Chapter 7: Charlotte

Our first class of the day was history which was on the other side of the school. Eventually we arrived at the end of a hallway before walking inside a half empty classroom. My eyes instantly looked for someone specific until I found her in the middle of the room. A gorgeous young woman with long luscious crimson hair sat with her back straight on of the desks, She was breathtaking and it was as if a painting had come to life.

Her features were a mixture between soft and sharp with a small delicate noise and plump lips that looked appetizing to look at. The young woman’s crimson red eyes matched her hair and were completely calm as if nothing could disturb her, But what easily stole your gaze away was the black blouse that was stretched out thin around two huge mountains on her chest. The size of them could definitely rival Alice although I didn’t know if they were actually bigger or not.

"You look beautiful" I didn’t hesitate to walk in her direction and offer a charming smile as I got within ear range.

"....." Charlotte looked up and stared at me before a gentle smile appeared on her usually cold face.

"You don’t look to bad yourself" She said with a tone of amusement while looking me up and down.

"I wore my special hoodie just for you" I joked and leaned down before placing a soft kiss on her soft cheek.

"It’s a regular black hoodie" She rolled her eyes but didn’t pull away and even leaned toward me.

"it’s still special" I muttered as I swung my backpack over the chair next to her and took a seat.

"Good morning Alice"

Charlotte spoke to Alice who took the seat right in front of me. The white haired girl patted the wrinkles out of her skirt before looking back and smiling with a thin smile, I knew Alice very well which is why I knew that she was definitely irritated about something making me confused.

"Good morning" Alice greeted her simply before turning back around and organizing her things neatly.

"I missed you" I leaned on my hand in the direction of Charlotte who raised one of her eyebrows.

"Did you?" She asked with her lips curling upward.

"Of course" I said.

"I always miss you" My words sounded very cheesy but Charlottes smile told me that she enjoyed them.

"I missed you as well" She stared at me with those insanely beautiful crimson eyes making me feel warm.

"But only a little bit" She said after tapping her cheek a couple of times.

"Ow" I groaned in fake pain while clutching my chest tightly but I couldn’t help but notice Alice’s shoulders flinch in front.

’What’s wrong with her?’ I thought and was about to speak when someone basically jumped into the seat behind me.

"Want to hang out after school?" I asked Charlotte.

"I have violin practice" I felt sad as she gave me a regretful smile. freeweɓnovel.cѳm

"Maybe I should take up the violin" I muttered staring at the floor before hearing a soft giggle.

’I~it’s not that funny....’ I looked up and found Charlotte covering her mount with her hand while obviously trying not to laugh.

"Please don’t torture people who have ears" After Charlotte calmed down she glanced over at me with amusement still in her eyes.

"..I’m hurt once more" I clutched my heart for the second time.

I started pulling the things out of my bag while Charlotte did the same.

"Ugh! I’m so tired" a voice sounded out and I looked back to find a young man leaning back with an expression of pure exhaustion.

He was taller than the rest of the students around and had a bulky figure, His body was lined with toned muscles and his broad shoulders made him look like he played sports. Although those who knew him were well aware that he was nowhere near athletic despite his size. His hair was cut into a buzz cut and his hazel eyes were surprisingly delicate. I couldn’t say that he was attracted nor that he was ugly, I guess he had one of those faces that you would forget after a day or two.
