It has been a few months since the werewolves moved here in these mountain ranges.
As expected, Suzie was quick to realise his intentions and started reorganising the pack and dividing roles.
Of course the pack was small and not a kingdom so there wasn’t many to organise and besides, werewolves were quite similar.
Most had abilities related to battle rather than the diversity of Espara so deciding who does what depended highly on their disposition and their former lives.
Louis and Charlie were assigned to be treasurers of the pack, the guild was still running so money still came in.
Charlie had some complaints about this, after getting used to battle he wanted to be in the front lines.
Unfortunately due to his past lives profession, he was the most suitable for the job.
His wife Louis had to stay with him, as mates, being around each other more often was better for both of them.
Also, Louis was discovered to be pregnant, she was the first werewolves to get pregnant and the entire pack was in a celebratory mood.
As such, she was also assigned the future teacher of the young pups. She had no complaints about that, Louis loved kids to begin with so she was happy.

She spent very little time with the pack and most of her time was spent outside collecting useful information.
The packs information network was still not wide enough but she was very efficient and resourceful.
Suki and her lineage were personal bodyguards of Annie, Marcus requested to stay by her side.
His argument was that since Adrian had two werewolves by his side then it made sense for his mate to have two as well.
Since there weren’t many opened spots in the pack anyways, nobody disagreed and so his lineage became Annie’s bodyguards.
Sam’s lineage was assigned to find people who met the criteria to be turned and the project was led by Diego and Isabella.
Alex was assigned the role of a scout and tracker, the role of his lineage sometimes intersected with Athi’s role.
As for Fred, the middle aged man with a grew grey hairs, he was assigned the role of overseer.
With the exception of Adrian’s and Annie’s personal lives which Suzie would be taking care of, he would manage the rest of the pack.
He would oversee all the other roles related to the management of the pack and report directly to Adrian and or Annie.
This gave him the same status as Suzie, if Suzie was the head maid then he would be the head butler.
Of course this didn’t necessarily place him above the other Delta werewolves, this dynamic was created for efficiency.
Suzie understood from Adrian’s silence that he didn’t want to be bothered or at least that what she got.

He would then report everything to Adrian at regular intervals. This worked well for Adrian and Annie, it would take some pressure from their shoulders.
As for the rest like Melissa, Sbu, Bred, they were all battle maniacs, their lineages were made the vanguards of the pack.
The system was nowhere near from perfect but the pack was functional and that’s all that mattered.

Only freaks of nature like werewolves and vampires can handle it, his method directly damages the esper veins.
Healing esper veins was nearly impossible and the elixirs that can work were not only rare but extremely expensive.
Even amongst vampires, only those at viscount and above can use this method, barons would take nearly a century to heal.
Expanding ones esper veins to form a pool in the heart was like breaking and stretching your own muscles and expecting them to work fine after.
Not to mention the pain during the process, Adrian found it painful but it was only when Annie tried that he realised how actually painful it was.
His pain tolerance seemed to be much higher than others. When Suzie tried, she nearly fainted multiple times.
She had to cut the process into sessions but overall the method worked and on the previous full moon.
Currently Adrian was floating above his bed, waves of lunar esper sounded his body like burning flames.
The lunar esper was naturally attuned to the yin element making it cold by nature and so the entire room was frozen solid.
The esper kept flickering, growing larger and smaller with each passing moment as if somebody was blowing into flames.
" He’s close, the lord is close to showing his GREATNESS!" Naija shouted so loud the room rattled.
Annie shook her head with fatigue, the only reason she was even called up from the library she was banished to was because she was the only one who had achieved level 5.
She could give advice on how to proceed, unfortunately, everything she’s said was either meaningless and incomprehensible.
Or worthless praise for Adrian, she was no help at all. Annie finally accepted that this crazy woman genuinely didn’t know how she achieved level 5.
Like before, she just kept saying she did it because she wanted to. Basically she believed she needed to be more useful to Adrian.
Annie turned her attention back to Adrian, he had been like that since yesterday. Even after taming his esper.
Making it stretched outside was not easy for him, his esper was too pure. As soon as he let it out, he loses control.
She had no idea how many times she had to unfreeze herself after being encased in ice from the constantly dropping temperature.
Time passed and the esper around Adrian grew more vast, the temperature dropped even further.
But more than anything, a heavy pressure spread out from him, the entire mountain they were living under shook.
Boulders rolled down outside like there was an earthquake. Before anybody could they react their eyes were blinded by silver light.
The light spread so fast they had to time to react, they saw an illusion of a giant moon hanging above their heads.
Yet this moon brought only comfort to the werewolves who saw it. Adrian opened his eyes.
The world around him had turned pure silver, the temperature was so low it could freeze and crystallize the air itself.
However this was just a byproduct of his lunar esper, he knew he could easily make the temperature return to normal or even make it extremely hot.
He took a deep breath and Lunar esper flowed into his lungs, it was a comfortable feeling.
