Collaboration
Multiple creators can work on the same project simultaneously in real time. Each collaborator must be a Lucid user. Project ownership and rights remain with the creator who initiated the project unless a separate agreement is established between collaborators. Collaboration terms are documented automatically by the platform at the start of each shared session.
Storage and Version History
Project storage is unlimited. All project files, unrendered assets, work in progress files, and draft scenes are stored indefinitely at no additional cost.
Full version history is available for every project. Creators can revert to any previous saved state at any time without losing subsequent work.

Device Access
Lucid Studio is exclusively available to Lucid users.
The standard 12-hour daily usage limit is lifted for Lucid Studio. Creators may use Lucid Studio for unlimited hours including during sleep integration. The 12-hour limit remains in effect for gaming within the Hub.
LUCID STUDIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Ownership
You own 100% of everything you create with Lucid Studio. Nova Technologies holds no ownership interest in your content at any stage, including during rendering, storage, and after publication.
Commercial Rights
Full commercial rights are yours within the LucidNet ecosystem. You may monetize, license viewing access to, and distribute your content across LucidNet. Content files are stored within the Lucid ecosystem and are not exportable.
LucidNet Monetization
Content published to LucidNet earns through viewer gifting at the standard 70% creator / 30% platform split. Additional monetization options are detailed in the full Terms and Conditions.
Nova Technologies’ Use of Your Content
Nova Technologies will not use, reproduce, or distribute your content for any purpose without your explicit consent. Your content is yours. ƒrēewebnoѵёl.cσm
Content Standards
The Lucid Studio AI will not render content that violates these terms. Prohibited content is restricted at the generation stage and cannot be produced regardless of how the request is framed.
Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
• Any content depicting minors in sexual, romantic, or harmful contexts
• Pornographic content, defined as content whose primary purpose is the explicit depiction of sexual acts for sexual gratification. Mature narrative content containing sexual scenes is not classified as pornographic under this definition. The distinction is one of purpose and context and is applied at the generation stage.
• Deepfakes and synthetic misinformation — content that depicts real individuals saying, doing, or endorsing things they have not said, done, or endorsed, including fabricated news content, synthetic political statements, and any content designed to deceive viewers about the actions or beliefs of a real person
• Content facilitating real-world violence against specific individuals
• Targeted harassment
Adult Content
Mature content including sexual scenes is permitted under the following conditions:
• The creator must be 18 years of age or older, verified through the platform’s identity confirmation process
• Content containing adult material must be flagged by the creator at the time of publication
• Adult content will be age-gated and will not be visible to viewers under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction
• Unflagged mature content detected by the platform will be flagged automatically and the creator’s account reviewed
Real-World Likeness and Intellectual Property
Content depicting real individuals, trademarked characters, or protected intellectual property requires verified legal authorization before generation is permitted.
To request authorization:
• Submit relevant legal documentation through the platform dashboard
• Nova Technologies will contact the rights holder directly to confirm authorization
• If the rights holder approves, a contract will be drafted automatically by the platform. Both parties and their legal representatives must review and sign the contract before generation is permitted. A witnessing legal firm must also sign.
• The 70% creator royalty share for licensed content will be split between the original rights holder and the creating creator at a negotiated rate. Nova Technologies monitors all negotiations to ensure neither party is coerced or pressured into an unfavorable split. A minimum floor applies to protect the creating creator’s share regardless of negotiated terms.
• Rights holders must be verified Lucid users or verified institutional accounts to receive royalty payments. Payments to unverified rights holders are held until verification is complete.
• If the rights holder declines to license, the creating creator will be informed and the content will remain blocked.
• For private individuals who report unauthorized use of their likeness, Nova Technologies requires proof of likeness before any action proceeds.
Content Similarity Detection
The Lucid Studio AI monitors content generation for substantial similarity to existing protected works. If a similarity is detected:
• Generation is paused and the creator is informed
• The creator is offered the option to license the similar element through the platform’s licensing pathway
• If the creator proceeds without licensing, the content will not render
Licensing terms follow the same process as the real-world likeness and intellectual property framework above.
Content Archiving
Deleted content is held for 90 days before permanent deletion. Creators may restore deleted content within this window. After 90 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Data Privacy
Your creative files, project data, render history, and account information are private. Nova Technologies does not share or sell creator data to third parties.
Disputes
Content ownership and rights disputes are governed by the terms accepted at account creation. Creator earnings continue to accrue during active disputes unless a court order requires otherwise. Nova Technologies does not freeze creator earnings on the basis of an unresolved dispute alone.

