A few Stone Giants moved slowly and couldn’t block all the crossbows in time, causing them to be nailed into their rocky bodies, cracking the sturdy stone into web-like fissures.
Two other Stone Giants were hit directly in the head by large crossbows, severing a large portion of their massive heads.
These giants were enraged by the attack. The Giant Species excels at using stones and other sturdy objects as projectiles to strike airborne enemies like the Giant Dragon, or to attack distant foes.
Under the giants’ immense power, even the most ordinary stone can unleash tremendous force.
One by one, the giants picked up stones from the ground, preparing to counterattack the enemy. The Mountain Giant lifted his Fine Steel Pillar with his left hand and hugged a several-ton stone with his right hand, charging forward.
The muscles on his enormous arms bulged, lifting the stone to his shoulder and ear, then he let out a loud roar, hurling the several-ton stone forward.

The stone weighed a few tons and didn’t seem enormous but carried a terrifying force, more dreadful than a Heavy Hammer used in sieges. When thrown by the Mountain Giant, it was akin to a Heavy Cannon’s blast. If it hit the city walls directly, even if it couldn’t collapse the walls, it would certainly injure the soldiers on the ramparts.
The simultaneous explosion of Thunderbolt and Magic Cannon blasts illuminated brilliantly before the giants’ eyes.
A War Axe filled with azure electricity struck the giant stone thrown by the Mountain Giant in mid-air. The War Axe was shattered upon impact, but the subsequent Thunder and Lightning fragmented the massive stone into countless splinters.
The monstrous Magic Cannon beam pierced through the resulting dust and shot forth unimpeded, punching a horrifying wound through the sturdy right arm of the chest-thumping Mountain Giant.

The towering Mountain Giant let out a furious howl of pain. The hole in his massive arm went straight through, allowing light, and the intense Magic Energy instantly evaporated the flesh at the wound, even crystallizing the surrounding muscle.
The sudden strike caused these aggressive giants to hesitate briefly, coming to a halt along with the One-eyed Giant Asis.
Standing on the city’s battlements, Blue Dragon Carlette glanced at Storm Giant Garcia, who returned the gaze and nodded slightly, signifying a unified alliance between Storm Giants and Bay Stream City at this moment.
"This is merely a warning,"
Blue Dragon Carlette turned, standing tall atop the battlements, enough to overlook the nearby giants.
"If you don’t wish to start a war with the Imperial forces, retreat now, giants. The Imperial majesty cannot be violated; next time will be the start of the war between giants and the Imperial forces. I suggest you consider your actions carefully."
"I’ve never heard of any Imperial forces or Dragon Country," One-eyed Giant Asis sneered, "We can retreat, but you must return those Storm Giants and their possessions to me,"

With scales like muddy brown, yellow wings and a creamy belly, three heads, three main tails, six secondary tails growing from the main tails, and three pairs of dark red eyes like dried blood, it exuded hatred and murderous intent.
The Multi-headed Dragon did not block the actions of the two female dragons, only glaring savagely with a dragon-like grin.

A cold voice echoed around the two female dragons, their retreating forms trapped by an intangible yet substantial force, segregating them by magic shackles making them unperceptive of one another.
The pitch-black clouds in the sky swiftly descended, transforming the invisible realm into a tangible prison.
A more terrifying dragon emerged from the clouds, with the characteristic cold and unreadable expression on its dragon face revealing a snicker akin to a chilling sneer.
