Levito shifted his eyes away uncomfortably. His throat tightened, a lump forming within. After a long moment, he shook his head in denial. "No, it’s not that. The Major General wants me to escort her back to Black Star. Miss Shi Lan is the Prison Director of Black Star."
Upon hearing this, Bai Feng’s attention was indeed diverted. "What? This female is actually the Prison Director of Black Star?"
"No way. She’s a female, so why would she give up the good life on Capital Star to go to some remote planet? Besides, I remember Young Master Mu and his crowd are in that prison. Can this female handle him?"

He turned his head and saw Levito staring intently at the medical room door, as if trying to see the person inside through the heavy panel.
Bai Feng’s brow couldn’t help but furrow. "You... are you sure you don’t like this female?"
Levito’s lips were pressed into a tight line. They twitched a few times, but no words came out. No matter how dense Bai Feng was, he could see what was on Levito’s mind.
"I don’t know how much you like her, but the Major General probably likes this female too."
"Maybe we can’t rule out the possibility that a female would be willing to accept you both, but the Major General... have you thought about him? He trusted you, chose to entrust this female to your protection, and yet you..."
Bai Feng wanted to say more, but just then, the door opened. The female Military Doctor from the Border Defense Star team walked out. She shot them a displeased glare. "What are you arguing about at the door? If you want to talk, stand further away."

Seeing this, the female doctor slammed the door shut again.

"Alright, apply pressure for two minutes, then you can go shower. The bathroom is right over there."
She pointed to a nearby door, and Shi Lan nodded gratefully.
The smell on her body was so strong that even she could barely stand it. As soon as the two minutes were up, she rushed into the bathroom. She scrubbed herself from head to toe with shower gel several times, and even called out Xiao Du to give him a good wash, only getting out with satisfaction after confirming there were no lingering odors.
