"Moria-sama!"
Perona had woken up at some point and was now running out of the castle.
Tears shimmered in the corners of her eyes as she looked at her captain, who was like a father to her, lying in a pool of blood.
She couldn’t understand how the "invincible" Moria-sama could have lost.
"Waaaah~~~ Moria-sama, are you still alive?!"
Perona could no longer hold back her tears and cried out as she ran toward Moria’s fallen body.

"Perona," Moria said calmly.

Moria had come to terms with it. Although he didn’t understand why Rorschach valued Perona so highly, he no longer had any reason to hold onto this "daughter."
Rather than staying with a failure like him, it would be better for her to follow this man and see the wider world.

Perona spoke in panic and anxiety. Moria’s words sounded like he was abandoning her.

Perona stopped struggling after Moria’s scolding. She obediently followed Rorschach, but her eyes were filled with reluctance as she looked back.
After hearing Rorschach’s final words, Moria’s eyes widened.
Even in this situation, the man hadn’t killed him and had invited him once again. For the first time, Moria felt truly valued by someone.
"Damn you, Rorschach, you brat. One day I’ll come to the New World, defeat you, and take Perona back. Just you wait!"

Seeing Perona’s slightly tsundere attitude, Rorschach showed a playful smile and gave her a small threat.

"Good girl." Rorschach smiled and gently patted her head.

Rorschach had no idea what Perona was thinking in her head. If he did, he would’ve been quite pleased to act as her dad.
