Cassidy, looking disheveled, shouted at an old man: "Dr. Lumba!"
"It’s not Lumba, it’s Namba!"
This old man was Dr. Namba, a member of Team Rockets who wanted to capture Lugia. His reason for wanting to capture Lugia was to use its power to create a new energy source.
"Excuse me, Dr. Namba!"
"I am truly sorry, we failed!" Cassidy said apologetically.
"It doesn’t matter. The goal has already been achieved anyway. That little Lugia is no longer important. Change the plan and capture this big Lugia directly!"
Dr. Namba stared at the big Lugia on the screen, which was fighting Gary’s three Pokémon.

Articuno shot a white beam of light at Lugia’s wings.

Facing the attacks of these two Pokémon, Super Scizor dodged them easily as if taking a leisurely stroll.
"Scizor, use Metal Claw to blow up the junk on them."
Gary was not stupid; he knew that these two Pokémon were relying only on the devices on their heads.
"Scizor!"
Super Scizor’s two pincer-like arms grabbed the devices on Houndour and Hitmontop’s heads, and the devices exploded immediately.
