In the vastness of the cosmos, there existed a peculiar Universe. This Universe didn’t conform to the natural Order whereby it was held together by a Universal Black hole, instead, a black hole sized planet held all the heavenly and celestial bodies together. From this supersized planet, straw-like tubes extended out from it and connected to other planets and more tubes connected to other planets, creating a network of planets.
These tubes didn’t only create a network of planets but also had another function, this function was to Terraform all planets connected to it to suit the conditions of the ruling species. This species mainly lived in harsh environmental planets where gravity was at its maximum pressure, the air was corrosive and water was replaced with acid. Only the fiercest of creatures could live in these harsh conditions.
These planets no longer had life in them,no plants and trees existed here, only large flowery pods were in abundance. Some of these pods were found in volcanic regions, some in acid ponds and others deep underground. Creatures with shiny black exoskeletons and elongated heads lived here. These creatures were non-other than the Xenomorph Species, nightmares of the cosmos and apex hunters, capable of bringing down even the most advanced civilisations.
At the centre of the largest planet in this Universe, at the very core of this planet, where temperatures reached extreme heat, hotter than even the core of the sun by many folds, a ginormous monstrosity slept there. It was so massive that it could travel in space and devour worlds if it ever wished to do so. This was the Xenomorph Empress, birth name, Armin.
"Damn it, it’s so hot in here."
"Stop complaining and let’s quickly finish our task. Hello, Empress Armin!"
{Mhm..? Who...are...you...?} sounded a soft voice from an otherwise scary monster. Her Authority as an Empress was so powerful that Poison 4 and Canine 4 were affected by it and knelt before her.
"I am Canine 4 and this is Poison 4, we’ve come under the orders of the Creator. He’s about to introduce another reality, a Game-World Reality that only those chosen by him can enter and this Reality encompasses Existence itself, not just this tiny Domain he created."
{A game, you say. So what does this game have to do with me? How is it of benefit to me?} Armin asked.
"It’s an opportunity to leave this pond, skip the rivers and dams and directly enter the ocean where there is no limit to how much you can grow or how far you can reach. You’ll enter the game with some Authority. Authority that can allow you to bend some Rules or create your own and you will be given limitless potential. With it, you can reach ranks beyond your imagination, as long as you’re not killed by the Players."
{When you talk about ranks beyond my imagination, how strong are those beings exactly?}
"They are strong enough to eradicate this Universe with just the snap of their fingers, some are even more exaggerated and can destroy your Universe with just a thought."
{If this game can give me potential to continue growing then I see no reason to refuse but I have a condition.}
"What is it?" Canine 4 asked.

"That’s not a problem. Another thing Empress, as a Game Boss, you need to have a title, I was wondering if you had something in mind?"

Somewhere in the Lumina World, in a remote area where Mana is very scarce, a civilisation thrived there. It wasn’t a civilisation of a powerful race like the Dragons, the Elves or the Giants. It was a civilisation of Gnomes that created their kingdom underground.
In the centre of the kingdom, there was a massive glass sphere with a multitude of strings and wires. Inside the sphere, a figure was shackled like Jesus on the cross, his limbs spread apart and his naked body put on display for everyone to see. The strings and wires covering the glass sphere all came from him.
This man looked as if his soul had long left his body. His body was filled with stitches, evidence of the operations and experiments conducted on him by these cute looking evil midgets.
For someone with one of the most powerful Systems in Existence, he should have been out there, conquering dungeons, slaying Demons and Dragon and adding more beautiful women to his harem. Instead, he was stuck here, used as nothing more than a power source because of his Infinite Mana. From what he could feel, he wasn’t an energy source for this Gnome Kingdom only but for tens of thousands of Gnome Kingdoms or even more, he didn’t know.
He’d been shackled like this from the moment he was brought into the Lumina World after Earth was devoured. The Gnomes had captured him and put him inside a Mana Draining machine but he never ran out of Mana, something that fascinated the Gnomes to the extreme and they began experimenting on him and discovered his System. They then started creating powerful machines and he would be their energy source but then they destroyed these machines and built new ones then destroyed them again.
This cycle had been going on for thousands of years, this guy didn’t know exactly how long.
[Hahaha, finally, finally, we’ve created the most powerful Machines in Lumina that operate on Infinite Mana. As long as our power source is alive, they’ll remain indestructible and invincible! Everyone, we did it! We did it!]

The man with the Infinite Mana System had long learned the Gnome language without being taught.
"Hahaha! Whoever said that Infinite Mana was an Overpowered System! Look at me! Look at me! Hahaha!" the man laughed while crying. His life on Lumina hadn’t been good, in fact, it was worse than hell. What made this guy despair the most was the fact that he’d remain a captive, a power source for these Gnomes for eternity unless he died which was nothing but a pipe dream. No living being would stay in this place where Mana was almost non-existent.

"What’s this? A System Notification? I hate games but apart from watching these Gnomes live their lives, I got nothing to do. Might as well try it. Yes, I’d like to play Legends Of Mythical Warriors."

A map than appeared before the man and it was vast, like really really vast, for a moment, Quintessence didn’t know which location to choose.
"Take me anywhere! Take me anywhere but here, preferably a place where I’ll die instantly after spawning!"

"Daddy was busy with work, I’ve been working on a game called Legends Of Mythical Warriors and now I’m done. All that’s left is to create a Game Character then start playing. Do you want to play the game with me?"
