So when I told them I could awaken your Spirit Demon and turn you into an Undying without killing you, what I actually did was transfer the Energy of that Undying they had imprisoned over to you."
Hua Luojie clenched his fists, excitement written all over his face. "The only reason I came in the first place was because I heard there was an Undying being studied over here. That was my goal all along."
"You actually never told me any of this. Why are you saying it now?"
Hua Luoying swallowed, looking at Hua Luojie in confusion.
"Because we’re getting ready to leave."
Hua Luojie narrowed his eyes. "I’ve told you all this just so you’ll understand: where we are doesn’t depend on the environment, it depends on where there are Undying people.
If they can manage to catch this guy named Tang Ming, then naturally we don’t need to leave. But if they can’t, then whoever can catch Tang Ming, that’s who we’ll go to."
"And then?"
"And then of course we’ll transfer the Energy from Tang Ming’s body into mine. At that point we brothers will both become Undying, possess an Undying Body, which is equivalent to possessing endless time and life. Then I can research this subject forever, until I achieve a breakthrough."
Light flashed in Hua Luojie’s eyes as he grew increasingly excited just thinking about the future.
"We all underestimated you, huh!"
Hua Luoying looked at Hua Luojie with a complicated expression. In the past Hua Luojie had always faced the world with the persona of a mad scientist, but a genius is a genius—how could he possibly be a real idiot?
"Hee-hee, now it just depends on whether Heavenly Wolf Palace and M Country’s side can catch Tang Ming. I’m really looking forward to it."
Hua Luojie smiled faintly, then began working, organizing the data.
Early the next morning, Saint Yale University was surrounded by police and special forces. The members of the Imperial University exchange group in particular were isolated and interrogated, pressured to reveal Tang Ming’s whereabouts.

When they heard Tang Ming had become a wanted man, Zhen Aiguo and the others were stunned. They immediately contacted the embassy to send people to protect the students’ safety, and also cooperated honestly with the police investigation.
Embassy personnel rushed to the scene at once, terminated the exchange group’s activities, and organized to send all the students back home that very day.
Zuoshao and Henry worked together, yet still couldn’t find any trace of Tang Ming, and were furious.
Although Henry was an M Country official, when facing the staff of the Huaxia embassy, they could only do things by the book and didn’t dare make things too hard on the exchange group members.
Zuoshao, however, was fuming. He contacted the people from Heavenly Wolf Palace, planning to kidnap Wu Xiaoxia, Zhou Xiaoqian, Li Wenxuan and the others who were close to Tang Ming, in order to use them to force Tang Ming to show himself—only for the plan to be foiled by an unexpected person.
When the Heavenly Wolf Palace people were about to resort to force, Chai’erfu suddenly appeared and very ceremoniously escorted Wu Xiaoxia and the others onto the flight. Although Chai’erfu only came to see Wu Xiaoxia off and express his determination to pursue her, his appearance had inadvertently blocked Heavenly Wolf Palace’s operation.

In a secret conference room at Saint Yale University, Dean Kawa, Zuoshao, Henry, and the Hua brothers gathered for a meeting. Zuoshao represented Heavenly Wolf Palace, and Dean Kawa and Henry represented M Country’s official side.
"I really didn’t expect that Tang Ming would also be an Undying. What a pity we let him get away."
Dean Kawa slapped the table hard. "Damn bastard, he hid way too deep."
"It’s useless saying anything now. If I’m not mistaken, he must have gone back home through some special channel."

"You think we don’t want to catch him? We just didn’t expect that brat to be so sly, running off the moment his identity was exposed."
Henry curled his lip in annoyance.
"Zuoshao, once Tang Ming is back in his own country, we can’t easily intervene from our side. This capture operation will probably fall on you Heavenly Wolf Palace people."
Dean Kawa looked at Zuoshao with a grave expression. "After all, the members of Heavenly Wolf Palace are from that country. It’s easier for you to take action."
"I don’t need you to teach me what to do. We’ll definitely find a way to catch him. But..."
Zuoshao narrowed his eyes and gave a crafty smile. "I think before we make a move, we can find a way to make those guys back home bite each other like dogs for a while."

At this moment, Tang Ming had already boarded a smuggling boat headed back home. With no way to leave M Country through official channels, he could only take the smuggling ship arranged by James to return.

Tang Ming sat on the deck, grumbling nonstop in frustration. Yingzi and the others could all leave by plane; he alone had to take a slow boat back.
