That’s why our first task is to explore Pingcheng, gathering essential supplies and intelligence about Despair Plains for better planning." Lin Feng explained to Tao Tao. Despair Plains were right before them, so there was really no need to hurry, and the plains gave him an unsettling feeling he couldn’t quite pin down.

Tao Tao showed slight discomfort in the environment, but Lin Feng smiled and, without saying much, followed the waiter’s guidance to the third floor, finding a spot by the window to sit down.

After finishing his words, the waiter promptly turned and left. Once he was gone, Tao Tao hesitated for a moment before asking Lin Feng cautiously, "Brother Lin, can we leave here? I feel the atmosphere is unpleasant; those men don’t seem like good people, they reek of killing intent."
