Chapter 153: Love Prisoner

“You look like you really enjoyed that. Does it feel good having my seed deep inside of you, Rin?” Ren asked as he smirked down at me from above.

Ren lifted both my legs up and held them close together. I felt his shape even more distinctively now that my legs were closed tightly together.

I wasn’t sure when I fell asleep last night; however, when I opened my eyes, it was already morning. I was the only one in bed and there were no signs of Ren. My body felt so heavy and sore from our passionate session last night and I could still feel the stickiness in between my legs from his seed. My head hurts whenever I started thinking of the various problems that I was facing.

Since I fell asleep and Ren was no longer here, I wasn’t able to clear up the misunderstanding with him. There was no proof that he would believe me, but I had to think of a way to convince him somehow. Ren was really mad and didn’t act at all like himself. I found that extremely frightening and knew that I couldn’t leave Ren that way. The sooner we get to the bottom of this together, the better it would be for both of us.

One look in the mirror nearby and I could see that I looked like a wild mess. My hair was in disarray, and I had bags under my eyes. I should take a shower first, at least, that would help make me feel clean. Ren’s room was very silent, and it was probably because no one dared approach it without permission. Ren is probably at work right now so I shouldn’t disturb him. Better to spend my time thinking of what to say to him when he returns.

It’s not too late, if I head to the hospital now, I could probably help out with a couple of cases before the day comes to an end. Then I can return here to talk things out with Ren. No maids turned up to help with my shower and I thought that that was for the best. After cleaning myself and dressing, I headed for the exit to Ren’s bedroom.

Wait. What?! Why won’t the door open?

I yanked on the door, trying to slide it but no matter how hard or how many times I tried, the door just wouldn’t open. Is the door broken?

“Excuse me! Is there someone outside?!” I called out loudly.

I heard nothing but silence in reply. Is there really no one outside?

“Help! I’m stuck in here. I think the door is broken!” I yelled again, this time even louder than before.

I kept calling for help and after a short while, I heard rushed footsteps approaching the door.

“My Lady...” a calm woman’s voice replied to me.

“I’m stuck in here. I think the door is broken. Can you help me out?” I quickly explained the situation.

“The door isn’t broken, My Lady,” the woman on the other side of the door replied sounding extremely polite.

“It’s not? But it won’t open...” I replied in confusion.

“Umm...the crown prince has ordered for you not to leave the room...” the woman replied a little hesitantly.

Ren ordered them to lock me up in here? I can’t leave the room? That’s plain crazy.

Why would Ren do something like this to me? I didn’t do anything wrong. How dare he do this to me?!

I was shocked and very angry at this humiliating treatment that I was receiving. No one has ever locked me in like this. I am not some kind of animal trapped in a cage.

“Let me out right now!” I screamed loudly as I banged my fists on the door.

“My Lady...please be understanding...” the woman pleaded.

“Understanding? Understand what? Let me out now!” I yelled in response. I don’t want to understand anything, I want to get out of here.

“We cannot disobey the crown prince’s commands, My Lady. I am so sorry...” the woman apologized.

“I don’t want your apologies. Just get me out of here!” I screamed even louder than before.

I knew that she was just following orders from Ren but that didn’t quell my anger at all. My face felt hot, and I knew that I was loosing my head. Clenching my fists tighter, I continued to bang on the door in my anger. If they don’t let me out, I’m going to destroy the door and everything else in the room.

“Please calm down, My Lady. If there’s anything that you need, you can let me know. I will arrange for everything that you may want...” the lady said as she tried to calm me down.

“Where is Ren?” I asked.

If there’s something that I want that doesn’t count getting out of this room, it’s to see Ren.

“The crown prince has gone to the main palace to meet the emperor,” the woman stated.

“When will he be back?” I asked without a second thought.
