Both Emily’s and Rina’s eyes nearly popped out from shock, and their jaws dropped to the ground when they saw Amber using ice powers. ’Heavens, how is there another mutated Bloodline user...and she seems to be strong. Her Bloodline should be at least S Rank at a minimum,’ Rina cried out inwardly before reaching a conclusion. Since the Ice Warlock Bloodline, like her Light Warlock Bloodline, was A Rank, and Amber’s Ice Bloodline was mutated, she would not be surprised if it was above S Rank.
"How is this possible? Doesn’t the Oreburgh Warlock Bloodline give them the ability to manipulate metals? How come she has an Ice Bloodline, and it’s mutated?" Emily exclaimed in shock.
Rina looked at her and nodded, as she, being the heir, knew what kind of Warlock Bloodlines the noble families possessed.
Then her eyes fell on Victor as she remembered that Victor’s lightning was also black in color and could not help but wonder if he had any hand in awakening Amber’s Bloodline.
"Miss Amber, watch out!"
Emily’s sudden panicked voice snapped her out of her thoughts, and her pupils constricted when she saw a Hobgoblin, which was at Tier 2, lunge at Amber.
She hastily raised her hand and muttered, "Light Sword."

A sword made of golden light materialized in front of the charging Hobgoblin and directly hacked into it, severing the Hobgoblin into two pieces.
"Shit..." Rina cursed when she saw the severed corpse wiggle and multiply. She soon found herself surrounded by the regenerated Hobgoblin and about a hundred Goblins. Seeing this, a trickle of sweat formed on her forehead. She herself was Tier 2 and was confident in defeating the Hobgoblin, but if she was ganged up on, it would become problematic.
She looked at Emily, who was also occupied by a Hobgoblin.

The Hobgoblin laughed and made several lewd gestures at her with its hips. It licked its grotesque lips with its massive tongue and gazed at Rina with hunger. A chill ran down Rina’s spine when she saw that gaze.

The Hobgoblin shouted, and the other Goblins immediately surrounded her from all sides.
The Hobgoblin pointed toward Rina, and the Goblins abandoned their weapons and charged at her, trying to capture her alive.

Rina’s face darkened seeing their intentions. She raised her hand, and a spherical shield of light formed around her.

"Looks like it can hold on," Rina said with a sigh of relief as she saw the light shield remain unscratched even though it was being struck by a barrage of fists.
"Kiiki!"
Rina’s expression instantly changed when she saw the Hobgoblin move toward her with a nasty grin. It pulled back its large hand and hurriedly threw a punch at the wall of light.

Each time the Hobgoblin punched the shield, more cracks began to form.
"No, this cannot go on. The shield will break, and I will have to face the assault of the Hobgoblin along with its subordinates. No, I need to reduce their numbers. No choice, I have to use that skill even if my mana reserves are drained by a great margin."
Rina’s face hardened, and she raised her hand and said, "Light Sword Barrage."
The moment those words left her mouth, she felt a large amount of mana being drained from her body. The next moment, the sky above her glowed golden, and hundreds of swords made of light materialized overhead.
The Hobgoblin looked at the swords hovering above him like a grim reaper, but it still kept punching the barrier, its mind consumed by nothing but desire for Rina. The goblins, on the other hand, panicked and were about to disperse.

Rina snorted and waved her hand. The swords of light descended from the sky and directly fell upon the goblins surrounding her. She did not target the Hobgoblin, as she knew it would be useless.

A small massacre descended from the heavens as the swords pierced through the bodies of the goblins, nailing them to the ground.

Rina panted heavily as nearly thirty percent of her mana reserves had been depleted, and suddenly her expression changed.

"Miss Rina!"
Emily’s panicked shout rang out when she saw the shield around Rina shatter. Rina fell to her knees and coughed up blood.
Emily looked at Victor and cursed inwardly, ’What the hell is he doing standing there and watching?’
Victor was watching Rina’s fight with curiosity, as this was the first time he had seen her using her Bloodline.
’Yep, she is more suited for support than combat.’
"Fuck..."
Rina’s face turned pale when she saw the Hobgoblin walking toward her with a grotesque grin. She gritted her teeth and stood up, a sword of light forming in her hand.
Rumble!
Before the goblin could even react, a black lightning serpent struck the chest of the Hobgoblin, shattering the core within it as it fell lifelessly to the ground.
Rina looked at Victor, who had his hand pointed toward her and said with a charming smile, "You’re welcome."
Rina’s lips twitched as she cursed inwardly, ’Could you not have helped me earlier?’
"Thank you," Rina said with a forced smile.
"Miss, are you okay?"
Emily, who had just finished her fight, quickly appeared beside her and looked her over from head to toe. She sighed in relief upon seeing her in one piece.
"I am fine," Rina said calmly, but then suddenly the temperature began to drop.
She looked at the ground and muttered, "Frost...?"
"Miss Rina, look!"
Emily suddenly said and pointed toward the distance.
"What’s going on?"
Rina’s eyes widened as she saw Amber covered by a black mist while facing thousands of Goblins. Frost had started to spread across the ground from her feet.
