Chapter 89: [Warning]

Alpha stood at the mansion entrance alongside four other assassins, calmly watching the chaos unfolding before them.

"Luca’s magic is always entertaining to watch." Echo chuckled. "Just look at them. Running around like cats and mice, tearing each other apart."

"Code names, Echo." Delta said coldly. "Don’t use our real names."

"Yeah, yeah." Echo rolled her eyes. "It’s Mr. Bravo. Are you all happy now?"

"Better," Delta replied.

"Hmph." Echo crossed her arms and said nothing more.

As they continued observing the battlefield, Charlie returned alongside Simon.

"Is it done?" Alpha asked. ƒгeeweɓn૦vel.com

"If he cares about his sister, he’ll be here soon." Charlie replied calmly.

"Good." Alpha nodded in satisfaction.

Meanwhile, on the training grounds of the Bowen Estate...

"Where did these monsters suddenly come from? And where did Jasper, Oliver, and the others go?" Archie cursed as he swung his sword at the wolf-like beast charging toward him. Lightning crackled violently along the blade, illuminating the surrounding fog.

Jasper was locked in battle against the elf-like monster. The creature slashed its sword, lightning reinforcing the blade.

Jasper didn’t dodge.

Instead, he leaped forward and landed directly on the flat of the incoming blade. Using it as a foothold, he launched himself forward.

Bang!

His knee slammed into the monster’s face.

At the same time, Archie brought his sword down toward the wolf beast. But the creature suddenly jumped and used his blade as a base to propel itself forward.

Before Archie could react, its knee crashed into his face.

Whoosh!

Archie was sent flying backward. But while airborne, his combat instincts took over. His hand shot forward.

Zap!

A raging bolt of lightning erupted from his palm and streaked toward the beast.

Jasper had just blasted the elf-like monster away when it suddenly raised its hand, midair.

Zap!

A bolt of lightning shot toward him. Jasper’s eyes narrowed.

Too late.

The attack struck him squarely in the chest.

Boom!

His body was blasted backward through the air.

At the same time, Oliver had no time to figure out why the two monsters fighting earlier had felt so strange. More than fifty monsters had already surrounded him. None of them was individually stronger than him. But their numbers were a problem.

Oliver took a deep breath and focused. A golden glow spread across his skin. Patches of shimmering gold appeared one after another before rapidly expanding and covering his entire body.

His muscles swelled. His frame grew larger.

Larger still.

Finally, the transformation stopped when he stood nearly one and a half times his original size, his entire body covered in shining golden skin.

Amidst the battle, Jasper saw a black gorilla monster growing big and turning golden.

Archie saw it as well while exchanging blows with the wolf beast.

Monsters finally lunged at Oliver.

Oliver swung his arm without even looking.

Thud!

A humanoid boar monster was sent flying like a cannonball. The creature crashed through five other monsters, sending all of them tumbling across the ground. More monsters rushed toward him from every direction.

Oliver snorted. Then he charged forward.

The battlefield instantly descended into chaos. Punches shattered bones. Kicks sent monsters flying.

Claws and fangs slammed against his golden skin, only to bounce off harmlessly.

From afar, the observers watched the battle unfold.

Two different fights were taking place.

The first was a one-on-one battle.

The second was one man against more than fifty monsters.

"They call themselves S-Class hunters?"

The man with the black eyepatch let out a mocking laugh.

"What a joke."

Alpha remained silent as he watched the battlefield.

Then his gaze shifted toward the assassin with the black eyepatch. "Keep your insects ready, Foxtrot." His voice was cold. "When that boy arrives, I want you to make him tell us everything." A murderous glint flashed through his eyes. "Especially how he managed to kill my cousin."

A brief silence fell over the group. Then Echo suddenly spoke.

"That girl... Leon Bale’s sister. Where is she?" She frowned. "Shouldn’t we keep an eye on her?"

"I tied her up in the interrogation room," Charlie replied casually.

"With Meridith and Noah?" Echo asked.

"Yes." Charlie nodded.

"Then I’ll go keep an eye on them." Without waiting for a response, Echo turned and walked away.

Alpha didn’t stop her. His attention remained fixed on the battles unfolding before him, as though nothing else mattered.

The sounds of explosions, roars, and clashing attacks echoed across the estate, but his expression never changed. He simply watched. And waited.

Meanwhile, a car sped down the road beneath the dark night sky.

"Brother, can you go a little faster? I need to get there as soon as possible," the passenger in the back seat urged.

It was none other than Leon.

"I’m already driving as fast as I can." The taxi driver replied helplessly.

"Please, brother. If necessary, I’ll pay you twice the fare we agreed on."

The driver’s eyes immediately lit up. Without another word, he pressed harder on the accelerator. The car surged forward.

After nearly twenty-five minutes, Leon finally arrived near the Bowen Estate. However, he got out long before the vehicle reached the main entrance, stopping nearly a hundred meters away.

He didn’t want to alert anyone about his arrival. Nor did he want the driver to be in danger.

After paying the driver, Leon began moving toward the estate on foot.

Soon, he arrived at the main entrance.

’Hmmm? No guards at all?’ Leon straightened his back. ’Jenny... just hold on a little longer. Your brother is coming.’

He stepped through the gate.

But before he could take more than two steps, he froze.

A strange gas filled the entire area. The surroundings were shrouded in fog. The sounds of explosions, clashing weapons, and distant screams came from the depths of the estate.

Leon’s eyes narrowed. ’What the hell is going on here?’

He took steps. Just when he was about to take his third...
