Chapter 31: Seven Concubines Are Not Enough, Let Her Come

Levi’s eyes narrowed as the blue panels of the system materialized before his sight. He crouched down and yanked Mother Beatrice up by her long golden hair. "Dress yourself, Inquisitor."

He shifted his gaze from her to the door, then smiled. "Your duty to the Holy Capital is over. Now, your only duty is to secure my paths."

Cloth rustling sounds echoed as Lilith Orin stepped aside the moment Mother Beatrice looked toward her. A faint smile tore on her lips when she shifted her gaze away and took a position closer to the center. "The Supreme Council will not remain blind for long, Levi."

Levi sighed, then nodded. ’Why shouldn’t they get to know of this? Of course they have to know it to push me far.’

Lyra approached next, folded her arms across her fluffy chest, and pumped her breasts upward. "But before the council can send another army, there is an immediate problem to be fixed."

"Problem?" Levi shifted a curious expression to her, then hissed.

"Yes." Lyra nodded slightly. "The Crimson Sovereign has already crossed the border."

’Interesting...’ Levi looked back at Mother Beatrice’s hair crumpled in his fingers, then released his grip. ’Crimson Sovereign.’

Mother Beatrice’s hair flapped on her naked, lewd body as she slid down and leaned against the stone bench.

’I hope she will at least have something that will differentiate her from my six, no, seven concubines.’ He adjusted his dark trousers, then pulled his shirt on, covering the glowing sigil on his chest.

He blinked at Senna, who had leaned against the side of the cell’s iron gate with crossed legs, and winked at her. freewebnσvel.cѳm

’Wait, what was the name of the Crimson Sovereign I read about in Aethermoor’s history books?’ He shifted his gaze to the empty walls and began scratching his chin.

"Maya Sirius." His pupils dilated as the name escaped his mouth like a cursed praise.

"Yes, that’s the Crimson Sovereign." Lilith narrowed her stance and exhaled harshly. "She knows what you are by now."

Sparkling light flashed out of Lilith’s silver hair as she stroked her fingers through it. "A male Sovereign is an evolutionary threat to her existence."

Lyra sighed in discomfort and glanced down. "She isn’t coming to negotiate, Levi; she is coming to eliminate her only rival."

A cunning laughter bounced off the cell’s walls as Levi’s chest heaved. "Then let her come."

He walked out of the cell, past his three loyal women and the new one now in the learning phase. "I need a stronger source of Aether anyway."

Senna hissed and pushed herself off the cell’s iron gates when Levi stopped at the other side.

A breeze of air drifted into the damp, sweet-scented interior of the northern tower when he tilted his head slightly backward. "Are you coming?"

Mother Beatrice followed the three loyal women, holding her torn white prayer dress together.

Just as they exited the tower, she kept on shifting glances to the side whenever the chilled breeze of Aethermoor whipped through her messed-up golden hair.

Three days passed by like the flick of a whip. Within those days, Mother Beatrice went back to the tower where her paladins were.

Her mind remained fixed on the climax she released during her encounter with Levi. She engaged in self-massaging at night whenever the sigil at the top of her left breast burned.

Her paladins standing by the door of her bedroom had their faces flushed with a desire they weren’t tasked to experience.

Yet they squeezed their thick, tight-clicking thighs and muffled their own moans when their p*ssies pulsed beneath their paladin robes.

Stone-shattering sounds echoed in Levi’s room and caused every patrolling guard to stop and glance at the last window at the top of the utility worker’s tower with reddened cheeks.

’Oh, how I wish I had a personal slave of my own,’ the junior Battle Mage said in her head and brushed her palms against her breasts.

She squeezed her right breast’s hardened nipple slightly before joining back with her patrolling team.

On the night of the third day, Mia went back to Mimi’s chamber and stood at the door with teary eyes. ’Will I even get to make that bastard pay?’

She walked to the side and stopped by the transparent crystal window. Gulping sounds echoed around her when the freezing, localized draft of the tower interior flashed through the slight space between her face and the pane.

Mia blinked and walked away with Mimi’s open-legged sleeping posture rampaging through her mind like a house she can no longer have.

A faint howling sound dashed through the crystal dawn skies of Aethermoor, welcoming the brand-new day.

Leaves plummeted through every alleyway and in front of every slightly opened window as the early afternoon sun’s rays stretched through the skies.

A cold wind ramped through the warm weather of the afternoon as a deep, blood-red hue slowly crept in.

Dark crimson clouds rolled across the sun and cast long, dark shadows over the white marble towers of the Sovereign Academy.

Students and workers of the academy all stopped their actions when the scent of ozone and crushed iron flew into their lungs.

Murmurs rose up in the courtyard as a thousand and one students grouped in the central courtyard with their eyes locked on the southern sky.

A sudden heat wave rolled outward when Senna walked through the gathered students and stood firm with her arms crossed tightly over her chest. ’So she’s even here.’

Her eyebrows narrowed when a massive rift tore open above the academy’s gates at a distance. freewebnσvel.cѳm

She covered her mouth with her elbows when a scent like lavish thunder infused through the heavy, hitched atmosphere.

’Oh no!’ She stumbled two steps back when a loud, world-shattering rumble vibrated through the ground, shaking every standing student.

A violent pressure struck the outer walls of the academy’s towers as a flying obsidian carriage pulled by four giant, crimson-winged beasts appeared.

Boots-stumping sounds echoed and caused dust to swirl upward when the carriage and the crimson-winged beasts descended slowly onto the marble cobblestones.

A spider-web of cracks lanced through the ground as the carriage came into its first contact with it.
