Chapter 714: Chapters 710-712: Seems Like Pregnant [4 Updates]

Suddenly, Maya Spencer felt really uncomfortable, her stomach churned, making her feel awful.

She furrowed her brows tightly, gently pushed Liam Spencer away, slowly sat up from the bed, and used her small hand to fan near her nose. Liam quickly sat up from the bed, touched her forehead, and asked, "Maya, what’s wrong?"

"Maybe I’ve been at home too long, feeling a bit dizzy and uncomfortable." Maya rubbed her temples, her face looked terrible, she seemed very unwell.

"How are you feeling uncomfortable? Let’s go to the hospital for a check-up." Liam got nervous.

"Brother Sam, don’t worry, it’s just a little dizziness, it’s nothing. After all, we haven’t gone out for days." Maya thought it was because they’ve stayed indoors too long and her body protested.

"Have a cup of hot water to ease it." Liam immediately got up to pour Maya some hot water.

However, when he returned to the bedroom with the hot water, Maya was covering her mouth and ran into the bathroom, leaning over the toilet and throwing up.

Liam followed closely behind her, handing her the water to rinse her mouth.

As she suffered, he felt heartbroken, wishing he were the one uncomfortable rather than Maya.

Maya was over the toilet, her brow tightly furrowed, suddenly feeling a strange sensation.

She’s experienced this twice before; once when she was pregnant, the other time was just an upset stomach.

Maya took a deep breath, wondering what the cause was this time. Was it like the first reason or the second?

She wasn’t sure, especially since she’d been with Liam for two years without any pregnancy symptoms.

Although she saw a doctor last time, who advised her to relax and not stress, it couldn’t be that quick, right?

Maya didn’t share her inner thoughts with Liam, afraid he’d get his hopes up for nothing, so she stood up nonchalantly and said with a smile, "Brother Sam, I’m fine! Just my stomach being upset."

"Maya, could it be..." Liam actually had his own suspicions.

"What are the odds? It can’t be!" Maya interrupted him, not letting him finish, really afraid Liam might be disappointed.

"After throwing up, are you feeling better?" Liam expressed deep doubt.

"Yeah, yeah! I need to take a shower now and then go downstairs to the garden to soak up the sun, can’t really stay indoors all the time, or I’ll get moldy." Maya tilted her head, pinching Liam’s cheek.

"I’ll accompany you." Liam also rubbed her face.

"What do you want to accompany me for, before or after?" Maya reflexively pulled up her clothes in defense against Liam.

"Both." Liam was very gentle.

"No way!

So after showering and changing clothes, the two went to the community garden to soak up the sun.

Mid-October, the weather was still a bit hot, and after a while, Maya was feeling warm, so Liam found a shady resting area for her, letting her sit on the swing while he pushed her from behind.

Maya’s joyful laughter echoed in the air, so pleasing and soothing.

The swing hadn’t gone for long before Maya covered her mouth and leaped off, immediately running to the nearby trash can but couldn’t throw up, only dry heaved.

Liam stayed beside her, his heart about to jump out, patting Maya’s back: "Maya, listen, we’re going to the hospital now, figure out what’s causing this sudden discomfort."

"Alright!" Maya compromised, once she could find an excuse, but repeatedly having this issue, she couldn’t ignore it, whether it was pregnancy or her body being unwell, she’d have to get checked at the hospital.

Therefore, Liam drove Maya to the hospital.

In the car, Maya looked at the marks on Liam’s body, full of embarrassment, then looked at herself, even more embarrassed, feeling amused yet impressed by their passion.

"Little thing, what’s so funny?" Liam pinched her chin with his big hand.

"Laughing at how flamboyant we are, we should have worn long clothes to cover up, or else people will definitely laugh." Maya wanted to cry without tears.

"Let them laugh! What’s the big deal?" Liam was unconcerned; he and Maya loved each other like that, what could he do, he wouldn’t hold back his love for Maya because of others’ views.

He liked Maya, liked leaving his marks all over her.

Seeing Liam’s indifference, Maya tightly gripped his large hand: "Brother Sam, don’t overthink, don’t hold out hope, I’m afraid you’ll be disappointed."

"Little thing, I’m not thinking of anything, as long as you’re healthy, I’m satisfied, everything else, let nature take its course, Brother Sam is not in a hurry." Maya’s words clearly indicated her fear that Liam might be worried if she’s not pregnant.

In fact, regarding this matter, Liam had long come to terms; not to mention if Maya can conceive, even if they really couldn’t together, he didn’t mind. As long as she’s by his side, he’s satisfied.

"Brother Sam, you’re so good to me, I don’t know how to be good to you." Maya tightly embraced Liam, she liked Liam very much.

Every word he said, she was deeply touched, liking how he valued her so much, but also afraid she couldn’t give him more.

"Little thing, if you show up healthy in front of Brother Sam every day, and can be beside Brother Sam for a lifetime, I’m already extremely grateful, dare not be greedy for more." Liam lifted Maya’s small hand, placed it by his lips, and kissed it forcefully.

His love and affection for Maya had already exceeded verbal expression and action, he only knew he liked the girl in front of him very much, going crazy not seeing her for a day.

Liam’s words weren’t deliberately romantic, just his true feelings, yet they were more beautiful than all the love words in the world, giving Maya immense security, allowing her to be carefree, although the world was wonderful, she only needed one Liam.

The smile on the girl’s lips intoxicated Liam, he gently held her small face with his right hand, letting her lean on his shoulder, liking the feeling of being needed by her, making him feel warm.

Half an hour later, the car parked in the hospital’s underground parking lot, Liam led Maya to take the elevator to the physical examination department.

As Maya mentioned, their appearance indeed drew attention, people looking at the marks on them, couldn’t help but smirk sneakily, some even took photos with their phones.

A few days ago, they just had a grand wedding, appearing again and showing affection publicly; now appearing in the hospital, everyone almost unanimously guessed it was probably because of pregnancy.
