After Elayne revived her with a vampiric bite, thousands of questions flooded Olivia’s mind. Yet what unsettled her most were the strange antlers sprouting from her head.
"I wouldn’t recommend sawing off your new antlers," Elayne said. "They regulate Spiritual Energy and Vitality within your body. They’re part of what I believe is a new species—or perhaps an entirely new lineage—of vampires I may have accidentally created. You are its first member... a Pure Blood."
"W-Wha...! What?!" Olivia stammered, utterly shocked. The others watching the scene were just as stunned.
"Elena, your mom became a vampire?!" Anna cried in disbelief. "Oh my god, bruh, I can’t take any more of these crazy shenanigans... Please, no more... Save me, Elenaaaa..." She leaned heavily on her girlfriend, groaning.
"I have no idea what’s going on, but I’m just glad Olivia didn’t die," Elena sighed in relief. "And honestly... she kind of looks cooler now, right?"
"She accepted all of that so quickly?!" Elisa and Monica, who had just separated, stared in shock.
"Master... I’m so glad you’re okay," Ninsun said warmly. "It seems I am fine as well. Our bond remains intact—if anything, it feels even stronger! Your Mana reserves have multiplied a hundredfold...!"
"R-Really?! Oh my..." Olivia muttered, overwhelmed. "Ahh... I-I don’t think I can handle this anymore..." She felt herself beginning to faint, but Elayne’s blessing refused to let her. She was too revitalized, too alive to rest. "Ah, I can’t even pass out now!"
"Hm, it seems you can walk again?" Elayne asked, gently lowering her. Olivia immediately clung to her tightly.
"W-Wait! I still don’t feel good yet!" she protested, stuttering and sweating nervously. "C-Can’t you carry me just a little longer?" she asked, cheeks burning.
"Heheh, no," Elayne giggled, kissing her forehead before setting her down on the floor. "There are still plenty of things left to do..."
Her gaze sharpened as she scanned their surroundings and the distant horizon.
The remaining Nightmares had dwindled greatly, yet over fifty still lingered. Their Nightmare Realms were now merging into a single, bizarre Super Realm that twisted reality even further.
Meanwhile, Berserker was still alive—though severely weakened—as the Vampire Queen and Kaguya relentlessly beat him down. His regeneration had slowed to a crawl.
Then there was the Fragment of the Original Nightmare Curse, the object Elayne had kicked away earlier as Tartarus. Maria’s team was currently locked in combat with it, the fight seemingly deadlocked.
And that wasn’t all. Several powerful presences were descending from above, radiating immense Nightmare Energy and clearly targeting Maria’s group.
And...
"You."
Elayne looked higher into the sky. A pair of crimson eyes watched everything unfold with a delighted smile. The owner—a beautiful demonic fairy with long, cascading purple hair, imposing demonic horns, and large butterfly wings adorned with eye patterns—giggled softly, clearly reveling in the chaos she had sown.
Beside her stood the master of Avenger, the one Elayne had deduced was supplying Berserker with a fragment of his multiple Spirit Cores.
Only something as monstrous as Avenger could achieve something so absurd as replacing a source of energy with a Heroic Spirit and making it even stronger in the process. At this moment, Berserker had been partially assimilated by Avenger, transforming into something far more powerful and independent.
"To think the two of you would form such a deadly alliance... It truly leaves me speechless," Elayne murmured. "But whatever the case, let’s deal with the immediate problem first."
She stepped forward, her aura surging with immense power. As she rose into the sky, her eyes gleamed with red and gold light. Everyone watched in awe at what she did next.
In that instant, Elayne unleashed the true power of Tartarus that dwelled within her, his Divine Treasure.
"Erebos Katabasis — Descent Into the Lightless Pit."
Her voice echoed across the battlefield, transforming into whispers of pure darkness and the abyss itself. Everyone who heard it felt themselves plunging into endless darkness—unless she willed otherwise.
For her family and those she wished to protect, it felt as though darkness had devoured the world, sinking everything into a primordial abyss.
This was the power of Tartarus’s weakest Divine Relic.
All the Nightmares and their merging realms were instantly swallowed by the deep abyss. Even Berserker and the Nightmare Curse Fragment sank helplessly.
Endlessly they fell, into a void that began tearing them apart on a conceptual level.
"W-Wait, what’s happening?!" Emily asked, looking around frantically.
"This is... her doing?" Maria glanced toward Elayne. "Hah, she saved us. We were about to be ambushed."
"Eh?!" Alma gasped, spotting the Nightmare Demons hovering menacingly above them. The moment the dark abyss spread, the demons fled through a spatial gate.
"Wow..." Sofia breathed, staring at the deep darkness beneath her feet while remaining completely unaffected. "Is this the power of Heroic Spirits?!"
"No... Elayne-sensei is definitely not a normal Heroic Spirit," Maria said, narrowing her eyes before smiling. "Thank god she’s on our side."
"But is that thing really going to be defeated by this?" Alma asked.
"At the very least, it will be severely weakened," Maria replied.
The pit of darkness stretched hundreds of meters deep. Every being trapped inside was crushed by overwhelming gravitational force. Giant shadowy hands wrapped around their bodies and began tearing them apart. The Nightmares were the first to perish, exploding one after another.
"NNNGGHH...! AAAHHHH!"
Berserker screamed in agony as he desperately crawled upward, only for the crushing gravity and thousands of shadowy hands to drag him back down.
He kept dying over and over, yet he knew this alone wasn’t enough to finish him.
At the same time, another entity endured the same torment—the giant monstrous aberration from the Nightmare Realm that Elayne had already badly injured earlier.
"T-This is impossible! How is this...?! HOW?!"
As they roared and the Nightmares continued to perish, a figure descended. She raised her hand, gathering all the Nightmare Cores toward her before storing them away.
"You’ve caused quite a lot of problems, haven’t you?" she said, her voice powerful and intimidating. "But not anymore. I won’t allow you to do as you please. I will eliminate you now, Berserker."
"Hahah... HAHAHAHA! I WANT TO SEE YOU TRY! ARE YOU STRONG ENOUGH TO DESTROY GOD’S CURSE?!"
"Let’s see about that."
Elayne’s aura surged violently as her golden divinity intensified. Before Berserker’s disbelieving eyes, her power ascended planes, reaching a stage of immense divinity and evolving toward celestial energy itself.
"W-Wha...? WHAT?!"
