Chapter 32: Seven Wing
The Phantom LX-9 glided away from the foot of the Seven Abyssal Hell Tower with barely a whisper. The moment it merged onto the main road, Dan’s foot gently pressed against the accelerator.
VROOOOM!
The refined growl of the engine instantly deepened, and within seconds the sedan surged forward with astonishing acceleration, smoothly weaving into the flow of Metro City’s traffic.
Inside the cabin, everything remained remarkably quiet. The soundproofing was exceptional, muting the outside world until only the faint hum of the engine remained. Sunlight streamed through the windshield as towering skyscrapers swept past.
Dan rested one hand comfortably upon the steering wheel while the other shifted gears with easily, and the Phantom LX-9 responded like an extension of his own body — every turn smooth, every acceleration precise, every movement deliberate.
Beside him, Evelyn quietly watched. She had expected competence. She hadn’t expected this. Most people who climbed behind the wheel of a high-end supercar either drove too cautiously out of fear or too recklessly in an attempt to show off. Dan did neither.
His driving was confident without being arrogant, relaxed without being careless, and the car flowed through traffic almost effortlessly. Vehicles ahead instinctively changed lanes, others slowed naturally, and it almost appeared as though the city itself was making way for them.
"You’ve driven one of these before," Evelyn said, as she finally broke the silence.
"I have."
After transmigrating into this world, he had inherited far more than memories. His predecessor had been born into an affluent family — luxury cars, private instructors, business etiquette, formal education. Those memories remained perfectly intact.
While his family dynamic will change considerably after awakening as a Streamer, the skills themselves will never disappeared. Driving a supercar wasn’t difficult. If anything, it felt familiar.
The Phantom LX-9 accelerated once more as they entered one of Metro City’s elevated expressways, and buildings blurred past the windows. Neither of them spoke for nearly a minute. Eventually Evelyn leaned slightly against the passenger seat.
"I’ve been wondering something."
Dan kept his eyes on the road.
"Hm?"
"You bought the Seven Abyssal Hell Tower and have enough resources to surprise even Father."
She paused.
"Are you planning to establish your own guild?"
Dan didn’t answer. Instead, his foot pressed down farther.
VROOOOOOM!!
The Phantom LX-9 shot forward. The city scenery transformed into streaks of glass and steel as the engine roared beautifully and they overtook several vehicles with precision before smoothly returning to the center lane. Evelyn glanced sideways.
"..."
So that was his answer. Or perhaps, not yet. She chose not to press further.
Several minutes later, the towering headquarters of the Global Streamer Association gradually came into view. The enormous building dominated the surrounding district, its mirrored exterior reflecting the afternoon sky.
Dan slowly eased off the accelerator, and the Phantom LX-9 coasted quietly into the visitor parking area before coming to a stop. The engine fell silent. For several moments, neither moved.
Dan looked through the windshield toward the massive GSA building, then turned toward Evelyn. During the drive, he had quietly recalled everything he knew about her.
Evelyn Black, nineteen years old, the only daughter of Black Gun Guild’s Guild Master. She had awakened as a Streamer roughly one year ago, and her current rank, Silver I, current level, forty-two, channel followers approximately four thousand. Among Metro City’s younger generation, she was already considered exceptionally talented.
More importantly, she possessed remarkable popularity across the Streaming Network. Many viewers appreciated her straightforward personality, others admired her swordsmanship, and some simply found her entertaining.
Among her regular audience existed one viewer whose name appeared frequently across countless Streamer forums — Lord of Nine Heavens and Ten Earth, one of the legendary viewers. No one knew which realm that mysterious existence belonged to, nor how powerful they truly were, yet stories concerning them circulated endlessly.
They rewarded generously, possessed incredible knowledge, and more than one famous Streamer had risen to prominence after attracting their attention. If even half those stories were true, receiving a single gift from such a viewer could completely alter a Streamer’s future.
Dan wasn’t arrogant enough to assume someone of that caliber would immediately notice him. Not yet. But someday, he intended to stand upon a stage impossible for anyone to ignore.
His thoughts then shifted toward himself. Level Fifteen, Iron Rank II. Less than a week has passed, no, less than four days had passed since he awakened as a Streamer.
Yet within that time he had reached Level Fifteen, defeated multiple Bosses, killed a Hidden Boss, obtained a Mythical weapon, acquired an Epic Skill Core, purchased the Seven Abyssal Hell Tower, and now sat before the headquarters of the Global Streamer Association preparing to establish a guild.
None of it would have been possible without Infinite Amplification, a Talent that multiplied every reward by no less than a thousand. It wasn’t simply powerful. It was a foundation capable of overturning the entire Streaming Network.
Dan finally answered Evelyn’s earlier question.
"Yes."
She looked toward him. fɾēewebnσveℓ.com
"I intend to establish my own guild."
There wasn’t even the slightest hesitation in his voice.
"I thought as much," Evelyn nodded. freewebnøvel.com
Dan smiled.
"Since we’re already here," He looked toward the towering GSA building. "I may as well register it today."
"So soon?" Evelyn blinked.
"The earlier the foundation is laid, the sooner it can grow."
She couldn’t argue with that. Instead, another question surfaced.
"So..."
"What will you call it?"
"Seven Wing," Dan answered almost immediately.
"...Seven Wing," She repeated it quietly, then her brows knitted together slightly. "I understand the Seven, the tower has seven floors. But..... Why Wing?"
Dan looked forward again, and for several moments neither spoke. Then he answered calmly.
"A bird with one wing cannot fly."
"Two wings can cross mountains."
"Three may ride the winds."
"But imagine possessing seven."
Evelyn listened carefully. Dan continued.
"If one wing is broken, then.six remain."
"If enemies come from the east, One wing shields me."
"From the west..."
"Another."
"From the south."
"From the north."
"From above."
"From below."
His voice remained steady, almost serene.
"And when every direction has been blocked there is still one final wing."
Evelyn looked at him.
"To do what?"
Dan’s lips curved into a faint smile.
"To carry us beyond the heavens."
Silence filled the car. His gaze remained fixed upon the towering GSA headquarters outside.
"A guild shouldn’t exist merely to survive."
"It should exist so that regardless of how many hardships descend upon it, there will always remain one wing capable of carrying everyone higher."
For the first time since meeting him, Evelyn found herself completely speechless. She had expected ambition, she had expected confidence, but she hadn’t expected conviction. Dan wasn’t chasing temporary fame, nor wealth, nor influence. He was building something he genuinely believed could endure.
She slowly turned toward the towering Seven Abyssal Hell Tower visible in the distance through the rear window, then back toward Dan. Somehow, the name Seven Wing no longer sounded strange. Instead, it sounded inevitable.
