Nova burst into manic laughter as newfound power surged through his body. Brilliant arcs of lightning flickered violently around him before coating both of his swords.

Nova breathed heavily while staring at the notifications floating before him. Even with his current strength, the slaughter on the third floor had continued for Four entire days without stopping.
The sheer number of beasts had been overwhelming.
Thousands upon thousands of Elite Wolfangs kept charging at him endlessly. During the battle, he had received countless injuries and narrowly escaped death multiple times despite all his abilities.
Fortunately, his swords had survived this time.
By coating them with lightning, he had reinforced the blades enough to withstand the brutal clashes against the giant beasts. Though the same couldn’t be said for his clothes.
At this point, he barely had anything left covering his upper body, while even his pants had become ragged and torn after days of continuous fighting.
One thing Nova had clearly noticed was that his growth speed was slowing down significantly.
The higher his level became, the harder it was to level up further. Even after slaughtering thousands of these monsters, the increase in strength no longer felt as explosive as it had during the first floor.

"Otherwise, imagine if I died while shitting in some corner after eating all that cursed meat."
Recently, with no one left to talk to for days, Nova had begun speaking to himself far more often. Maybe it was his way of holding onto the last fragments of his sanity.

"The Elite Wolfangs dropped far more weapons compared to the previous monsters," Nova muttered while scrolling through the inventory section. "And the last three Hunter Wolfangs even dropped two decent weapons... a longsword and a spear."
Both weapons looked extremely sturdy and durable compared to the ordinary equipment he had been using until now.
Still, Nova’s expression slowly turned serious. I wonder how strong the boss will be...

"Haha..." Nova let out a quiet sigh.
Nova cleared away the unnecessary thoughts crowding his mind before a wide smile slowly appeared on his face as he gazed at the countless weapons scattered throughout the large blood-soaked dungeon.
"I’ve accumulated quite a lot of stat points..." he muttered while looking at his status window. "Whichever attribute I invest them into will receive a massive boost."
For now, however, he decided not to use them recklessly.
"In the future, if I face opponents stronger than me, I can distribute the points depending on their abilities. That would greatly increase my chances of winning."
The more Nova thought about it, the more useful saved stat points seemed in dangerous situations. As he continued staring at his status window with nothing else to do while waiting for the final floor, his eyes suddenly stopped at one particular section.
