Chapter 3: Chapter 3 - A Kind Milf (2)

The matured lady guided him through her house to the living room. One look at it and Vincent could tell the situation inside. She was alone.

He wasn’t saying that because he planned to seduce her or anything. It was just a fact.

A flowerless vast. And the photos on the wall revealed everything to him. Vincent buried the deduction he made in the back of his mind and waited.

The lady had gone to the kitchen to make coffee. Her hospitality frightened him somewhat.

But he analyzed the situation and couldn’t find a reason why she invited him here. It was stupid and naive. But he didn’t see the lady as a stupid woman so the contradiction confused him.

’Should I confront this or not?’ Vincent thought and shook his head. ’Nah, it is troublesome. I will just chat with her and see how I can find a way to spend the night under shelter.’ freewёbnoνel.com

The lady came with two hot coffee cups. She placed one in front of him and another for her. She sat down on the opposite side and enjoyed the coffee.

Vincent ignored the coffee for now and introduced himself.

"I am Vincent, by the way. Thanks for the invitation."

"Oh, I forget, silly me." The lady bit her tongue and smiled. It was like she was trying to portray the clumsiness of a teenage girl. Most would fail the cure act miserably but Vincent gave her a pass.

Why? Because she was beautiful and hot. fɾeeweɓnѳveɭ.com

"My name is Hera."

Then, silence awkwardness descended in the air. Vincent smiled as he noticed Hera trying to speak something.

He waited but nothing came so he put down the coffee. His face formed a soft smile, putting on a warm expression. Vincent won’t call himself the most handsome man in the world but he was good looking.

He took care of himself to appear presentable.

The women always came for his personality. He hoped so.

"Who is coming to face the monster? Do you know that?" Vincent shot a question.

"You don’t know the stronghold hero of this city."

And that shot missed. It seemed like it was common knowledge. Vincent scratched his head and shook his head, laughing dryly.

"It is embarrassing but this is my first time coming here and life has been unkind to me so I don’t have time to check the news that much."

"Really, you look so young."

"Yeah. I am 22."

"Oh my," Hera placed her hand on her mouth and appeared shocked. "You are only one year older than my daughter. She is in another city, attending college."

"I believe Harsh Gale is facing the monster. Sorry, I don’t have television to check the news. And it seems like the monster ate the data center, I don’t have the internet on my watch." She said, looking down on her watch.

"I see." Vincent muttered.

Harsh Gale was most likely the top dog of the heroes here.

"If you don’t mind, can I ask you a question?" Hera asked.

Vincent’s eyes picked up and nodded politely.

"Why did you come here? Is it for study?"

Vincent shook his head slowly and let out a sigh. He carefully chose the words. For unknown reasons, he realized that Hera was not as simple as she appeared to be.

Faced with a stranger such as him, she was terrifyingly calm.

"I am an orphan. I lost everything in the other place and came here to start a new life." Vincent said with a defeated tone.

"Do you have a place to stay tonight? You said, "You came here today."

"I don’t have a place or money, but I will probably settle on the street and build myself up from scratch again."

"That won’t do." Hera said.

"Why?"

"Everytime, Harsh Gale fought, he brought out rain. If you don’t mind, you can stay here for tonight. The night is coming soon and the fight hasn’t stopped as well." Hera said, looking at the vibrating table.

Vincent appeared to look troubled but smiled. "If you don’t mind, I will take the offer."

Inside, he was screaming with joy, followed by a wave of terror. She wasn’t a murder right?

But he didn’t see any malicious vibe from her the entire time. Hera was your regular hot Milf.

Their conversation shifted as Hera began to relax around him. But the conversation was mostly guided by him to squeeze out the information he needed.

He learned a lot of superheroes from her. Once again, her knowledge about it frightened him.

As they were deep in the conversation, rain began to pour out harshly from outside. Hera stood up and walked toward the window, looking outside.

Her eyes appeared to be in a conflict as if she was sad.

Vincent noticed her eyes and didn’t say a word.

Hera came back from her day dream and turned to look at him. "Do you need a shower?"

Vincent nodded. "But I don’t have any extra clothes."

"You can borrow mine."

"Yours." Vincent blurred, looking at her shirt. It would be baggy but he won’t dare to complain.

"Oh." Hera seemed to notice and smiled, "I have some smaller clothes from my daughter. I am sure they would fit on you. Don’t worry she doesn’t wear the ladylike outfit at all."

"Then, I will take another offer. Seriously, I will repay you, Hera."

"Don’t worry too much." Hera said. "Your presence is enough. Lately, it has been boring lately."

Vincent nodded and got up, following behind Hera. She talked about her daughter’s moving and how that affected her. She was a single mother, supporting her and now that she was free, she didn’t know what to do with her extra life.

Vincent noticed the lack of a man picture in here so he won’t ask about her husband. It looked like she didn’t have a very good time with her married life. Everything was cut off.

When he arrived at the bathroom, Hera extended her hands, almost like she was asking something from him.

"You clothes. I will put in a washer."

"Ah." Vincent paused for a brief moment and complied. She didn’t have any ulterior motive in her eyes so he undressed himself in front of her.

Her eyes widened and stared at his upper body with innocent curiosity. "Woah. Did you train a lot?"

"Moderate. I guess my genes are just that good." Vincent lied.

Since he was a college student, he didn’t have anything else to do. Eat, sleep, go to the gym, and have sexual activity once a week.

He gave the clothes to Hera and entered the bathroom with just his boxer. He opened the shower head and let the cold water wash over his worrying mind.

He was alone with no money, in a dangerous environment.

But first, before he faced the chaos, he was going to need a job. Vincent muttered and let out a sigh.
