Before starting to explore this desert floor, Petra immediately used her sand magic to create a small house made of sand to hold a short but very important meeting.
Desert was a very dangerous thing. So if the ladies tackled it without knowing it well, there was a very high possibility that they would find themselves in a world of danger.
So Petra decided that before doing anything, there was a need for the desert experienced ladies to advice the others about what kind of danger they could face here.
One of the most dangerous monster of the desert were the various kinds of Sandworms. They were extremely large, very good in hiding their presence and also extremely powerful monsters.
So, with all these factors, they were responsible for about 40 or 45 percent of the deaths in the desert. For that reason, many desert dwellers had worked extremely hard to come up with countermeasures against them.
Saying this much, Petra took out a bracelet and gave one to all of the ladies and Ren. This bracelet was one of the invention that had the power of detecting almost all kinds of Sandworms as long as they existed in the outside world and alert the item owner about them.
Other than the Sandworms, another super danger of the desert were the Mirages. Hearing this, Ren had thought that Petra was going to discuss about that very famous thing which was the illusion that was created because of the internal reflection and refraction of light.
But that was actually not the case here. Instead, the Mirage in this world was a real phenomenon that was created by a god. And it was a real illusory realm and getting trapped in it was extremely extremely dangerous.
The Mirage also had a hypnotic effect. And as this was something that was created by a god, directly resisting it was super hard.
That was why, Petra told that all the ladies needed to make a pair. If one of them saw a mirage then the other one could wake them up. And no one should ever enter the Mirage under any condition.
Hearing the grave tone of voice that Petra had, everyone nodded their heads. Then the team making started.
Ren had thought that he was going to be teamed up with his girlfriend Sasha or Tega but that did not happen. As Sasha and Tega both were considered to not have enough strength to protect Ren in every situation, they were rejected.
Instead, it was decided that Ren was going to be partner with the Vampire Queen Scarlet, probably the strongest person present here.
As for who would be the second strongest among the other ladies, that was without a doubt Petra. In the desert, with her specialised sand magic, she was basically invincible.
In this condition, she was even capable of giving Scarlet a lot of trouble. There was a slight but very true possibility of her even defeating the mighty full powered vampire queen.
Ren also had sand magic, so his self defense measures in this floor filled with sand was considerably stronger. But unfortunately, he did not knew many sand magic spells.
So he still needed to be protected by the other ladies. But in this desert, he would at least be able to help everyone out by at least distracting the enemies.

After this first pair, very soon the other pairs were also made. Sasha was paired up with Petra. Both of them were business partners and good friends. And with her strength, Petra should have no trouble in protecting Sasha who was also a weak link in this line up of powerhouses just like Ren.
As for Palcara, she really really wanted to team up with her daughter. But after listening to what everyone had to say, she decided to leave her daughter’s safety in Petra’s capable hands and she herself teamed up with Kumoka.
With their fighting style, they were extremely well suited for one another. So it was a very good pairing.
As for Tega, she decided to team up with Aurora. Even though it was a team of two mages which was not the ideal, but as both of them were different types of mages, they actually complemented each other quite well.
Then there was Tera, who teamed with Mirtha. Tera with her strength and knowledge about the desert and Mirtha with her versatility, they were a very good combination.
Then, it was Nessa and Myra who made another very well suited and well balanced pair. Myra would protect Nessa from all attacks and Nessa could take that time to cast a super powerful spell to defeat all the enemies by destroying their mind or even their soul with her magic.
Then finally, the last pair was that of Grace and Sarmonica. This again was a great pair. Grace did not only had her healing magic but her buffs were also very powerful. And her leadership was on a whole different level.
So she was the perfect candidate to properly manage Sarmonica, who had seen a sudden and massive surge in her strength out of nowhere. So there was a high possibility that she might have control related problem. But with Grace helping and guiding her, that would not be a problem anymore.

After the team making and pairing was completed, the ladies decided to create two larger teams by combining some of these pairs.
As this floor was looking to be extra large, if all of them stayed together, then who knew how long it would take to explore the floor and find the boss.
That was why two teams were made to make the whole exploration process to be faster. As for why even more teams were not created, it was simple. Doing so would be just way too dangerous.
But after doing a little bit of exploration, if the ladies notice that the monsters here were not that strong, they could further divide their teams again.
And that was how the exploration of the sixth floor with desert started.
