Tang Yin sighed because the old man had scattered into a blood mist, this meant he would miss out on a Spirit Vein Condensation Realm supplement. He did not dwell on this too much though, there would be plenty of other high-quality supplements in the future.

"What about the storage rings?" Tang Yin asked once again.
"I also collected them." Xiao Fei replied, she brought out hundreds of storage rings from her bosom to show Tang Yin. "Well done, calculate the loot. I’ll be back after devouring the cultivators and the Spirit Vein."
Tang Yin smiled, he turned into a bolt of black lightning and rushed into the ruins of the small city. Everything within the city was ablaze, the buildings were either burnt to ashes or destroyed. There were scorched corpses littered here and there around the city, they were all cultivators.
Tang Yin made sure to speed past every dead cultivator in the city so he could use Soul Plunder. He wanted to steal their lifespan, their memories were worthless.
After spending a few minutes dashing back and forth through the city, Tang Yin stopped at the centre of the city. He sat down cross-legged and activated the Heaven Devouring Abyss.
The Heaven Devouring Abyss was at its peak state, Tang Yin first decided to condense a spirit vein before devouring the cultivators and the Spirit Vein under the city.
Tang Yin had condensed many spirit veins before, his proficiency had increased drastically. It did not take long for a small bang to reverberate in his body, 4 black veins manifested themselves on his forearm.
The Heaven Devouring Abyss was reduced to less than half of its size, it looked deflated and as if it were about to scatter into the world and disappear.
Tang Yin did not delay, he spread out the Heaven Devouring Abyss to Devour the corpses of all cultivators in the city. Simultaneously, Tang Yin started the process to condense his 5th spirit vein.
Every time the Heaven Devouring Abyss devoured a corpse, its size grew by a bit before quickly reducing back. This was because of Tang Yin used the new essence of the Heaven Devouring Abyss gathered from devouring the corpses of the cultivators to condense his 5th vein.
This created a cycle, each time the Heaven Devouring Abyss grew a bit by devouring a corpse, it would reduce back to its deflated size. When all of the corpses in the city were devoured, a small bang rang out from Tang Yin’s body. 6 pitch black spirit veins manifested on his forearm.
Tang Yin did not stop there, he directed the Heaven Devouring Abyss to shroud the summit of the mountain and even some of it to link to the Spirit Vein inside the mountain. He started to Devour the Spirit Vein at a slow pace.
The Qi contained inside of the Spirit Vein was abundant enough to allow hundreds of cultivators access to an environment rich with Qi to cultivate, it was plentiful.
Tang Yin stayed in the same spot for several days. Every few hours, a black spirit vein would manifest on his arm.
When Tang Yin opened his eyes, there were 64 spirit veins present on his arm. They were so densely packed in one area that it gave him a monstrous appearance.
The mountain that used to contain the Spirit Vein which Tang Yin had just finished devouring had turned desolate. There were large fissures and chasms all over its surface. Even the ruins of the city had turned to dust and scattered. The stench of death and decay permeated the mountain. The Spirit Vein had disappeared, Tang Yin did not leave even a small ounce of it within the mountain.
The Heaven Devouring Abyss had grown to almost double its normal size due to the addition of 64 spirit veins, it was large enough to shroud the entire mountain and even a bit further. Tang Yin sent a thought to Xiao Fei, she appeared before him within a few moments.
"How much loot did we gain?" Tang Yin questioned.
"There are around 50,000 Low-grade Spirit Stones, 10,000+ Mid-grade Spirit Stones and 32 High-grade Spirit Stones." Xiao Fei replied with unparalleled excitement. This was the greatest amount of wealth she had ever seen.
But she did not stop there, "There are also numerous Tier 9 and Tier 8 Artifacts with a few Tier 7 Artifacts, same applies with Medicinal Pills of multiple types. Lastly, there are many different types of materials and valuable Demonic Beast parts."
