"For months now,my wife and I have been on the run..."
The man said,but seemed undecided on wether to go on or not.
"Why...?"
Leo’s voice had softened,out of pity for the two. There was no way it had been easy for them.
"I will have to start from the beginning..."
The man sighed,his face still on the ground.
"We have time..."
Leo helped the man up as he dismissed the rest.
"Who were you running from...?"
The merchant was silent,as if gathering his thoughts.
"That’s weird...!"
The man said as he awkwardly scratched the back of his head.
"What is it...?"
The man was awkwardly silent for a full minute.
"I know I promised to tell young lord everything..."
The merchant said as he avoided Leo’s gaze.
"But..."
Leo urged him.
"Young lord,it happens that I can not recall most of my memories..."
"Damn you system...!"
Leo knew why,or rather who or what was behind the merchants memory loss. The same happened to his other system issued summons. All they could remember were what was essential to life and what the system deemed helpful to Leo.
"Then what do you recall...?"
He asked.
"I remember that my wife and I come from two rich clans from..."
The man seemed to struggle recalling something.
"Let me guess,you can not remember where your clans are located..."

"Why did you pull your sword on me...?"
Leo decided to interrogate rather than here the man’s broken story.
"Young lord knew of my ability,and the only other person that knows of it is my wife..."
"Ooh...!"
Leo was surprised,he had assumed that everybody had an ability.
"Why were you keeping it a secret...?"
"Young lord may not know this,but people with special abilities are considered as a rare gem and they will be sought for by every clan,sect, factions,guilds and organizations..."
"Are abilities that rare...!"
Leo was surprised.
"So rare that without the strength to move mountains and drain oceans,no single group can retain one..."
"Clans have been wiped out just because a member of theirs was born with a special ability..."
"People like me are considered as goods and tools..."
The merchant man said.
"And I did not want that for me..."
The man said,his shoulders dropping.
Leo was uncertain of how to proceed. Out of the six system issued summons,five had an ability each,while he had two.
"It just that without enough strength,it is not easy to retain an ability..."
The man said as he looked at Hu. The burst of Hu’s strength was a clear indication that he to had a special ability.
"Everyone here has one..."
Leo casually said.
"Blurt...!"
The merchant was at first lost,but seconds later,he puked out a whole mouthful of blood.
"Everyone...?"
He could not help but ask,as he wiped blood from the corners of his mouth,his face paler than a ghost.
"I have two..."
Leo added,but soon regretted as the man puked blood for a third time. But this time,the blood splashed on Leo’s chest. He was forced to step back,and watch the man quickly retreived an exquisite box from his spatial artifact and took out a vial of the same fluid he had fed his wife before drinking it all.
"What’s that...?"
Leo had had no time to cast inspect on the vial’s content.
"An advanced healing potion..."

Leo scorned the merchant. Who had a wringed look.
"Young lord,I have been suppressing an internal injury since we arrived..."
The merchant man said.
"Remember when I told you we have been on the run for months...?"
"Yes..."
"From what I remember,is that my wife and I come from two super rich clans,and in our clans,there is a rule..."
The man began.

Leo finished the merchants sentence, cutting of the man’s little act of show off.

Leo could not help but point out the couples wealth.
As for the man, though he did not puke blood this time,his recovering face paled once more. For a moment,he opened and closed his mouth,like a fish,not knowing what to say. If before he was awed by this young lord,now he was scared.
People like him were considered heavens chosen,but this young lord had two abilities. And to make matters worse,his strength was similar to his,yet the age gap was soo big.
