Chapter 127: Chapter 127 Six Against One
Elara’s POV
"Take me. Please." His voice came out rough, needy, barely a whisper. Before I could respond, he yanked his shirt over his head.
"Okay..." I breathed.
Darkness swallowed me as black silk wrapped around my eyes. Without sight, every sensation exploded - touch, sound, the heat of his skin.
Alistair’s breath warmed my ear. "Can you forgive my little selfishness, Elara?"
I nodded, pulling him closer. That was all the answer he needed.
"Don’t be scared," he murmured.
I smiled against his neck. "I’m not scared."
"I love you so much."
"I know..."
"Relax. They love you, too, just like I do."

"Kaelen? What are you doing out here?" Julian approached with a tiny flower behind his ear, heading to find Elara when he spotted Kaelen crouched outside Alistair’ door, scratching circles in the dirt with a stick.
Kaelen didn’t respond. Julian moved closer, his expression dropping. He crouched down beside him.
Dorian appeared next, then Silas joined them.
"Let’s go in and kill him together," Silas snarled through clenched teeth.
Nobody moved - four men lined up in a pathetic row.
Barrett and Finnian returned from working the fields. "What are you all doing out here?"
The line stretched to six miserable men.
Julian sulked. "My lady doesn’t love me."
Kaelen brooded. "I have scales, too. Why not me?"
Dorian let out a heavy breath. "Is it because I’m too young?"
His shoulders sagged in defeat.
Barrett ground his teeth. "He deserves a beating."
Finnian’s eyes turned cold. "I want to stab him."
Silas’s fists clenched white. "Kill him!"

Elara’s POV
When I finally cracked my eyes open, darkness had settled outside. I groaned, caught between amusement and irritation. The conflict? I felt completely drained.
Luckily, I still had enough energy for a quick healing. I snapped my fingers weakly, and green vines coiled around me. Instantly, life flooded back through my body.
Alistair had vanished. The nightstand held pumpkin soup, steaming dishes, fresh fruit, and water. A note lay underneath: "Sorry you woke up alone. I’m in the Virtual Battlefield Simulator. Drink some warm water when you get up. Your Alistair."
I lifted an eyebrow.
So they’d already started fighting? No wonder he wanted the sphere earlier.
Knowing they were all in the simulator made me grin.
The system, always stirring up trouble, sent me a live feed. I climbed out of bed and ate while watching my husbands tear each other apart.
Was making love incredible?
Absolutely.
Any issues?
Not for me. But Alistair? He had major problems. The other six were ganging up on him.
Alistair wore black with a harness, his long hair pulled back, lean and dangerous, wielding Death’s Scythe and cutting through everyone.
No wonder he never let me touch his weapon.
The other six weren’t holding back either. This was my first time seeing their real power.
Kaelen spread his massive wings, Wyrm Blaze roaring as he dove down, turning the battlefield into an inferno. Alistair retreated and raised thick stone barriers for protection.
"Think you can hide? Not happening." Julian unleashed his Twin Phoenix Blades - one in his grip, one still with me. He released a sharp cry, his enormous tail smashing the ground and sending a massive wave toward Alistair.
The system delivered perfectly. Every ability worked at maximum power, no restrictions.
I sipped my soup, completely entertained. The costumes, the long legs, the spectacular moves - pure visual feast. freeweɓnovel.cѳm
Silas and Finnian joined forces. They activated their domains, determined to bring Alistair down.
Dorian supported them, the three moving as one - until a betrayer emerged from their group.
Barrett charged in swinging a massive club, attacking everyone without discrimination.
One hit for the rabbit, one for the fox, one for the leopard...
The other three got the same treatment.
Barrett knocked everyone back with complete fairness.
"General Barrett! What are you doing?" Dorian cried out, firing an ice shard in retaliation.
Barrett turned with a cruel smile. "Right, almost forgot about you, Your Highness. Compared to Alistair, you need a beating even more."
"Tide Turner, activate!" Silas also struck at everyone, though he kept his main focus on Alistair.
"Wyrm Blaze, burn!" Kaelen landed, still smarting from Barrett’s club. His battle-worn form ignited the flames, trapping the others in a blazing circle.
