[Stamina: Your physical strength is more abundant]

Chen Ze was a bit dumbfounded as he stared blankly at the Magical Mapo Tofu before him, blinking his eyes.

The Magical Mapo Tofu was radiating a strong light, and its fragrance was incredibly tempting. Despite being a certain distance away from the dish, Chen Ze could still feel a wave of aroma hitting his face.

"Perf... perfect... perfect level?" Chen Ze couldn’t help but rub his eyes, but he hadn’t read it wrong. The rating for this Magical Mapo Tofu was indeed perfect level.

"Boss, what... what did you do?" Betty couldn’t help but poke her head in, swallowing her saliva frantically, or it would have dribbled down her chin.

"Cooking... Magical Mapo Tofu..." Chen Ze turned around dazedly and glanced at Betty.

It seemed it was not an illusion; he had indeed made a perfect-level dish, which was probably the highest-level dish he had made so far, right?

After all, the Nafi Siblings’ dish didn’t count, since Chen Ze didn’t consider any dish with temporary and exclusive effects to be truly perfect.

Chen Ze took out a lid and covered the still-radiating Magical Mapo Tofu, then splashed some cold water on his face to calm himself.

"You first take the hotpot out," said Chen Ze, glancing at the hotpot which was ready.

"Sure... sure..." Betty swallowed her saliva again, her gaze occasionally darting towards the covered dish.

Chen Ze took out some high-gluten flour, feeling he needed to make a light cheesecake to calm down.

"So, how did I make perfect-level cuisine?" Chen Ze frowned, feeling an urgent need to figure out why. Once he understood, the perfect Magical Mapo Tofu could become his first ace dish.

"Mr. Riesel, here is your hotpot, please enjoy." Betty walked out beaming and placed the hotpot on the table.

"That, Betty, do you know what was just..." Riesel swallowed his saliva, the aroma from earlier was just too enticing.

Normally, the restaurant was filled with a variety of fragrances, among which he could smell his own hotpot, but that aroma had instantly captured his sense of smell when it emerged.

What an aroma it was, just one whiff made his stomach hunger, protest, and crave that food.

"That... should be Little Dragone... Mr. Dragone’s Magical Mapo Tofu." Betty hesitated for a moment, almost misstating Dragone’s gender.

"My Magical Mapo Tofu? That’s fantastic, I can’t wait any longer!" Dragone looked at Betty excitedly, having also caught a whiff of that mesmerizing aroma.

"Damn it, why didn’t I order that Magical Mapo Tofu?" Sebastian was troubled, regretting his choice of curry pork cutlet rice.

"Dragone~" Sebastian was rubbing his hands together, gazing longingly at Dragone.

"I want to eat it by myself. Can’t you order your own?" Dragone stared back at Sebastian, his eyes blazing with danger.

"Well, I’m not sure if I can make it again," interjected Chen Ze, who had been listening to the noise in the restaurant, so he quickly spoke up to explain.

"Eh?" Even Riesel couldn’t sit still anymore, raising his head in shock.

"Because it was something I happened to make by chance, I’m not sure I can make another one," Chen Ze shook his head. He still hadn’t figured out how he managed to make a perfect dish.

"Dragone, we’re friends, right?" Riesel sidled up with a sly smile and draped an arm around Dragone’s neck.

"Yes, Dragone, isn’t that what friends are for, to enjoy things together?" Sebastian joined in.

"Can I pretend I don’t know you guys?" Dragone said expressionlessly.

"If you don’t let me have a share, I’ll have to tell that thing to the one who loves gossip the most..." Riesel threatened.

"Fine, you’re in," Dragone conceded.

"And count me in too. Remember, it’s my restaurant’s door and I was the one who brought you all in," Sebastian hurriedly added.

"Alright," Dragone covered his face, helpless. The thought of sharing that Magical Mapo Tofu with these two beasts gave him a heart-wrenching feeling.

"But let me make it clear first, if you dare to take a big bite, or let your saliva drip into it..." Dragone clenched his fist, making a crunchy sound.

"Betty, come and serve the dishes," Chen Ze clapped his hands. The dishes for the three dragons were ready.

But Chen Ze didn’t take a break or come out to watch. Instead, he intended to make the Magical Mapo Tofu again to see if he could create a second perfect dish. fгeewёbnoѵel.cσm

Betty swallowed and then lifted the lid, and once again, light illuminated the whole restaurant.

Dragone took up a spoon, served two spoons for Riesel and Sebastian, and then eagerly scooped one for himself and stuffed it into his mouth.

Rich and spicy flavors hit him first, followed by a storm of taste. In that moment, Dragone felt his taste buds were completely dominated by the bold delicacy.

He couldn’t bear to swallow, continuing to savor the flavor in his mouth. It was fragrant, mellow, with a tingling and spicy sensation, and especially delicious.

If the best food Dragone had ever tasted was likened to a cup of water, then this Magical Mapo Tofu was a river.

Moreover, since it was served right after cooking, the hot, spicy, numbing, fragrant, colorful, and crisp texture were all very rich.

Still, Dragone couldn’t help but swallow. As soon as he did, he felt a warm, but not hot, flame in his belly.

"Whew..." Dragone sighed contentedly, then casually knocked Sebastian’s spoon.

"Yours has been given," Dragone took the Magical Mapo Tofu over and scooped another spoonful.

As Sebastian lingered on the taste he just experienced, he glanced at his curry pork chop rice and suddenly found it less appetizing.

Chen Ze sighed. He hadn’t managed to make a perfect Mapo Tofu.

"Betty, come in, I’ll share some with you," Chen Ze called Betty in. As a chef, the greatest perk was being able to keep some food for oneself to taste.

"Boss!" Betty was nearly moved to prostrate herself in deep gratitude.