What is LucidNet Music?
LucidNet Music is a music streaming platform integrated into LucidNet. It is the dedicated home for music created with Lucid Studio and for artists who choose to distribute their music through the LucidNet ecosystem.
Listeners can stream music, watch music videos, follow artists, and support artists directly through gifting.
LucidNet Music is strictly a music platform. Podcasts and audiobooks are not supported at this time.
Access and Pricing
Lucid users — $0.99/month
Full native integration within the Lucid ecosystem. Music is accessible across every part of the Lucid experience seamlessly including during sleep integration.
Non-Lucid users — $3/month
Access through LucidNet on standard devices. Full streaming functionality without immersive integration.
The standard 12-hour daily usage limit is lifted for LucidNet Music on Lucid devices. Listeners may access LucidNet Music for unlimited hours including during sleep integration. The 12-hour limit remains in effect for gaming within the Hub.
Discovery
LucidNet Music uses an algorithmic recommendation system designed to surface music based on listener preferences while actively promoting emerging and independent artists. Smaller and newer artists receive dedicated discovery placement to ensure the platform does not replicate the existing popularity-favoring dynamics.
Listeners can also browse by genre, mood, and curated playlists updated continuously by the platform.
Artist Profiles
Every artist on LucidNet Music has a dedicated profile integrated directly into their existing LucidNet account. Artist profiles display their full catalog, follower count, and gifting option.
Artist accounts are identified on LucidNet with a Lucid Music Creator designation and a green verification mark visible across the platform.
Exclusive Releases
Artists may choose to release music exclusively on LucidNet Music for a defined period of 30 to 90 days. Exclusive releases receive dedicated promotional support including placement on the platform’s discovery infrastructure, curated playlists, and LucidNet front page features.
Nova Technologies does not offer financial advances or signing bonuses for exclusive releases. Promotional support is the full extent of the exclusivity benefit. Artists retain complete ownership and commercial rights throughout and after the exclusivity period.
Content Monetization
Creators on Lucid Studio have three monetization options for visual content published to LucidNet. Each can be applied independently or in combination across a creator’s catalog. The creator decides which model applies to each individual piece of content.
Option 1 — Free with Viewer Gifting
Content is published free. Viewers may gift the creator directly at any time.
Creator share: 70%
Platform share: 30%
There is no minimum threshold required before earnings are accessible. Earnings accrue from the moment content is published.
Option 2 — Per View
Viewers pay once to access a specific piece of content. Payment covers unlimited rewatches of that content. Creators set their own price within the caps below.

Platform share: 30%
Per view pricing caps by content length:
• Short-form content (under 10 minutes) — maximum $2.99
• Medium-form content (10–40 minutes) — maximum $4.99
• Feature length content (40–90 minutes) — maximum $7.99

Viewer gifting remains available on per view content. Viewers who have paid to access content may additionally gift the creator at their discretion.

Viewers pay a monthly fee to access all of a specific creator’s subscription-tier content. Creators set their own price within the caps below.

Using Multiple Models Simultaneously
Creators may apply different monetization models to different content within the same catalog. A creator may have free content, per view content, and subscription content active simultaneously. Viewers see clearly which model applies to each piece of content before accessing it.
Music Monetization
Music created with Lucid Studio and distributed through LucidNet Music earns through two streams simultaneously.
Per-stream rate: $0.01 per stream
Viewer gifting: 70% creator / 30% platform
Music monetization operates independently from visual content monetization. A music video published to LucidNet earns through visual content gifting. The same track distributed through LucidNet Music earns additionally through the per-stream rate. Both apply simultaneously where relevant.
Payment
Creator earnings are paid only to Lucid user accounts or verified institutional accounts. Earnings for unverified creators are held until verification is complete.
Earnings accrue from the moment content is published across all monetization models. There is no minimum threshold required before earnings are accessible.
LUCIDNET MUSIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Ownership
Artists own 100% of all music distributed through LucidNet Music. Nova Technologies holds no ownership interest in any music at any stage.
Content Standards
The same content standards that apply to Lucid Studio apply to music distributed on LucidNet Music. Music whose primary purpose is harmful, harassing, or prohibited content as defined in the Lucid Studio Terms and Conditions will not be permitted on the platform.
Intellectual Property
The same licensing and similarity detection framework that applies to Lucid Studio applies to music on LucidNet Music. Artists distributing music that incorporates protected material must have verified authorization before distribution is permitted.
Data Privacy
Listener data, streaming history, and account information are private. Nova Technologies does not share or sell listener or artist data to third parties.

Lucid users: All issues, queries, and communications related to the Lucid ecosystem should be directed to your Lucid assistant AI. Your assistant will forward your communication to the relevant team. Lucid users receive priority response.
Non-Lucid users: Direct all queries and communications to the LucidNet support address available in your account dashboard. Response times for non-Lucid users are longer than for Lucid users.
Nova Technologies does not operate a public-facing support line. All support is handled through the channels above.
Jurisdiction
Both Lucid Studio and LucidNet Music are available globally from launch. Jurisdiction-specific terms where applicable are detailed in the full Terms and Conditions.
