Chapter 19: Bountiful Gifts

The blinding silver light swallowed the darkness entirely.

There was no drawn-out struggle, not even a desperate contest of power. The Celestial Sword Qi simply tore through the condensed dark energy like a hot knife through butter. The sheer force of the lightning shattered the Skull Knight’s ultimate attack in a fraction of a second.

The crescent wave of energy slammed directly into the massive armored figure.

CRACK!!

The colossal greatsword snapped in half.

The upper section of the blade spun wildly through the air before embedding itself deep into the ancient stone wall.

The Skull Knight was thrown backward. Its heavy armor cracked, splintered, and then exploded into pieces as the lightning ravaged its skeletal frame. It crashed heavily into the circular platform, carving a deep trench into the stone before finally coming to a halt.

For a moment, the only sound in the chamber was the crackle of residual lightning.

Dan lowered his sword, as he watched quietly as the crimson flames burning inside the shattered helmet flickered weakly.

Then, they went out.

The towering figure crumbled into ash, leaving only scorched stone behind.

[Ding!]

[Hidden Boss Defeated: Undying Skull Knight (Lv. 25)]

[Experience Gained: 2,000 + Hidden boss benefits = 5000]

[Level Up!]

[Level 15 Reached!]

Dan exhaled, a visible breath in the suddenly cold cavern air. He flicked his wrist, shaking the excess energy from the Thousand Heavens Rainfall Divine Sword before sheathing it.

"So this is the extent of a mythical Ranked weapon?" He pondered. "To easily overwhelm a level 25 hidden Boss while only being level 11."

Then, the livestream chat, which had gone completely silent during the final clash, suddenly exploded.

[Current Viewers: 420]

[@DrunkenSwordImmortal: Hah! Clean. No unnecessary movements, no hesitation. You just completely overpowered a level 25 Hidden Boss. Not bad, brat. Not bad at all.]

[@StoneGiantKing: To shatter a boss’s ultimate attack head-on... his attack power is absurd. The level difference didn’t even matter.]

Dan ignored the chat for the moment. His eyes were focused on the glowing loot orbs hovering over the pile of ash.

He walked over and tapped the orbs.

A blue interface immediately popped up.

[Loot Acquired]

[Skull Knight’s Core (Rare)] - Contains pure dark energy. Highly sought after by alchemists and enchanters.

[Skill Core: Undying Will (Epic)] - Passive Skill. Temporarily boosts all physical attributes by 50% when HP drops below 20%.

[Copper Coins*12,500]

Dan’s eyes paused on the skill core.

"So this is the skill core I got. A passive stat boost when health drops," he noted, tossing the core into his inventory. "A decent safety net, though I’d prefer not to let my health drop that low in the first place."

Then, notification panels hovered at the edge of his vision.

[@DrunkenSwordImmortal gifted: 1000 Spirit Wine Jars.]

[Gift Received: 1000 Spirit Wine Jars.]

[Infinite Amplification Activated.]

[1,000× Amplification in progress...]

[New Reward Received: 1,000,000 Spirit Wine Jars!]

[@StoneGiantKing gifted: 10,000 Copper coins.]

[Gift Received: 10,000 Copper Coins.] freewёbnoνel.com

[Infinite Amplification Activated.]

[1,000× Amplification in progress...]

[New Reward Received: 10,000,000 Copper Coins]

Dan’s gaze lingered on the two notifications.

For the first time since entering the dungeon, genuine surprise flickered across his normally composed expression.

"Spirit Wine Jars..."

His heartbeat quickened slightly. Unlike Spirit Stones, which merely restored depleted Spirit Power one stone at a time, Spirit Wine Jars belonged to an entirely different category of treasure.

They were consumable treasures treasured even by veteran Streamers.

The effect was deceptively simple. Consume one Spirit Wine Jar before beginning a stream, and for the duration of that broadcast, the Streamer’s spiritual energy would never run dry. No matter how many techniques, sword arts, spells, or abilities they unleashed, their Spirit Power would instantly replenish itself.

In other words...

Unlimited Spirit Power.

For an entire stream.

Dan silently compared the two treasures in his mind.

"If Spirit Stones are common earth, then Spirit Wine Jars are precious heaven."

The difference between them wasn’t merely one of quantity, but of quality.

Spirit Stones could be purchased by almost any established Streamer. On the other hand, Spirit Wine Jars, however, rarely appeared on the marketplace. Even when they did, they were fought over almost immediately by wealthy guilds and powerful Streamers.

One million of them...

Dan found it difficult not to smile.

"I doubt I’ll ever have to worry about Spirit Power again."

Even if he streamed every single day for decades, he likely wouldn’t exhaust such an absurd stockpile.

His attention then shifted toward the second notification.

Ten million Copper Coins.

He remained silent for several seconds.

"...That’s..."

He quickly performed the calculation.

One Copper Coin = Twenty dollars.

That means 10 million Copper Coins = 200 million dollars.

Dan inhaled slowly. Two hundred million dollars. That amount of wealth was enough to purchase countless treasures from the Streamer Marketplace.

High-grade weapons. Rare bloodlines. Powerful cultivation resources. Entire guilds in the outside world.

Yet all of that had been gained during a single stream.

Dan finally understood why so many people dreamed of becoming successful Streamers.

Power and wealth truly went hand in hand.

"...No wonder everyone is obsessed with streaming."

The viewers naturally noticed his brief pause.

[@DrunkenSwordImmortal: Hahaha! Brat, don’t stare at the gifts forever. This immortal merely rewards those whose swordsmanship I find pleasing.]

[@StoneGiantKing: Hmph. Use those resources wisely. Wealth means nothing without strength to protect it.]

[@GoldenFeatherPrincess: Congratulations. It seems your future has become much brighter.]

Dan clasped his hands together respectfully.

"My thanks."

His voice remained calm, yet sincere.

"I will not waste your generosity."

The comments continued flowing rapidly.

[Current Viewers: 437]

[@ShadowWarden: His composure is admirable. Many newcomers would lose themselves after receiving such wealth.]

[@DrunkenSwordImmortal: Hahaha! That’s exactly why this immortal likes watching him.]

Dan smiled faintly before opening his panel.

"Panel."

The familiar interface appeared before him.

After briefly checking his newly acquired items, his attention settled on one particular option.

[Exit Stream]

Without hesitation he tapped it.

Ding.

[Main Objective Completed.]

[Hidden Objective Completed.]

[Preparing Exit...]

The ancient chamber suddenly trembled as a swirling white rift slowly tore open before Dan, its interior resembling an endless expanse of flowing light.

The livestream automatically displayed a final notification.

[Broadcast Ending...]

[Thank you for watching.]

[Current Viewers: 441]

[@GoldenFeatherPrincess: Until next time.]

[@StoneGiantKing: Continue growing stronger.]

[@ShadowWarden: I look forward to your next stream.]

[@DrunkenSwordImmortal: Brat! Don’t disappear for too long! This immortal still wishes to see how far your sword can reach!]

"Until next time."

Then, without another word, he stepped into the rift.
