Chapter 379: Chapter 380: True Dragon Manifestation

The sound of the crowd’s gasps grew louder. The old masters of the Yin Yang Realm stared gravely at Ruo Xiangyi as if facing a formidable foe.

Ye Wushuang’s brow furrowed. ’The zither music was beautiful, but there’s no need for everyone to be so wary, is there?’

Shaking his head, Ye Wushuang returned to his original position.

"You weren’t affected?" Dii Qingxue asked, turning her head.

"Affected by what?" Ye Wushuang asked curiously.

Ruo Xiangyi’s song was indeed marvelous. It had pulled him into a dream where he witnessed a scene of otherworldly bliss: a devoted man and woman, one playing the zither while the other listened intently.

It was an enviable, immersive experience that brought him a sense of pleasure. How could that be considered a negative influence?

Of course, Ye Wushuang didn’t know that what everyone else had seen was completely different from his own experience.

Ruo Xiangyi’s zither music, as if imbued with Magic Power, stirred the endless desires buried in the depths of one’s heart, causing people to drown in them one by one.

If the music hadn’t stopped so abruptly, it’s likely few would have been able to awaken from the dreamscape.

Ye Wushuang asked curiously, "What did you see?"

At his question, Dii Qingxue fell silent for a moment before saying with a solemn expression, "A heavenly tribulation descended, flooding the earth. And you..."

She trailed off, unable to continue.

"I was the one who was annihilated in the tribulation, wasn’t I?"

Ye Wushuang said calmly. His master, the Star Elder, had already performed a divination for him, revealing that he would face a fatal calamity on the Barbarian God Battle Platform. The exact nature of it, however, remained unknown.

That was why he had yet to reveal his trump cards, waiting for the right moment to go all-in.

"You need to be careful," Dii Qingxue warned. The dream she had seen perplexed her, and her gaze involuntarily shifted to Ruo Xiangyi.

Ye Wushuang also turned to look, his mind replaying the flash of disappointment in Ruo Xiangyi’s eyes at the moment she had turned away.

In response to Ruo Xiangyi’s earlier question, Ye Wushuang had originally intended to tell her what he saw.

But for some reason, he suddenly didn’t want to. ’It’s strange!’

’I’ll tell her later if I get the chance,’ Ye Wushuang thought. Beyond his strange reluctance to speak, there was another issue: he couldn’t figure out what Ruo Xiangyi was up to.

Now that Ruo Xiangyi had conceded, Ye Wushuang had secured a spot in the top four.

Only five people remained for the final battles: Ye Wushuang, Beize Yunzhuo, Wudao, Dii Qingxue, and Liuu Tianlan.

All five were immensely powerful, each more of a prodigy than the last, and it was said that Beize Yunzhuo and Wudao had yet to even reveal their true strength.

However, none of the remaining five were easy opponents. They too would have to use their true power.

Next, it was Beize Yunzhuo’s turn to fight. His gaze swept over the others. He didn’t challenge Wudao, instead letting his eyes rest on Dii Qingxue.

In his eyes, Wudao was the strongest opponent, one who had to be saved for a final, climactic duel. Since Ye Wushuang had just fought, his only choices were Dii Qingxue and Liuu Tianlan.

Ultimately, his gaze settled on Dii Qingxue. If he defeated her, Liuu Tianlan would be no threat at all.

"For this battle, I choose Dii Qingxue!"

Beize Yunzhuo shouted. Dii Qingxue’s figure stepped forward as well. How could she not have known his gaze was on her?

Beize Yunzhuo stared at Dii Qingxue and said, "You defeated Liuu Tianlan earlier. Your strength is undeniable, but it is still lacking."

"Are you asking me to concede?" Dii Qingxue asked coldly, looking at Beize Yunzhuo.

Beize Yunzhuo nodded. "The final duel of this Barbarian God Battle Platform is meant to be between me and Wudao. The Strongest Warrior can only be one of us. If you try to contend for it, you will only get hurt. Therefore, in this battle, your only option is to concede!"

