Chapter 1016: Chapter 395: Team 2, Move Out! (Part 2)

"Tell me about that organization, and I’ll let you off this time."

Originally, Zhang Beixing planned to take this opportunity to directly eliminate Alice’s power.

But after hearing the other’s initial intention, Zhang Beixing decided to spare Alice, after all, having one more subordinate or two wouldn’t make much difference to him.

Moreover, the entire area of the landscape district isn’t small, relying solely on Pike made Zhang Beixing a bit uneasy.

"So, you’re not planning to wipe me out directly?"

Alice looked at Zhang Beixing in surprise, suddenly feeling that happiness came too suddenly.

Although Alice had just prepared for the worst, no one who can live wants to die, so having a chance to survive now was not something to be given up.

"Depending solely on this kid, I fear he cannot control the entire Ninth District."

Speaking, Zhang Beixing patted Pike’s shoulder, the two appearing quite familiar with each other.

Zhang Beixing’s actions also reassured Pike; if Pike were in Zhang Beixing’s position, he would worry that Alice might threaten his status as well.

"Actually, that organization is among the three major forces, introduced to me by the Rose Organization."

Although Zhang Beixing vaguely guessed that this matter was related to the three major forces, hearing it confirmed by Alice still stirred his anger.

"Then let’s choose the Rose Organization as our first target!"

Zhang Beixing spoke softly, yet his tone left no room for doubt.

Even Alice, who just had contact with Zhang Beixing, instinctively felt that whatever Zhang Beixing said would inevitably come true.

Meanwhile, the leaders of the three major forces were discussing their next actions in a suite of a luxury hotel in the Ninth District.

The leader of the Rose Organization, nicknamed Rose, had convened this meeting.

Rose was a strikingly beautiful woman...

The leader of the Ross Clan wore glasses with golden rims, appearing refined...

As for the head of the Gunman Organization, he was a burly man carrying sixteen guns, which is how the organization got its name.

"We just got news, the man who caused quite a stir in Europe is here."

Rose took a puff of smoke, exhaling leisurely as she spoke.

"You mean that person called Zhang Beixing?"

Jack, the head of the Gunman Organization, frowned slightly because his brother in Europe had fallen at Zhang Beixing’s hands.

"What’s he doing here? Could he be planning to make a move against us?"

Ross instinctively pushed up his glasses as he spoke.

"Regardless of his intent, I say it here and now, he absolutely cannot leave the Ninth District alive."

Jack’s face was full of anger, for that was his dearest brother!

"I was just worrying about how to find him, and here he comes walking right in."

"I think it would be wise for you all to keep calm, as it’s not yet certain he’s targeting us."

The meeting was to be held two days later, discussing how to reorganize the Earth District, and was convened early because of Zhang Beixing’s arrival.

After all, there were too many legends about this man, making Rose feel an uneasy foreboding. Most importantly, Rose clearly knew what she had done.

"Are you hiding something from us?"

Jack suddenly took off his glasses, staring sharply at Rose.

At this moment, Jack seemed like a different person, his eyes emitting substantial flashes like two knives.

These two knives pierced directly into Rose’s heart, causing her gaze to unconsciously reveal a trace of panic.

"Of course, I have nothing to hide from you."

"I might have guessed what it is."

Ross stood up, tidied his clothes, and turned to walk toward the door.

"Are you leaving?"

Jack was somewhat displeased; if it weren’t for Ross being the leader of the Ross Clan, Jack might have already pulled a gun to his head.

Jack’s mind was filled with the thought of revenge, and if the Ross Clan withdrew like that, it would significantly impact the chances of success.

"Because Rose broke the rules, I suspect Zhang Beixing is primarily targeting him this time. I certainly don’t want to drag my family to the brink of destruction."

With those words, Ross left the room, signifying the Ross Clan’s withdrawal from this action.

Now, only Jack and Rose were left in the room, with Rose gazing at Jack with tenderness in her eyes.

Rose did not expect Ross to be so smart, deducing her doings just from Zhang Beixing’s actions.

Luckily, Jack was a simple-minded, strong-limbed person who could possibly be swayed.

Though Rose was over thirty, she still looked like she was in her twenties; and due to her past experiences, she embodied the allure of womanhood.

"So, are you planning to just leave?"

Rose’s eyes were silky as she spoke while approaching Jack, finally sitting on Jack’s lap.

Her jade hands slid across Jack’s bare chest repeatedly, and just a few simple moves made Jack’s breathing grow heavy.

"Of course I won’t leave."

Jack hugged Rose, standing up as he headed towards a door on the side.

As the most luxurious suite of the hotel, it was naturally prepared for some upper-class figures, most of whom shared a common trait, so behind an inconspicuous door in the suite was a huge round bed.

If it weren’t for Zhang Beixing, she would never yield to Jack.

"Zhang Beixing, I will never let you off!"

Rose thought in her heart as she was thrown onto the bed by Jack, instinctively letting out a coquettish cry.

And that coquettish cry was like the "straw that broke the camel’s back," making Jack unable to resist any longer; he quickly undressed himself and pounced directly onto Rose.

At this moment, Zhang Beixing was oblivious to the fact that his arrival had subtly influenced the relationships among the three major forces.

"So you mean Rose is secretly supporting the DE Organization?"

After Alice finished recounting the events, Zhang Beixing’s expression turned grave.

However, it could be determined that the DE Organization in contact with Rose wasn’t composed of core members since the core members wouldn’t value the meager resources in Rose’s hands.

"But it doesn’t matter who they are, even if it’s just a guard dog of that organization, I will not spare them!"

A cold glint flashed in Zhang Beixing’s eyes.

The group standing by, including Leng Bing, felt a thrill of anticipation, knowing they were about to truly embark on a mission.

"It seems you all are a bit impatient."

Zhang Beixing shifted his tone, playfully looking at Leng Bing and the others beside him. Leng Bing and the others exchanged glances, awkwardly scratching their heads at first.

"I hope to lead the team to take the first action."

Su Yan stepped forward first, seemingly transformed by previous events.

Although Zhang Beixing was pleased with Su Yan’s change, he wouldn’t agree to letting his subordinates march to their deaths recklessly.

After all, an emaciated camel is still larger than a horse, and if it were the first team, Zhang Beixing would have no doubts, but Su Yan and the others were considerably less competent compared to the first team.

"This mission is yours!"

Zhang Beixing stood up and headed outside, leaving Leng Bing and the others dumbfounded.

"Minister, what should we do?"

Taking a bold step, Leng Bing asked.

"Of course, do what you need to do."

Zhang Beixing turned back, looking at Leng Bing and his group.

"But even if you face life-threatening situations, I will not intervene easily; this time, it’s your second team’s independent mission!"
