Chapter 212: My Visitors

“Ren...I’m cumming! Ahhh...ohhh...” I cried out before moaning like I was going mad.

When my climax hit me, it felt like I was going to black out. I couldn’t take it anymore and truly considered begging him to stop pounding his cock into my wet hole. It feels good but it felt like I was going to break for real.

“Ren...” I called his name breathlessly.

“Almost...” Ren whispered lustily.

His hips moved faster, slamming his cock deeper and even faster into me as he raced towards his release. He cried out my name loudly when he reached his climax. His cock twitched wildly inside of me before it spurted his hot seed into me. I held his body tightly to me until he stilled. As we slept side by side after our wild lovemaking session, I asked him what was on my mind. Now that the war was over, what happens next?

“Ren, what’s going to happen now that the war is over?” I asked the question that had been on my mind.

“The neighboring empire will be paying settlements to us along with other things based on the agreement signed. They will probably not attempt anything like this again for a long time,” Ren explained as he gently ran his fingers through my hair.

“What about my town?” I asked timidly.

“I’ve always planned to reconstruct parts of your town and put in place some systems like education and work training for it to run similarly with the other towns in the empire. Now that the war is over, it’s probably a good time to start on that. All Elders whether they sided with the enemy or not will be executed. The emperor will put in new governors in place and then we’ll go from there,” Ren replied calmly.

“Wow. Seems like everything been thought through already,” I replied with a pleased smile.

Hopefully, this change will be better for the people of my town. As for the Elders, I didn’t have it in me to beg Ren to spare their lives. They probably wouldn’t be pardoned regardless of how hard I tried to save them. Honestly, I didn’t want to save them...at all.

“There’s nothing for you to worry about, Rin,” Ren said before he kissed my forehead softly.

He was right. Maybe it’s time that I left these matters in Ren’s capable hands after all.

...

The next day, Ren returned to the tent after a meeting with his generals. Apparently, they had to discuss the arrangement of travelling back. Most of the preparation and packing were already completed and the army was ready to march back on Ren’s command.

“You have some visitors,” Ren announced as he came to my side before bending down and giving my cheek a small peck.

“Visitors?” I said in confusion. I don’t remember arranging to meet anyone.

Ren gestured with his hand towards the entry of the tent, and I turned to look in that direction. My breath caught in my throat before I gasped and quickly got out of my seat.

“Rin...”

“Uncle Gobei...Auntie!” I cried out in a mix of surprise and excitement.

I ran forward and pulled them both into a warm hug. They’re fine and they’re here. I couldn’t quite believe it until I held them both in my arms. They looked tired and worn out and I think I already knew why without asking. However, they seemed healthy enough and well. I breathed a loud sigh of relief before I smiled at them.

“You seem well...” Auntie whispered as she stroked her hand through my hair adoringly.

“I’ll leave you three to talk then,” Ren said before he exited the tent to give us personal space to talk in private.

“Please take a seat,” I invited the two of them to sit down.

“It’s so good to see you again, Rin. Have you been well?” Auntie asked with apparent concern.

“We were shocked when you were sent away. We’re ashamed that we couldn’t do anything for you back then...” Uncle Gobei said sadly.

“It’s alright. I sort of chose to go...” I said before smiling at them.

I remembered thinking that if it had to be someone then it might as well be me. No one wanted me around in the village anyways. It felt like a lifetime ago when all that happened. Things have changed now, and I think it had changed for the better. There was nothing for Uncle Gobei and Auntie to feel guilty or ashamed about.

“I’ve been fine. Things were difficult at first honestly but Ren, I mean, the crown prince, was always there for me. He supported me in his own way and now...I’m very thankful to have him by my side...” I replied honestly as I tried to pick the right words.

“I’m sorry but I have to ask this. Rin, are you in love with the crown prince?” Auntie asked as her brows furrowed.

I never expected anyone to ask me that so straightforwardly.

“Yes, I am...” I replied truthfully.

Since I’ve already told Ren how I felt about him there was no point in keeping it a secret from anyone else. As for the people in the palace, they probably didn’t care how we felt as long as produced the royal heir to the throne.

“I see. Love can change you and make you a better version of yourself or so I believe. I know that life has been hard on you especially after your father passed away. If you’ve found happiness, I’m so happy for you,” Auntie said as she beamed a loving smile my way.

“Thank you, Auntie. Ren...he takes care of me very well so there’s nothing for you to worry about,” I said reassuringly.

Uncle Gobei still had a frown on his face, and it seemed like he was still unconvinced of my situation.

“Rin, are you sure that you’re fine? Are those people in the capital making cruel demands of you?” Uncle Gobei asked with a grim face.

“Well, just like all royal families they are concerned about producing the next heir to the throne to secure their bloodline,” I said before smiling weakly.

“And they want you to do that for them? They want you to make babies?” Uncle Gobei asked in shock. ƒreewebɳovel.com
