Wyper immediately shouted in excitement the moment he heard Rorschach was willing to let them return to their homeland.
Returning to their native land had always been their greatest wish. Now the new God of Skypiea was actually allowing them to come back. All the Shandian warriors were thrilled.

Seeing the Shandians’ submission, Rorschach nodded in satisfaction. He then turned to the stunned Gan Fall and said:
"I’ll leave notifying the Skypiean residents to you. From now on, all those messy rules can be abolished. People living on Skypiea no longer need so many restrictions."
Hearing Rorschach’s words, Gan Fall snapped out of his daze and quickly responded, "Yes, honorable strong one... No, Lord God."
"All of you may leave. Notify your tribes to migrate over. From now on, Apayado is no longer a forbidden area. Both Skypieans and Shandians may live here."
