Chapter 121: Chapter 121: We Can Feel Your Sincerity!

The Flying Tiger really thought he couldn’t treat Jiang Che like a normal person.

Who on the outside doesn’t want to get this artifact? Some even suspect, Flying Tiger’s being so nice letting everyone watch the stream—could this artifact really be just for streaming?

Plenty of people are guessing if the Flying Tiger Organization might be getting some extra benefit through this artifact.

And a whole lot of people have thought about stealing this artifact from the Flying Tiger Organization.

But there’s no use, because no one even knows what this artifact actually looks like.

Jiang Che looked seriously at the screen on the tablet. The bullet chat was already streaming in line after line in the live broadcast room.

Below, there were a ton of people’s avatars; he could even scroll through them and see what everyone was up to.

What a magical artifact.

Jiang Che was amazed by the artifact’s magic.

If this artifact can detect a specific person, doesn’t that mean the live stream artifact has powerful detection capabilities, maybe even the dungeon’s activation level, or which dungeon is being opened? Could it really be that accurate?

Jiang Che frowned, thinking. The more he thought about it, the more likely it seemed.

In the instant a dungeon opens, and they can drop things right on each person. No way they can’t track the dungeon’s specific level and ID.

He believed Flying Tiger wasn’t lying. Most organizations could probably only check the general dungeon level.

But the Flying Tiger Organization could definitely see way more accurate dungeon data, maybe even know exactly which dungeon got opened.

No wonder Flying Tiger can make sure they can clear an S-level dungeon.

So it turns out they had precise guides all along.

Jiang Che thought about this and picked up the dungeon file. "This dungeon, it should be one of those A-level dungeons that’s already been cleared, right?"

When Flying Tiger heard him, her pupils shrank hard.

Just for a split second, but Jiang Che still caught her expression change perfectly.

Ever since hitting Tier Five Peak, Jiang Che’s perception of everything around him had become crazy sharp.

He knew it was because advancing in tier also boosted his physical abilities.

"Heh, you guessed that?" Flying Tiger looked at Jiang Che, honestly a little amazed by the way his mind worked for the first time.

She didn’t know if other people had figured it out, but Jiang Che had guessed it right on his first watch, something that hadn’t even crossed her mind.

"Just realized, after I found out the camera can focus on every person individually." Jiang Che said, flipping through a couple more angles.

The more Flying Tiger saw, the less she believed Jiang Che’s dungeon clears were just pure luck.

This insight is scary as hell!

"So, do you want this artifact?" she continued to tempt Jiang Che.

"I want it, but I don’t want to get married. I already have a wife." Jiang Che shook his head. He really did want the artifact, since he wanted to accurately return to Dungeon 9.

But he had zero interest in being with Flying Tiger.

Flying Tiger’s mouth twitched. Jiang Che’s so-called wife—wasn’t that just the "wife" he played pretend with in Red Pearl Mental Hospital?

Why is this guy so stubborn!

Looks like they’ll need to find a psychiatrist to treat Jiang Che’s mental issues.

Jiang Che, sometimes, seemed totally normal to her—other times, not at all.

Jiang Che held the tablet. "Can I take this tablet with me?"

He wanted to go back to his room and watch more slowly; the stream wasn’t ending anytime soon anyway.

"Go ahead and take it." Flying Tiger waved dismissively—the tablet wasn’t anything important.

Jiang Che cradled the tablet in high spirits. He’d just seen his own name pop up on bullet chat, saw everyone talking about him!

He’d registered his own account a while back, always posting gray-and-white bullet chats, which, just like all the other gray-and-white ones, would sink in the bullet chat ocean like bot spam.

[Look, there’s a guy, just like Jiang Che, carried a case full of jewels and even brought booze and cigarettes.]

[LMFAO, is he trying to recreate Jiang Che’s iconic stunt?]

[Gotta say, do evil spirits really like this stuff?]

[Depends, maybe some evil spirits do have odd tastes. Who really knows what hobbies they got.]

[I’m telling you, Jiang Che’s just lucky as hell. With dungeons opening on random people, it ain’t impossible the stuff he brought just happened to be what the evil spirit liked.]

...

Jiang Che saw them talking about him, his expression a bit weird. He quickly tapped out a bullet chat in reply.

[You can give anything, as long as it’s genuine.] He wanted to say, when giving things to his parents, it doesn’t matter how valuable, as long as the thought counts, they’ll be happy.

He thought people would pay attention to his words, but realized instantly he was wrong—everyone started mocking him for what he’d just said.

[Someone just said ’genuine’? Bro, you trying to impress evil spirits with your sincerity?]

[Evil spirit: If you’re being real, why don’t you dig your heart out and show me, huh?]

[That’s not ’genuine,’ that’s called giving them what they want!]

[Let’s see if this guy manages another lucky bet this time.]

...

Jiang Che then switched the camera onto the guy they’re talking about. Dude had a backpack, holding a suitcase, literally just like Jiang Che.

The only difference—Jiang Che noticed he strapped a pistol at his side, and the pocket on his decoy was bulging, probably filled with some dungeon artifacts.

The guy in the camera knew he was being streamed. He opened his case and started talking at the bullet chat like he was talking to air.

"Guys, I’ve got everything ready for this one."

"D-level dungeon, I’ve got confidence I’ll escape the evil spirit’s chase, so why not try Jiang Che’s method first?"

He patted his suitcase. "Look, I brought cigarettes, booze, jewelry, dolls, makeup, gold..."

"Everything you could want!"

He grinned. "But of course, I’m not copying Jiang Che completely."

Then he patted his pocket. "I’ve got life-saving artifacts too."

"What do you guys think? If these evil spirits actually take my stuff and don’t kill me right away, can I maybe catch them off guard and strike back?" He couldn’t help raising his voice in excitement.

Jiang Che frowned—he hadn’t thought someone would try and gain the evil spirit’s trust just to kill them after.

As he spoke, bullet chat was already losing it, cheering him on,

[Holy shit, that’s brutal!]

[I’m calling it, this is the easiest way to kill an evil spirit!]

[Would evil spirits really let their guard down?]

[Why not? Maybe they’ll get cocky after you butter them up with presents. Time to smack ’em awake!]

[I’m gonna try this next F-level dungeon! I feel OP as hell right now!]

...

Jiang Che couldn’t help calling Tuantuan for a secret call.

"Tuantuan, did you guys ever think I’d hurt you back then?" He told Tuantuan everything he’d just seen on the stream.

Tuantuan froze for a second, then laughed, "Daddy, we can feel it!"

"We can really feel your true heart!"
