Chapter 2314: Chapter 2315: Pursuing An Baobei (15)

Whenever An Baobei sees Ning Zihan now, she thinks about Ning Zihan kissing her last night, feeling troubled in her heart, she doesn’t want to see Ning Zihan, so she says, "Mom, I’m tired, I want to sleep for a bit."

An Jing immediately understood, smiled at Ning Zihan and said, "Sorry, Baobei wants to sleep, we won’t keep you. You should hurry to work at the company, I heard from Uncle Ning that you’re very busy every day."

Ning Zihan politely nodded his head and left the ward, but he did not leave the hospital, instead, he sat on the bench outside An Baobei’s ward. He knows An Baobei is chasing him away and doesn’t want to see him, but he truly doesn’t want to leave.

An Jing quietly peeped through the small glass window on the ward door and saw Ning Zihan sitting outside, not leaving. She then quietly went over to the bedside and whispered to An Baobei, who was not tired at all, "He’s still outside, didn’t leave."

An Baobei just hummed softly, not speaking.

An Jing lowered her voice even more, "Look, his attitude towards you is really quite different from before, he must really like you."

An Baobei also lowered her voice, "What’s the use of him liking me now, I don’t like him anymore. Him acting this way now only bothers me. Especially since he kissed me, anyway, I really dislike him now."

An Jing just smiled and patted An Baobei’s head, saying nothing more. When it comes to her children’s feelings, she and her husband never interfered, they both always believed in letting things take their natural course.

At lunch, An Jing glanced at Ning Zihan still sitting outside the ward, then lowered her voice and smiled at An Baobei, "It’s lunchtime already, and he’s still there. I think he’s doing it on purpose."

An Baobei nodded, "I also think he’s doing it on purpose. Mom, just leave him be, if he wants to starve let him starve."

"I’m not taking care of him." An Jing found it amusing. Simultaneously, she fed An Baobei a spoonful of soup.

An Baobei only hummed.

By two in the afternoon, seeing Ning Zihan was still sitting outside, An Baobei began to get irritated, pushing her mom, "Mom, go and chase him away."

An Jing purposely said, "Why? He’s not sitting in the ward, just outside, how can you control that? Or are you afraid he’ll starve to death?"

"Skipping one meal won’t starve him to death, I just find it annoying seeing him outside."

"Why not ignore him like before?" An Jing didn’t see it as a big problem.

"How can it be the same as before? He kissed me."

"Your dad said he should take responsibility, but you don’t agree?"

An Baobei’s lips instantly pouted high, speaking pitifully, "Mom, I’m lying here unable to move, and you’re still bullying me. My wound still hurts..."

"Alright, stop pretending. I’ll make him leave." An Jing didn’t want to really upset her precious daughter, so she got up and walked outside.

Upon leaving, An Jing also closed the ward door behind her.

Ning Zihan saw An Jing come out and instinctively sat farther away from her.

He still quite dislikes women, and An Jing is a woman.

Seeing this, An Jing paused for a moment, then said, "Baobei told us everything last night, you said you like her, but because you kissed her, she’s now very resistant to seeing you. You should temporarily not appear in front of her."
