[[blood sample codified....

Specie identified :

Red clawed bear (ordinary)

Description: this beast is a local specie that roam the dark forest (Part of the wilderness) they just like most bears as solitary and would typically hunt alone. But due to the evolution of the forest they tend to stay in areas quite similar, be careful these beasts are extremely powerful and can perform long range claw attacks...its habits include]

Reading the spell interface infront of him, Ethen nodded while following the trail of the red claw bear.

The analysis spell was an auxiliary spell that most magic users relied on. It allowed them to understand their prey, location and find solutions to certain predicaments.

But it was useless until it was coupled with someone with a minimum expertise.

In his past life Ethen had a lot of hobbies, ones that filled his life with the thrill his psyche naturally craved. One of them was hunting.

"There" noticing an enclosement deep the forest Ethen immediately squatted down and activated his concealment spell allowing him to blend with the surrounding, his eyes then narrowed as he observed patiently.

Next to the a cave beside a flat land area, a brown bear figure with red claws and blood stains on its back whimpered and slowly made its way forward with a dead beast in his mouth.

Instead of eating this however, it went to the ground beside the cave and dropped the beasts body then slowly created distance.

Seconds passed.

From within the darkness, something much larger stirred. A massive red clawed bear emerged, her belly heavy, movements slower but commanding. She seized the offering and disappeared back into the cave without a sound.

’A wild tier 9.’

Ethen’s gaze narrowed.

’And pregnant.’

That explained everything.

The smaller bear lingered only a moment before turning away, already limping deeper into the forest in search of more food. A silent routine repeated until death.

Ethen watched without emotion.

It was the nature of the beast to protect its mate and offspring, even if it meant tearing itself apart in the process. He did not understand the instinct, nor did he need to.

Nature did not care for understanding.

"I can kill the papa bear first," he thought calmly. "Then hunt ordinary beasts. By the time I return, the tier 9 will be weakened enough."

There was no morality here.

Man versus beast.

If their roles were reversed, his bones would already be scattered near that cave. Strategy was survival, nothing more.

As the red clawed bear disappeared into the trees, Ethen rose silently and followed.

Some time later Ethens figure appeared atop a small hill, his body wrapped in a dark cloak covering his arms and face and in his right hand a torch while in his left hand there was a crossbow.

Looking Down, Ethen saw the bear creature savagely attacking another beast at the crux of ending its life.

"It’s your turn" Ethen turned to his left where a man 8ft tall stood with simple clothes and a long spear in hand.

Just as the battle below ended, Vlad dropped from the hill landing infront of the bear creature drawing its attention. frёewebnoѵel.ƈo๓

Grrrr

It noticed him and turned around groweling with high intensity. To this Vlad felt no fear, his mind a blank canvas until he heard the words

Fight!!

The bear lunged itself as him, he stepped back and extended his spear.

Cling

The bear knocked it away, its eyes red as it glared at him hatefully. Without second thoughts Vlad pulled back his spear and rapidly dodged the bear’s incoming attacks at and incredible speed.

His eyes were narrowed watching the injured creature trying to take his head, however he wasn’t moved at all before long the beast grew tired of constantly attacking, and with the full strength in his body Vlad knocked the bear backwards by several steps.

Before it could get back up, he tightened the grip on his spear and rushed forward stabbing directly at the beasts lower jaw.

This spear was made from material several times stronger than the hardest metals, its body infused with spirit energy.

But most of all what allowed Vlad to do this head on was his super human strength.

Vlad the impaler

[You have slain an ordinary beast]

An announcement rang out in Ethen ear several hundred meters away in the bushes causing him to nod as he watched Vlad.

With all the strength in his body he pulled the beast by the tip of his spear and lifted it into the air causing it to dangle on the spear.

[0/15 impaled Tier 9, 1/50 impaled ordinary]

Seconds later Ethen ended the summoning and went to the beast that had fallen on the ground. Without a second thought he brought out a knife and began harvesting important parts of the beast.

Then as if clock work, he stood up and went on his way to find more beasts.

While this was happening

Several other summoners Enetered the forest, each at their own lengths and depths all trying to grow stronger, all trying to evolve.

Of course, not everyone needed to actively do this.

"You could have brought the beasts to my room so I can do the rituals, bringing me out here is totally uncalled for" a familiar figure stood in the outskirts of the forest.

"Young master, there’s no way we can bring a Demi human into the fortress without being noticed, plus it will be a massive scandal that you are unable to..." a guardsman was explaining when he stumbled upon his words forcing him to pause.

"Mind the way you speak" another much more experienced guard chimed in.

"Eric, let’s go" the older guard said without hesitation bringing the host of guards into the forest along side him.
