Luellen flinched within her. That was the same morning the Hearts System pinged her about her very first Love Interest. It must have responded to Leander’s attention.
Her mind wandered in Leander’s loving silence. It seemed the Hearts System could detect people attracted to her ’magnetism’. Leander was logged the very moment he noticed her in the crowd. Nathan earned that spot when he first helped her in the mall.
Perhaps, there was still this other mystery. The system declined August as a Love Interest. What kind of qualifications did it need that Leander and Nathan have?

The maiden flinched when Leander called her name. She deeply smiled at him. "Yes?"

The flurry of hearts and warmth made Luellen take a deep breath. She inhaled familiar scents as if they had been lingering around her for a while now. Her eyes then opened at the presence of light on her face. She turned to the side and found a wide, glass window. The white curtain filtered the sunlight, but it still glowed in the room.
