Su Li shook her head and, taking Little Tang Mo’s hand, started to walk away.
Seeing Su Li’s unhesitating departure, the man furrowed his brow and said a name.
"Wu Sheng."
Su Li stopped in her tracks. "What? Wu Sheng? You..."
Su Li instantly recalled what Wu Sheng had said before.
He had mentioned meeting his mother sometime, and now this man was talking about Wu Sheng and some "madam."
’Could it be that Wu Sheng’s mother wants to see me?’
Su Li turned back. "Is the madam you’re referring to Wu Sheng’s mother?"
The man paused for a moment, then gave a slight nod.
