he was caught they thought that maybe it didn’t happen at least not Atlas telling Evander he loves him.
It wouldn’t be surprising if he left everything to Evander seeing that he is his closest friend and he has no family left.
Atlas said:
"I was in love with the person I thought he was not the person he actually is. But I told him yesterday that now that I know I deserve better than him we can be friends again."
Kalel asked:
"Really."
"Really Er-Ge."
The twins felt incredibly happy, they should’ve known better. Atlas told them multiple times that they can have Evander. Kalel kissed Atlas and he kissed him back.
He pulled back and Klay moved closer and he leaned in and kissed him too. Klay pulled back and asked:
"Did you remember what we said yesterday?"
Atlas nodded and his cheeks reddened, at that the twins’ eyes darkened.
