Shen Yi said with a playful grin, "Jiao Jiao, are you busy tomorrow?"

"What’s up?"

To be honest, Shen Yi still had his reservations about Beidou. After all, his new stepfather was too young, and Shen Yi was a picky person.

But overall, the man wasn’t bad. He barely passed muster.

Qin Jiao looked at the keys Shen Yi was holding out to her. "Is this... really okay?" she asked.

"They’re offering, so let’s just take it. This is Beidou’s way of trying to win us over, hoping we’ll accept him. Oh, and while the property registration office is still open before the holidays, we should get the household registration transferred over."

"You want to register my official residency under this apartment?"

Qin Jiao wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him.
