Chapter 111: Chapter 111 Prison Break Plan

Elara’s POV

A thunderous crash split the air. Wind whipped the meal cart sideways, sending it tumbling. Blazing flames burst from the food slot, aimed straight at Silas’s face.

"Finally showing your true colors?" Silas smirked, deflecting Finnian’s strike without breaking a sweat.

"You’re revolting!" Finnian’s tone dripped venom. "Think those pathetic games will make her yours? Don’t count on it."

Silas’s smile widened. "We’ll find out soon enough."

The moment Silas released his Sovereign Territory, it collided head-on with Finnian’s power.

Silas’s eyebrows shot up. This was getting interesting.

Their warring energies ripped through the space, creating pressure waves that felt like a complete spirit meltdown.

"Enough!" I propped myself against the doorframe, crossing my arms.

While everyone else was clearly rooting for Finnian, I just felt... tired.

Actually tired.

"Both of you. I want in on this too!"

Before they could react, a crystal-clear dragon’s roar rang out from the water vapor hanging in the air.

I twisted my wrist and released a blast that sent them both flying into the walls.

A bone-shaking explosion rocked the room. The metal barrier crumbled to dust.

I stood over their sprawled forms, ice crystals still dancing around my fingertips. Clasping my hands behind my back, I smiled down at them. "Guess we need to review the house rules. No fighting, got it?"

The other five gaped at me.

They’d been going at each other like their lives depended on it, and I called it fighting?

And I just jumped in like that? They probably thought I obviously played favorites with that flashy bunny over the rest of them!

Their wounded looks lasted barely a moment before I continued, "If you’re gonna fight, then do it properly."

My eyes sparkled. All those wild schemes I usually kept locked away were bubbling to the surface.

Spending so much time together must’ve influenced me. Silas caught on instantly.

He was probably thinking, "So she’s serious about getting everyone out of here. Fine. Only seven of them to handle. I can deal with them all later, once we’re free."

Silas laughed quietly. "I figured I was the unhinged one. Turns out it’s you, sweetheart."

I cocked my head with a slight grin. I waved Alistair over. 007 floated in just as I announced, "I’ve got an insane plan I want to pitch to everyone. I think we should... bust out of this place."

My wood abilities came from them and belonged to them. Time for something major.

The only way to stop Silas from constantly trying to eliminate everyone was to get them all out.

The facility’s system was dampening their powers. Any battle here was rigged. I wanted them all free so I could kick back and enjoy the real show.

No point waiting. Today’s the day!

Kaelen questioned, "What exactly do you mean?"

Julian snorted. "Are you dense? It’s clear as day! Elara’s planning to demolish this entire facility!"

Dorian gasped, "Seriously?!"

The little leopard looked harmless, but the eager gleam in his eyes betrayed him. He’d been dying of boredom. I’d just handed them permission to wreak havoc, and everyone was game.

Barrett balled his fists and barked, "You need my abilities?!" He was practically vibrating with anticipation. "I’ll lose my mind if I stay locked up here any longer."

I shot back, "No kidding, you giant idiot. How am I supposed to ignite anything without fuel?"

Alistair said evenly, "Everyone, stay calm. I’m calculating an exit strategy. Give me a moment..."

If the spirit collapse readings jumped too high when the place exploded, the system would trigger immediate alerts. Without a solid escape plan, the Valerion Empire’s fleet would surround the facility the second we stepped outside.

Finnian interrupted, "Too slow. We blow this dump, then head straight for my ship."

They all talked with unsettling composure, like discussing tomorrow’s weather. It was absolutely mad. They’d all been imprisoned here for years, and none had ever attempted anything this reckless.

Only me. I imagined it—and I was going to make it happen.

As my husbands, chickening out now would make them pathetic! freēwēbηovel.c૦m

Silas remarked, sounding mildly entertained, "I expected at least one of you to protest."

Julian huffed. "I’m no coward!"

If I was ready to go all-in, he wasn’t going to sit on the sidelines.

Dorian whooped, "Same here!"

I beamed. "Your Highness, you’re getting devious. I love it."

I looked at Silas. "Alright, pretty boy. You’ve had enough of that medicine. Time to cause some serious destruction. Channel that same intensity you showed earlier. If you can’t flatten this facility, don’t bother crawling back to me. I don’t mess around with weaklings."

Silas’s smile turned predatory. "Consider it done!"

Pleased, I nodded and faced Alistair. "How’s the weather looking today?"

Alistair answered immediately. "Perfectly clear!"

I declared, "Excellent. Perfect day for a prison break. Terrible day for cold feet. So... who’s with me?" As I spoke, icy vapor curled up from my palms.

Silas released his power, and a brilliant, constellation-like energy sphere materialized around him.

I raised an eyebrow, genuinely impressed. "Holy hell. That’s spectacular."

His abilities looked like a high-budget movie effect. I knew partnering with Silas for mayhem was the smart move.

Silas’s smirk deepened. "There’s plenty you haven’t seen yet, sweetheart. Once we spring everyone... you’ll owe me. Big time."
