Chapter 57: Your Cousin is That Guy?
"Vanessa and I broke up."
"Oh?"
Lisa’s eyes immediately lit up.
"Since when was that"
"Almost a month ago I guess"
"Why’d she dump you?"
"Why do you assume she’s the one who dumped me"
"It always seemed like that’ll be what happened if you guys ever stopped dating"
"Fair enough"
"So you’re single now?"
Luca glanced at her.
"Why do I feel like you’re about to cause trouble?"
"I’m not causing trouble," she said innocently. "I’m helping. If you’re interested, I know a few really pretty medical students. I could introduce you."
Luca laughed.
"No need. I already have a girlfriend."
Lisa froze.
Then she practically bounced in her seat.
"What?! Since when?"
"Recently."
"No way."
She immediately turned toward him.
"Show me."
"What?"
"Pictures!"
Luca shook his head, amused.
"You’re way too excited."
"Bro, this is important family business."
Without arguing further, he handed her his phone.
"The passcode is the same one I’ve always used."
Lisa unlocked it instantly.
A moment later, Naomi’s photo appeared on the screen.
Her eyes widened.
"Whoa..."
Even Lisa had to admit it.
Naomi was ridiculously beautiful.
The kind of beauty that made people stare twice without realizing it.
Elegant. Confident. Effortlessly stunning.
Lisa couldn’t help zooming in.
Then she swiped.
Another photo appeared.
Then another.
A few seconds later, her expression slowly changed.
"...Bro."
Swipe.
"...Bro."
Swipe.
"...BRO."
Luca immediately knew something was wrong.
"What?"
Lisa held up the phone.
"Would you like to explain why there are multiple gorgeous women saved in your gallery?"
Luca nearly laughed.
She had found the photos of Naomi, Sophie, and Arabella.
To make things worse, several of the photos with Naomi and Sophie looked far more intimate than ordinary pictures between friends.
Lisa stared at him as though she had just uncovered a national scandal.
"You’re unbelievable."
"What did I do?"
"What did you do?" she repeated. "You’re asking me that while carrying around photos of three absolute goddesses?"
Luca kept driving.
"You’re overthinking it."
"Oh, am I?"
She pointed at Arabella’s picture.
"That’s Arabella Windsor."
Then she pointed at Sophie’s photo.
"And this is definitely not just a friend."
Then Naomi’s.
"And neither is she."
Luca smiled.
"Your jumping to conclusions too quickly."
Lisa crossed her arms.
"Okay. Explain."
Luca cleared his throat.
"The number isn’t three."
"...What?"
"It’s four."
Silence.
Lisa blinked.
Then blinked again.
"What?"
"I said four."
Luca looked completely serious.
"There’s one more you haven’t seen yet."
For several seconds, Lisa simply stared at him.
Her brain had stopped working.
She originally thought she had caught her cousin being a playboy.
The truth somehow turned out even more ridiculous.
"You’re hopeless."
Luca burst out laughing.
The Koenigsegg eventually passed through the gates of the Elvis Muskov Villa Complex.
Lisa had already been shocked enough for one night.
The mansion waiting behind those gates didn’t help.
The sprawling estate sat beneath the morning lights like something out of a movie.
She slowly looked from the mansion to Luca.
Then back to the mansion.
’Is this really the same cousin who used to live in that tiny apartment?’
Luxury hypercars.
A private villa.
Somehow connected to the most beautiful women she’d ever seen.
The more she learned about Luca, the more unreal he seemed.
The following morning, Luca personally drove her back to San Fierro Medical University.
This time he chose the Mercedes-Benz G-Class instead of the Koenigsegg.
Compared to the hypercar, it attracted far less attention.
At least in theory.
The massive black SUV still turned heads wherever it went.
After stopping outside the female dormitory building, Luca looked at her seriously.
"Be more careful in the future."
Lisa immediately knew what he was referring to.
"Okay."
"I mean it."
"I know." ƒгeewebnovёl.com
Luca continued.
"If you ever run into trouble, call me."
"Okay."
"If you need money, call me."
"Okay."
"If you need an internship—"
"Bro."
Lisa laughed.
"I get it."
Luca shook his head helplessly.
"Good."
He reached over and ruffled her hair.
"Now go."
Just as she opened the door, a mischievous grin appeared on her face.
"Are you heading off to see one of my sisters-in-law now?"
Luca stared at her.
"Your courage has grown."
Lisa immediately jumped out of the vehicle.
"Hehe."
The door slammed shut.
Before Luca could retaliate, she was already running toward the dormitory entrance.
Luca watched her disappear inside and smiled faintly.
At least after what happened last night, she would be much more cautious moving forward.
The moment Lisa entered the dorm room, she found all three roommates still asleep.
Blankets covered nearly every visible inch of them.
She sighed.
’Typical college students.’
"Wake up!"
No response.
"Class starts in thirty minutes!"
One blanket moved.
Another groan followed.
Finally, Zoe poked her head out.
"Lisa?"
She blinked.
"You’re back?"
"I’m back."
"Good."
Zoe yawned.
Then paused.
"Wait. How did that part-time job go?"
Lisa’s expression became strange.
"That’s... a long story."
The other two girls instantly sat up.
Something about her tone had caught their attention.
"What happened?"
Lisa hesitated before saying:
"Let’s just say Chloe Ross got expelled."
Silence.
Then—
"What?!"
All three roommates exploded at once.
Later that day, after classes ended, Lisa finally explained everything.
The more her roommates listened, the more horrified they became.
When she finished, Zoe still looked shaken.
"Lisa... that was actually terrifying."
Lisa nodded.
"It was."
Maya suddenly leaned forward.
"Wait."
"The cousin who saved you..."
"Is he the same guy from that picture you showed us before?"
Lisa nodded.
"Yep."
Immediately, three pairs of eyes lit up.
Lisa recognized those looks instantly.
They were dangerous.
"Stop right there."
"What?"
"Whatever you’re thinking, stop."
The girls ignored her.
"Introduce us."
"No."
"Please?"
"No."
"Just one meeting?"
Lisa laughed.
"There is absolutely no chance."
"Why?"
"Because he already has someone."
The girls exchanged looks.
"Who?"
Lisa smiled.
"You all know her."
That immediately got their attention.
"Who is it?"
Lisa dragged out the suspense for a few seconds.
Then finally said:
"Arabella Windsor."
The reaction was immediate.
All three girls froze.
"THE Arabella Windsor?"
Lisa nodded.
"The one and only."
Their hopes died instantly.
Competing against the most famous beauty in the entire university was a battle none of them wanted.
Then Zoe suddenly narrowed her eyes.
"Wait."
Lisa blinked.
"What?"
"Your cousin..."
"The car he drove today."
"What about it?"
"It wasn’t a customized black Mercedes-Benz G-Class, was it?"
Lisa looked surprised.
"How did you know?"
The three roommates stared at each other.
Then simultaneously sucked in a breath.
A few days ago, the entire university had been talking about Arabella Windsor’s mysterious billionaire boyfriend.
One detail had spread everywhere.
A customized black G-Class.
The same vehicle Lisa had just described.
Slowly, all three girls turned toward her.
Their expressions looked as though they had just discovered a world-changing secret.
"No way..."
"Lisa..."
"Your cousin is that guy?"
