If there was a way to go back in time and correct this, I’d do anything just to do it. I was filled with shame and I couldn’t imagine what it would be like serving them.

Heading into the kitchen the next day, I was stunned to find the maids and guards moving around, making preparations for what seemed like a party.
"What’s going on?" I asked Hugo who chuckled.
"Guess what, the alpha is hosting a party, it’s a pool party, it’s always hectic but fun." He replied and I swallowed, nodding my head softly.
"That’s nice, I guess I’ll just clean the house very fast and get out of their way." I mumbled softly and he glanced at me for a moment without a word.
Myla walked into the room and her eyes rested on me, making me swallow, knowing something crazy was about to follow.
"You’re serving at the party, you’ll handle the drinks." She ordered and I nodded, bowing my head as I walked out with her.
She walked into an empty room where some maids were waiting already, Rose being a part of them.
She rolled her eyes when I walked inside. "You shall all serve at the party this evening and you know the rules. Do not make the alphas furious, they’re in a terrible mood already. The place is being set up, take the day away and go rest up for the party, you’ll be serving throughout the night. Any maid who collapses or makes any mistake will be duly punished." She warned and we all responded in unison, our heads bowed.
"I can’t wait to attend the party again... This time around I hope I’m wanted by one dignitary or a handsome rich wolf." Rose muttered, playing with her hair and I frowned, confused as to what she meant.
"You’re beautiful Rose, if you get lucky, you might become his permanent mistress. I’m so envious of you, refusing to be a mistress of three men, last time just because you still want to be around us." A girl muttered, throwing me into deeper confusion.
"Wh... What do you mean? Aren’t we going to serve them drinks? Isn’t that the essence of the party?" I asked and they all burst into laughter, shaking their heads.
"It’s an orgy pool party, the alphas are inviting a lot of men and women, they come here and prey on anybody, both the maids and guards. You cannot reject the advances of anybody, if you’re needed by anybody, you must give yourself willingly to them. Failure to do such, you’re going to be punished almost to the point of death, that’s if you don’t get attacked at the party." She explained and I frowned.
It sounded horrible. "You don’t have to worry about anything, you don’t stand a chance around me. All eyes will be on me and I’ll have all the young heirs clamoring for my attention. There are also numerous beautiful maids here, I doubt if your presence would even be noticed." Rose taunted and I swallowed.
"That would be a dream come true." I replied and she scoffed.
"Oh please, you only have such crazy thoughts because you want to be with the alphas, you’re so confused you don’t know the one you want among them but I’ll tell you the truth.