Hearing this, a stir went through the crowd. What kind of power could Beize Yunzhuo possess to be so confident, so arrogant? Each of the four remaining fighters was terrifyingly strong, yet in his eyes, only Wudao was worthy of being his opponent. The title of Strongest Warrior could only belong to one of them. He was even telling Dii Qingxue to concede voluntarily. The sheer arrogance!

It seemed that from the very beginning, Beize Yunzhuo had only come to fight Wudao. No one else even registered in his eyes.

Ye Wushuang watched calmly without saying a word.

Liuu Tianlan, who was sitting cross-legged on the ground, suddenly snapped his eyes open. He stared at Beize Yunzhuo, a sharp glint shooting from his eyes, clearly displeased at being so easily dismissed.

"You will regret this," Liuu Tianlan said coldly, then closed his eyes again. The Sword Intent swirling around him grew even sharper.

"We’ll see about me conceding after we fight," Dii Qingxue stated calmly as a silver radiance flickered across her body and her aura flared.

BOOM!

Dii Qingxue’s figure flickered as a clear moon rose into the sky behind her.

Her Crescent Saber sliced through the air, unleashing a wave of annihilating moonlight.

Beize Yunzhuo shot into the sky. He thrust out both palms, which transformed into two Great Pengs. They spread their wings and swept forward, colliding with the Crescent Saber.

The shadows of the Great Pengs stretched long in the moonlight. Their sky-blotting wings covered everything, enveloping the moonlight and extinguishing it.

Dii Qingxue’s expression remained calm. She clapped her hands together, and the Crescent Saber divided into ten blades. They pierced through the sky-blotting wings and continued, undiminished, slashing toward Beize Yunzhuo.

BOOM!

Beize Yunzhuo’s gaze narrowed. He took a step forward, his body glowing with a hazy light. In an instant, he transformed into a colossal, sky-blotting Great Peng.

It resembled the ancient Divine Beast, the Golden-Winged Roc—magnificent and divine. As it spread its wings, a storm raged, and its terrifying aura stunned everyone watching.

The Illusion Race possessed the wondrous art of transformation, allowing them to morph into powerful Divine Beasts for combat. By doing so, they could gain a fraction of the beast’s abilities, making them incredibly fearsome.

"Rumor has it that there are very few prodigies in the Illusion Race who can transform into Divine Beasts. I can’t believe Beize Yunzhuo can so easily morph into any kind of Divine Beast. It’s terrifying!"

As they gazed at the Great Peng, the crowd shuddered. They could all feel the immense pressure emanating from it—it was just too powerful!

BANG!

The Golden-Winged Roc charged the Crescent Sabers, its terrifying wings slashing horizontally to collide with the ten blades.

WHOOSH! WHOOSH! WHOOSH!

The ten Crescent Sabers were knocked back. They flew backward, rapidly merging in midair before returning to Dii Qingxue’s side. The powerful recoil forced her to take three steps back.

"Dii Qingxue, just concede. There’s no point in continuing this fight!" the Golden-Winged Roc’s voice boomed, sounding like a true Divine Beast as it looked down on everything with arrogance.

Silver Moon Shining!

Dii Qingxue said nothing. The clear moon fused with her Crescent Saber, bathing the area in silver light. Like a true lunar disc falling from the heavens, it descended upon the Golden-Winged Roc to suppress it.

This was the very move that had defeated Liuu Tianlan.

Now that she had used it again, the crowd wondered how Beize Yunzhuo would possibly defend against it.

BOOM!

As the silver light rained down, the phantom image of the Golden-Winged Roc collapsed, revealing Beize Yunzhuo’s figure.

But he didn’t seem worried. With a flicker in his eyes, he shot toward the firmament, instantly transforming into an even more terrifying beast.

ROAR!

A heaven-shaking dragon’s roar echoed through the Nine Heavens. A terrifying pressure spread out, causing the Demon Beasts and Barbaric Beasts of the Endless Wilderness to tremble!

The Supreme True Dragon! The might of a Divine Beast!

Staring at the terrifying Divine Beast soaring into the firmament, the crowd’s eyes widened in disbelief. Beize Yunzhuo had transformed into a Supreme True Dragon, radiating an immense Dragon Power!
