Liam remembered clearly the flirtatious way Monica spoke.
However, he still subconsciously glanced at Claire. If Claire were to take care of him in that way, then he really would not have to worry about anything anymore.
Claire rolled her eyes at Monica after feeling Liam’s gaze fall on her for a moment. This woman always tried to steer the conversation toward suggestive topics.
It was truly frustrating, and there was nothing she could do about it.
"Can you please stop talking nonsense in front of him?" Claire asked.
Monica said nonchalantly, "This is not nonsense.
This young man likes you. Otherwise, he would not have confessed to Victoria. I think he probably hopes you will take good care of him."
Even Liam found it hard to resist such witty remarks, but he kept his expression calm and composed.
"Monica, what exactly is the situation with your company’s system?" Liam asked, smoothly changing the subject.
If this woman kept driving the conversation, it would probably go off track entirely. Although deep down he found the idea appealing, he maintained his mature demeanor.
"It is like this, Liam. There are some minor issues with the attendance system at my company, and some data cannot be retrieved using the employee ID," Monica explained.
She had tried to find people online, but they all said it was difficult and the prices were outrageously high.

The three of them walked toward the building. In the elevator, Monica H teased, "Claire, you are really charming.

The employees greeted Monica one after another.
Liam looked around and saw that Monica’s trading company was not large, with only a few dozen employees. However, compared to ordinary families, Monica Harper was definitely a wealthy person.
The business owners who dined in that private room at the Grand Regent Hotel that day belonged to the same circle. They were basically all at the same income level.

Liam took a sip of his coffee and went straight to the desk on the left.
