Chapter 2932: The Apostles of Typhon I

"I am slightly disappointed at what had happened, Myrma. Still, I am magnanimous which is why you should do better next time. I will need to sleep for a month because I have lost a fragment of mine. You shall all proceed to think of another way to supplement the energy that is needed to break the second seal and help me recover faster than before." The Shadow of Typhon stated as it vanished.

Only when the Shadow of Typhon no longer actively appeared before them did they finally breathe. Myrma even lost the strength on her legs and would have cried if not for her strong mentality. She believed that she would at least be punished by the Shadow of Typhon but she finally relaxed when that was not the case.

"I thought I was going to die!" Myrma stated as she slowly stood up. frёeωebɳovel.com

"You got lucky because what happened is not your fault. In fact, there is even another one that is luckier than you. He was also spared but I could see that the master was also looking at him with his glaring eyes. Am I right, Kholki?" Lernea stated as she looked towards a hooded male player.

"Why would I get punished? I already did what I needed to do and give the Primordial Beast Nidhogg the fragment of our master. It is not my fault that it will not be able to devour the Mother Tree." Kholki stated as his words were direct but not filled with confidence as he also saw that glare earlier. The only reason that he was not called out earlier is because he was bowing with his forehead on the floor.

"I am telling you that your work was sloppy as you should have stayed in the World of Alfheim until the Mother Tree met its end. If we knew that the Demon and the Priest were there visiting then you could have told us. We would have been able to intervene and they might not have been able to fuse the worlds together." Lernea stated as she knew that Kholki definitely became lazy and just did something else as soon as the fragment was given to the Primordial Beast Nidhogg.

"This is why I told you that someone needed to watch over him." A butch female voice stated.

"I know that you were the one that invited him over for that dungeon dive that you did, Namea. If you did not invite him while he was doing his mission then he might have at least stayed for a few days. It would have only taken a week for the Primordial Beast Nidhogg to destroy the Mother Tree as long as nothing happened. That week of disappearance was the deciding factor why everything suddenly gone to dust." Lernea stated as she looked at Namea but the latter did not look like she was listening at all.

"You will not get anything from that musclehead tomboy. All she thinks about are fights and destroying dungeon cores. If she had half a brain then she would not have needed our smart Kholki to defeat that dungeon." A flamboyant male voice stated.

"Shut your mouth, Rainbow Head. Do you think that I have already forgiven you from abandoning me in that dungeon?!" Namea stated with her loud and powerful mouth.

"I would have called you rainbow as well but you’re like the stone on the ground because of how nothing works on you." The flamboyant male voice stated.

"Do you want a beating, rainbow head?!" Namea shouted as she glared towards the other party.

"Namea and Mera should calm down. This is not the time to fight and scream about your petty grievances against each other." The hooded figure that was quiet earlier suddenly started to speak which made Namea and Mera back down.

"Even Nodal is breaking both of your fights. You must have ticked him off somehow. Am I right, Nodal?" Another male hooded player stated.

"Get your arm around me, Causian. You know that I do not like anyone leaning on my body. I am already tired enough as it is." Nodal stated as he brushed off the arm that Causian placed.

"I am your best bud here! You are making me sad." Causian stated but he is only actin sad.

"Enough tomfoolery. We need to think of what to do next or else we might all get punished after a month. The master has given us a month of a deadline to find another alternative way to break the second seal. If we do not find a way then all of us will definitely be sent to the pit for punishment." Lernea stated which made everyone shudder as they know how horrible that pit is because it is crawling with numerous monsters.

All of them know how scary the pit is as all of them have experienced it before. The pit is usually the punishment for the Apostles of Typhon that did not do their best or gotten the ire of their master. Even if the Primordial Calamity Typhon is brutal and murderous, he is not one that will punish someone if he feels like it. One would need to cross or do something bad for the Primordial Calamity Typhon to be angered and bring punishment.

"What is powerful like the roots of the World Tree? Do you guys have any idea?" Causian asked as he is not one to use his head much.

"There is another mythical item that can at least match the energy that is being given by the roots of the world tree." Nodal stated which made all of them look at him and waited for him to speak once again.

"The Golden Apples of the Hesperides." Nodal stated which shocked the others because they know where those are but they are not crazy enough to do it.

"Are you out of you mind? You want the Gods of Olympus to smite us?!" Namea stated as all of them know where the Golden Apples of the Hesperides are.
