Chapter 147: Selling Some Stuff

The items Theodore had bought from the system store appeared before him in the blink of an eye. Theodore excitedly got up and began to check the newly purchased items.

The first thing Theodore did was pick up the bone-white dagger that looked so stunning. He felt a strong aura that was quite faint from the dagger. Seeing the description of the dagger, which said that it was very sharp, Theodore tried it.

With a delicate touch, Theodore scraped the tip of his index finger against the blade of the dagger; a moment later, he could feel fresh blood starting to flow from the tip of his index finger.

"This dagger doesn’t lie. Even though I didn’t trigger the Bleeding effect from this dagger, the blood that came out was so much," said Theodore. Stunned by the sharpness of the dagger, he could only stare at his blood, which kept flowing.

After coming to his senses, Theodore was at a loss as to how to stop the bleeding, "Damn, this dagger looks too much," Theodore said, quickly pressing the small scratch on his finger, trying to stop the bleeding.

Fortunately, the bleeding stopped after Theodore pressed on the wound for a while because he didn’t want to be careless, so he covered the wound with the plaster he had in his house,

When the wound was resolved, Theodore also tried several times to swing the dagger in his hand. The result was that Theodore was very happy with the dagger because it felt very light when he swung it in the air.

"I think I’m going to like this dagger," Theodore smiled brightly as he examined the bone-white weapon.

Feeling that he had played with it enough, Theodore quickly threw the dagger into the sacred dimension. Then, Theodore moved towards a mask that looked quite luxurious. He picked it up to look at it closely.

The mask looked eccentric and had a masquerade style, although Theodore felt a bit cringe when imagining himself wearing it. However, this was quite good because he needed to project a different persona on himself.

That way, no one would realize he was Theodore. Out of curiosity, Theodore immediately tried on the mask and hurriedly ran to his room to see his reflection in the large mirror.

"Wow! Even though I’ve chosen the most normal mask, this is still far from normal." Theodore shook his head as he looked at the reflection of himself wearing the mask.

At the corners of the mask were blood-red feathers matching the maroon-colored mask. Just below the eyes was an image of tears, which made Theodore choose it because it was the only mask with a simple design compared to the other two.

[According to the system, the Host is very suitable to wear that mask]

"After hearing you praise me, I’m even more convinced that this mask will look very strange," Theodore said as he sighed, resigned to his fate.

[Is the Host going to go selling today?]

Knowing that his compliments didn’t work on Theodore, the system immediately diverted their conversation.

"Since you asked, it looks like today is a good day to go out. I heard that Roxanne and Geoffrey are also going out today," Theodore said, nodding.

Theodore also walked towards his closet to choose the clothes he would wear to sell today. He was in a dilemma: Should he wear something covered up, or should he wear something flashy?

Finally, after unpacking his closet, Theodore decided to wear casual clothes. Instead, he chose to wear casual clothes. Theodore wanted to see if anyone would dare to make trouble with him later.

After getting ready in his white hoodie and jeans, Theodore came out of his room carrying a wide cloth. He intended to wrap the items he would sell in this cloth.

Theodore quickly packed the fruits and vegetables he wanted to sell into the cloth. After making sure everything was complete, he tied the cloth and began carrying it behind his back.

To avoid the suspicion of the people Theodore left without using his car, he walked along the street carrying a bundle of clothes on his back and his face covered by a conspicuous mask.

Of course, Theodore’s presence on the street made him the center of attention; even so, he pretended not to know about the strange stares directed at him.

Fortunately, the busy street that was being used as a stall by people was just a short distance from his apartment, so when Theodore got there, he immediately chose one of the wide enough places.

Without waiting long, Theodore opened his bundle of cloth, and there were many vegetables and fruits inside. Instantly, Theodore’s striking appearance attracted even more attention from the people around the street.

"I’m selling all the goods I bought. There’s only a small supply on a first-come, first-served basis!" Theodore immediately shouted to attract people to his stall.

Seeing the fresh vegetables and fruits, the people on the street immediately came to Theodore’s stall because none of them were selling food along the street.

If there were any, they only sold instant noodles and only a little else. People started to take out their goods to barter with Theodore. However, Theodore immediately stopped them all.

"For transactions at my stall, I do not accept exchanges with goods; I will only accept credit payments!" Theodore made his point with a smirk.

"Why is that? We don’t have much credit right now. Think about accepting our goods!"

"That’s right, no one will buy your goods if you only accept credit."

"Look, I have a lot of pipes and iron. I’ll give them to you in exchange for these fresh fruits!"

Many people needed to accept Theodore’s way of selling. They were still steadfast in offering their goods to barter with Theodore.

Seeing people who still didn’t listen to his words, Theodore chuckled like a madman, then squatted down to tie his cloth bundle again.

"If you don’t want it, I have nothing to lose," Theodore said with a big smile on his annoying face.

Immediately, the people gathered around Theodore’s stall held back his hand so he wouldn’t leave. freewebnøvel.com

"Gosh, why are you in such a hurry."

"We want your stuff."

Many immediately used the credit they had saved to buy the items Theodore was displaying at his stall.

"Before that, shouldn’t you ask how much I’m charging for these items?" Theodore tilted his head innocently.

"That’s right. How much are you going to charge for them?"

"It’s actually not expensive. 1 credit for one vegetable and 2 credits for one fruit. How’s that? Cheap?" Theodore giggled happily as he said that.

The faces of the people queuing there instantly turned dark when they heard the prices Theodore was offering for the items he was selling.

"You’re crazy! It’s not that expensive."

"I’d rather go off base than buy your stuff."

The few people who needed more credit immediately left Theodore’s stall, choosing to be spectators on the side of the road instead.

"Give me five apples and two of each vegetable you sell." From the crowd, someone said coolly.

Theodore’s eyes lit up. He immediately shooed away the other people standing in front of his stall and welcomed the young man who had bought a lot of his goods.
