After devouring Fei Yu, the Heaven Devouring Abyss churned like never before. For the first time ever, it expressed a satisfied feeling. However, that was it. It went back to its inanimate state as it had always been.
Nonetheless, Tang Yin was already quite satisfied with the result. He knew that the reason for this was that Fei Yu was very weak.
If he devoured a cultivator with a Cultivation Physique and a powerful cultivation base, the results would have been much more productive. Alas, even with the Ice Lotus Meridians, Fei Yu would still take quite some time to progress.

Although the Diamond Behemoth Sovereign was way out of his league at the moment, Tang Yin was confident that he would have enough strength in due time.
Tang Yin looked around him. There was no sign of Fei Yu anywhere since he had already devoured her. Only her tattered white robes remained on the floor of her meditation chamber.
Tang Yin swiftly destroyed all the evidence which could potentially lead to him and left the meditation chamber after a thorough check with his divine sense.
After doing everything, it was finally time to leave the Devil Sea Region for good. He would most likely never return to the Devil Sea Region ever again.

According to Tian Huang’s map of the Bright Yang Continent, the Devil Sea Region was located at the absolute bottom of the Bright Yang Continent around the southwest.
It also clearly explained that there was a Neutral Cultivation Alliance Branch located around 7 Regions away from Tang Yin’s current location.
The Neutral Cultivation Alliance had many Branches spread across the Bright Yang Continent. Otherwise, Rogue Cultivators would need to travel across the entire continent just to accept some missions for resources.
If a Rogue Cultivator wanted to accept some missions, they could just visit the closest Neutral Cultivation Alliance Branch.
This was exactly what Tang Yin intended to do.
During the journey to the Neutral Cultivation Alliance Branch, Tang Yin encountered four Rank 7 Demonic Beasts. He killed 3 of them. As for the last one, he was unable to kill it without revealing his true strength.
Since he was under the supervision of that Region’s strongest cultivator, Tang Yin decided that it was not worth revealing his strength and swiftly escaped from the Rank 7 Demonic Beast.

It took him 2 weeks, but Tang Yin eventually managed to reach the Neutral Cultivation Alliance Branch. After the small encounter with the Rank 8 Demonic Beast, nothing else of note happened.
On a large mountain, a pagoda towered high into the heavens. It was the towering symbol of the Neutral Cultivation Alliance Branch. Its 8 levels stretched up into the sky, each adorned with intricate carvings and expensive decorations.
As Tang Yin approached the pagoda, he could see that its exterior was made of gleaming white stone, with ornate columns and archways that gave it an ethereal appearance.
He could see numerous cultivators streaming in and out of the Neutral Cultivation Alliance Branch like a rotating river.
Most of them were cloaked or were wearing some sort of disguise, unwilling to reveal their identities. Only very few used their actual appearance, these few cultivators were all powerful cultivators that did not need to don a disguise.
Tang Yin followed the flow of cultivators and entered the magnificent pagoda.
The interior of the pagoda was just as impressive as the outside. The walls were decorated with complex carvings, paintings, and murals depicting awe-inspiring cultivators and fierce Demonic Beasts.
The floors were made with white jade, similar but different to the walls of the pagoda. There were elegant patterns carved into the floor, while also indicating a pathway.
At the centre of the pagoda was an altar. There were numerous jade tokens spread out on the altar. Numerous cultivators walked up to the altar and inspected a jade token.
’From how the cultivators do it so naturally and easily, along with how they only inspect a single jade token and leave, the jade tokens should all have the same contents. As a result, there should be no point in inspecting an identical jade token with the exact same contents on it.’
’If I’m not wrong, those jade tokens should contain the plethora of missions that one can choose from.’ Tang Yin thought to himself. His keen observation allowed him to pick up all of this information without any hints or clues beforehand.
Tang Yin did not stay on the first floor though.
He knew that the first floor was for Spirit Channelling Realm cultivators. The second floor was for Physique Transformation Realm cultivators. The third floor was for Spirit Vein Condensation Realm cultivators. The same pattern continued all the way up to the eighth floor which was meant for Law Domain Realm cultivators.
As Tang Yin climbed up the stairs, he noticed that the number of cultivators became fewer and fewer. Once he reached the seventh floor, he could only see one other cultivator on the entire floor.
The cultivator was of average height, with a lean and slightly muscular build. He had a weathered, sun-kissed complexion. His hair was tied back into a simple ponytail, and he wore luxurious robes with the Neutral Cultivation Alliance’s insignia imprinted on them.
Everything about the man was extremely average except for his clothes which were most likely provided by the Neutral Cultivation Alliance.
Once the man saw Tang Yin, he smiled and walked up to him.
"Greetings Fellow Cultivator. My name is Liu Hao, and I am the Keeper of the seventh floor." Liu Hao introduced himself to Tang Yin.
Another division of the Neutral Cultivation Alliance were Keepers. Depending on their cultivation, they looked over a single floor on one of the Alliance’s Branches.
Since there were many Neutral Cultivation Alliance Branches spread out across the Bright Yang Continent, the number of Keepers in the Alliance was astronomical.
In each branch, there were at least 7 Keepers. Each one governed a floor from the first to the seventh.
As for the eighth floor, the Neutral Cultivation Alliance did not possess enough Law Domain Realm cultivators to distribute to each individual Branch. Therefore, most of the time, the eighth floor was either empty or looked after by the Keeper of the seventh floor.
The cultivation of a Keeper decided which floor they governed. A Physique Transformation Realm Keeper would only be eligible to overlook the second or first floors. Whereas Liu Hao was a Late-stage Principle Manipulation Realm cultivator, he had the right to govern the seventh floor and maybe even the eighth floor under the correct circumstances.
Tang Yin had changed his appearance with the Heaven Deceiving Art beforehand. He now looked like an average middle-aged man with a muscular build.
Even though he was quite powerful, Tang Yin still retained his habit of concealing his strength. This habit had accompanied him since the start of his cultivation journey and would most likely accompany him till the end.
