Xing Luoye and Cang Yuze both looked at Han Soi at the same time. They repeated his earlier words with surprise in their voices.
"What? Yue Yue’s purification power?" Xing Luoye asked.
"Yue Yue has purification power?" Cang Yuze added, his eyes wide.
Yue Yue only smiled lightly. Aside from Han Soi and Feng Yanshen, the others still did not know. She looked at them and said in a calm, straightforward voice, "I can actually purify all kinds of pollution."
Both men’s eyes widened at once. Cang Yuze immediately took her hand in his and held it tightly. He muttered in a low, serious tone, "You did not tell anyone about this, right?"
Yue Yue shook her head. "Aside from Han Soi and Feng Yanshen, no one knew. No one."
Cang Yuze breathed a deep sigh of relief.
"Thank Beast god." He looked at her with worry in his eyes and said, "Yue... just what are you built of? Why are you hiding so many things in such a small body?"
He sounded almost scared. He knew very well what would happen if someone found out that Yue had the ability to purify pollution.

Yue Yue looked down at the dead insect on the floor. "Let me see if I can destroy this insect completely," she said.

Han Soi nodded and kept the insect pinned down with his boot so it could not move. Yue Yue stepped closer and let her green purification energy flow from her hand onto the creature.
With a soft puff, the insect disappeared completely. Only a small, disgusting odor remained in the air for a second. It smelled terrible.
Han Soi stepped back and said, "We really have never encountered such a thing in any polluted zone before."
Xing Luoye suddenly muttered, "Even if we had encountered it, do you think we would have discovered it? If this thing was still on our body..." He shuddered visibly at the thought.

Yue Yue looked at him from head to toe and said gently, "You really don’t have any."
But Xing Luoye was not convinced. After all, the number of polluted zones he had visited could not even be counted. He said, "Yue, should I remove my clothes so you can look better?"
Han Soi felt annoyed. He glared at Xing Luoye and said, "Are you fucking kidding here? Can’t you shut your mouth? If Yue said there is none, then there is none. What are you implying to her?"
Xing Luoye immediately shut his mouth. He realized how bad his words had sounded. He looked embarrassed but still worried.
Yue Yue then looked at Han Soi as well.
"There is none on yours either." She explained, "That slimy creature was giving off a very strange black energy. Even if it was hiding behind clothes, I would have noticed it. So there really is none on your bodies."
She continued, "It seems this new SSS level polluted zone is the only one that has this kind of insect."
Cang Yuze’s expression turned pale again. He muttered to himself, "Many of my men have actually gone inside that polluted zone with me. So... did they also have that kind of insect clinging to their bodies, sucking on their life force?"
Yue Yue’s eyes widened. "It could be very possible."
Cang Yuze’s eyes became very difficult. He had asked Yue to leave for the temple earlier, but now only Yue had the solution to save his men.
If these parasites were really feeding on their life force and their powers, what would happen to them? He was in a big dilemma.
Yue Yue immediately spoke up. "Yuze, you don’t have to worry. I’m not going anywhere. I don’t think it is right for me to run away leaving you behind."
She looked at the cubs in Xing Luoye’s arms and smiled at them softly. "Don’t worry. Nothing will happen to the cubs. After all, are not all of you here."
She said the words to calm them down, but inside her mind she was thinking something else.

Yue Yue agreed. "Yes. Let me go with you. I can purify them one by one. The green energy seems to scare them and force them out."

Xing Luoye held the cubs securely and said, "The cubs can stay in the protected area of the palace for now. The orange shield is still holding. We will move quickly."
Han Soi nodded. "I will go with Yue and Yuze to check the soldiers. Xing Luoye, you stay close and protect the cubs if anything happens."
Yue Yue looked at her babies one more time. The two griffin cubs blinked at her with big eyes, and Xiao Bai stayed calm on Xing Luoye’s shoulder. She felt confident that they would be safe.
Cang Yuze’s face was still pale, but his eyes showed new determination. "Let’s go then. We need to gather the men who entered the zone and check them immediately."
