Chapter 182: Egression

Tang Yin was already close to another breakthrough regarding his body. He only needed a little push to reach a new level in his physical constitution. The Blood Essence Stone was exactly this little push he needed.

Xiao Fei left the cave abode. She did not want to disturb Tang Yin during his training.

Tang Yin did not know how many cultivators had their blood essence absorbed by the Blood Essence Stone, and neither did he know how high the cultivation of those cultivators was. All he knew was that the Blood Essence contained lots of blood essence.

With a deep breath, he called out the Heaven Devouring Abyss.

A black vortex crackling with black and red lightning manifested in the cave. The size of the Heaven Devouring Abyss had grown to a very large extent. It could easily cover multiple mountains and even a mountain range.

Tang Yin had to restrict its size to only take form within the cave.

After calling out the Heaven Devouring Abyss, Tang Yin threw the Blood Essence Stone into the centre of the black vortex which looked to be as deep as the abyss.

The Blood Essence Stone was devoured without a trace remaining. The energy from the Blood Essence Stone circulated in Tang Yin’s body before slowly seeping into his bones and flesh.

Tang Yin felt extreme discomfort and a tingling sensation all over his body. However, he bore through it and focused on absorbing the energy from the Blood Essence Stone and using it to refine his body.

He felt as if he were inching closer and closer to a new level regarding his physical constitution.

A few days flowed by.

Tang Yin had mostly absorbed the energy from the Blood Essence Stone. He was trying to make use of the remaining energy in his body.

He had yet to reach a new level in his physical body even after devouring the Blood Essence Stone. Nonetheless, he still felt that he was only lacking a bit.

Another day trickled by.

Tang Yin had finally finished absorbing the last ounce of energy in his body.

He did not reach a breakthrough. However, there was a wide smile on his face. He knew that he was only lacking by a fraction. This fraction could be made up of tons of Supreme-grade Spirit Stones.

He swiftly brought out a couple of hundred thousand from his storage ring before devouring them with the Heaven Devouring Abyss.

An hour passed by.

Devouring Spirit Stones did not require much time.

Tang Yin had almost finished devouring the hundreds of thousands of Supreme-grade Spirit Stones.

After devouring a couple of thousands of more, Tang Yin let out a sharp roar filled with excitement. He finally broke through and reached a new height with his body. Although his cultivation did not increase, he felt a sharp increase in his power because it was a physical change.

Xiao Fei rushed in as a crimson arc of light. She worriedly asked, "Master, are you alright?" She had heard Tang Yin’s roar of excitement and rushed in as fast as she could.

"I’m fine. My training has been very successful." Tang Yin replied to ease Xiao Fei’s concern.

Xiao Fei look around and saw many Supreme-grade Spirit Stones littered everywhere. She then looked back towards Tang Yin. He instantly understood the meaning of her gaze.

"Sure, help yourself." Tang Yin spoke under Xiao Fei’s expectant gaze. He knew she wanted some Spirit Stones.

Xiao Fei immediately grabbed all of the Spirit Stones all around the cave as if she were afraid of Tang Yin taking them back.

Tang Yin ignored Xiao Fei ransacking his cave. He focused on his body.

From what he could feel, he knew that his body had become sturdier, and his physical strength had increased by a large margin. He could kill a Spirit Vein Condensation Realm cultivator with a single punch.

He also felt much lighter which meant he had become more nimble and agile. His body had improved in all aspects.

"No one will steal from you, act more elegant and graceful." Tang Yin remarked. Xiao Fei ignored him and continued stuffing her face.

"Let’s go, we’re leaving." Tang Yin walked to the entrance of the cave, Xiao Fei quickly stashed away the Spirit Stones she had not eaten yet and followed behind Tang Yin.

She transformed back into her Demonic Beast form.

A cute little black chick sat on Tang Yin’s shoulder.

"Master where are we going?" Xiao Fei questioned curiously.

"To see what has become of the war whilst I was in seclusion." Tang Yin responded. He had already filled Xiao Fei in about the war between the north zone and the other zones in the Devil Sea Region.

The duo left the isolated island and headed towards the depths of the south zone.
